A to Z Kitchens & Bathroom Factory

We were searching for a contractor to do work on renovating our townhouse master bath. It was a small bathroom -- the one that originally came with the home. So the fixtures, oversized bath tub, shower were all about 20 years old. We first contacted one contractor who gave us an extremely high price quote of $23,000. They then came down to $21,000, but the whole process seemed rushed. They also offered little to no guidance on selecting floors, tiles, etc. I felt totally uninformed about the whole construction process. Then we met with Dan and Kay Stein. What a difference. They met with us several times to go over exactly what we wanted. Kay accompanied us to the Floor & Decor store to select colors/styles for the tiles and the flooring. We also went to a showroom where Kay walked us through what showers, toilets, vanity to choose from. They answered every question we had. It was smooth and informative. Later, Dan set up a time for us to do the construction. He told us it would take 10 working days, two weeks. He walked us through the construction process, telling us what was going to be happening. His crew arrived on time each and every day. And the job got done exactly according to his timetable. The price: $15K. I've had good and not so good experiences with contractors in the past. Kay and Dan provided us with a great experience, no surprises. I would not hesitate to recommend them for your next bathroom project.
