My wife and I have hired A+ Home Improvements for many projects in 2022. We have enjoyed working with the crews that do the work as they are all professional and have become like our family! We look forward to 2023 and more improvements done by A+ !!! Highly recommended because they are the best in home improvements!!!

This company was professional from start to finish! Glenn Carpenter came out in the morning and looked at what we wanted done and had an estimate to us by the afternoon. The estimate was reasonably priced compared to other estimates we received. We decided to go with them based on a recommendation from a person in our homeowners association who was pleased with their work. Glenn coordinated with our cabinet and countertop providers. The professionals that were sent out to do the actual work were polite, knowledgeable and skillful. I especially liked that they were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. Once the demolition began and new construction started the whole project of a brand-new kitchen and bathroom were completed in less than 2 weeks. We have also used their services for new landscaping and to have our gutters cleaned. A+ provides a multitude of services. The owner Nick Carpenter deserves praise for the quality of their services. I highly recommend this company!

Have completed numerous projects for us. The fact that they are our go to company for all those jobs shows or confidence in them. We feel comfortable planning projects with them. And are very pleased with work. Personable people working on the job. Easy communication. We are glad we found A+ and will be our first call for our next job.

We are very pleased with A+! They promptly came out to give us an estimate and the final cost was what was estimated. The quality of the work was excellent and was better than we expected. The workers took special care to clean up when they were finished and didn't leave until they knew we were happy. I will use them again.

I have used A+ for a number of house maintenance and repair projects, from Ceiling fans and exterior lights, to deck and yard work and the most recent flooring. They have always had very pleasant professional help who have worked with us to complete the projects. When I have had issues they have quickly responded and fixed the problems in a timely manner.

I contracted with A+ to replace a large failing structural retaining wall about 100' long and 6' high along my driveway. The entire process was handled professionally and skillfully from start to finish. From the initial visits and quoting through contract and then work. Everybody at every stage was top notch with lots of experience. Material was purchased and arrived as needed. The job started exactly when they said it would and completed on time and even a little under budget. The workers were efficient, hard working and performed as a team. Every day had a full crew and from demo, to build, to cleanup everything was handle deliberately and carefully with the utmost attention to every detail. They had all of the right equipment and it was all onsite as needed when needed. They had equipment I'd never seen before or imagined existed but certainly helpful and necessary for the task. It was not an inexpensive project but I received great value from the team at A+ in Toledo. I will definitely contact them for any and all future projects without any hesitation. They will be my Go-To. Professional, Experienced, Courteous, Exceptional are words that come to mind.

I had them repair my bathroom floor after I got a water leak near the toilet. They did a really good job. I thought it was going to take a couple weeks but they were done in a few days. Very happy with the results!

They fixed the drywall in my living room and did a very good job. You cannot even tell it was damaged. After seeing their work, I decided to have them redo the flooring in my kitchen. I had them put in a travertine tile floor in a herringbone pattern. It came out amazing! I was really impressed with their craftmanship. After the holidays, I am going to have them remodel my bathroom. Very good quality and an experienced crew.

They made the entryway between my dining room and living room bigger by removing part of the wall. I had several other contractors come out and look at it but they did not want to do it because it was a load bearing wall. This is the only company I could find that was able to do it. They removed the wall and installed a beam. They did a great job and were done with everything in about a week. They have a lot of experience and are very knowledgeable. Will use again. Thanks!

They remodeled my kitchen and the results were fantastic! I had worked with different contractors before and my experience was mixed. The company is very professional and I never had an issue with communication. I was very impressed with the entire process. Anytime I had a question, they were quick to respond and were very professional. Highly recommend!

We had a full kitchen remodel completed by A+ Building and Maintenance. We were impressed by the lead technician, Lucas, from start to finish. His attention to detail and professionalism were beyond expectations. The other members of the crew were equally wonderful to work with. We have since hired this company to complete other jobs for us and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Glenn and rusty did an amazing job with our kitchen remodel, we love the finished product very professional from start to finish.really clicked with the guys as if we've known each other for years once they started the job they were here everyday until project completion.And answered any questions we had immediately!! I mean at one point rusty was even helping us let the dogs in and out of the house(LOL) thanks both of you for a great experience and an amazing kitchen and we won't hesitate to call a+ back for future projects thanks to these two guys!!!

A+ Builders are professional, courteous and skilled. They remodeled two bathrooms for our family and it was a seamless tear out and installation. The attention to detail was above and beyond and our home was treated as their own. We highly recommend A+ for any maintenance or home repair needs.
