From start to finish, we make sure to build exactly what our customers envision, integrating our exhaustively developed approach and giving our clients the confidence and assurance. As one of the leading experts in home renovation and general contracting in Denver and Front Range since 2011, we include an all-in-one design, as well as professional remodeling that includes an exclusive homeowner plan & design center. We take pride in upholding high-standard workmanship through our dedicated team of trained and licensed craftsmen, project managers, design experts, and a core group of vetted and certified subcontractors. The Building Process -Initial Home Visit: During this phase, our project director visits your home to discuss design ideas, desires, and needs in order to ensure that both parties inline with the same vision before project proposal preparation. -Proposal Revision & Approval: Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, a meet up with the A2Z project team is set at our design center to execute the agreement, discuss next steps. From there, we require only $1,000 to get started on the project. Subsequent billing is only offered for completed work. -Design Plan Revision: Once we finalize the first draft of the design plans and 3D renderings, we meet to showcase the finished product, as well as the selection of materials that will be used. -Construction Commences: Once the materials are selected and delivered to your home, construction begins. Rest assured, debris containers will be set, the construction area will be protected from damage before we begin, and the area will be cleaned daily. Just relax, we take care of the rest. -Weekly Client Project Review: Your project manager will meet with you each week to discuss how the project is going and address any issues or concerns. -Handover: Once the project is completed, we will schedule a walk-through in order to observe all final renovations.
