A&J flooring did a beautiful remodel on our old kitchen. They were extremely professional yet by the end of the remodel we felt as if they were family. Matt helped us initially pick out our selections. He never pressured us only gave us advice when we asked and was extremely professional. Pete then came in every day and transformed our kitchen into something that we could not even imagine. I was battling an illness at the time and had to leave frequently for doctor visits I would just leave my door open for Pete and I cannot say enough about his work ethic and his attention to detail He worked with other contractors making sure everything went smoothly. I did not have to worry about a thing! Thank you to everyone at A&J carpeting we appreciate everything sincerely Al and Eileen collarin.

The craftsmanship of the work is excellent. Was getting floors put in 3 bedrooms in my house. The crew completed two rooms then ran into a problem in the third. The mill had sent the wrong color flooring. So what should of been a one day job turned into a total of five days which put my wife and I plus our two dogs inconvenience in our own home. Called up to ask for compensation on the remaining balance. A&j said it wasn't their fault. But we'll deduct a measly $100. (Whoopie) I spent $3600 on this project. two years ago spent $3500 on kitchen countertop. Three years ago another $3400 on flooring. 10k in four years and Couldn't even give me 10% off the total? . Will not be returning ever again. Just shows customers don't mean much to a&j.

Great company to deal with and purchase hardwood floors from. We made numerous trips to find the exact flooring we were looking for and were never pushed into buying anything. They let us borrow large samples to bring home and see how they look instead of the small 6x6 samples that do not give provide enough material to make a decision. We will be back there again for future purchases based off the selection and customer service alone - it was great! We picked up and installed the hardwood floors ourselves and that answered a lot of our questions and concerns along the way. The floors turned out great!

Excellent customer service! Ordered new carpeting for entire downstairs initially, then went back when we were ready for upstairs. Both installs were on time, fast, and efficient. Had an issue with the carpet I picked out for our stairs not being thick enough to cover the staples, installer pointed this out after 2 steps were done. I picked out a deeper plush carpet that day & it was ready for us the next day. We were extremely pleased with the entire process, and Matt was so pleassant & professional. Highly reccommend their services!
