Tim and Robbie remodeled our kitchen and hall bath. We have had so/so experiences with remodelers and contractors in the past, and we were apprehensive coming into this. However, we found Tim's crew is courteous, respectful, and clean. which made the process much easier on us. Also the work is impeccable. Tim is very knowledgeable about building codes and carpentry which helped guide us through the process, and he works with Kitchen's By Amy for cabinets and hardware. The process was smooth and easy. We are very happy with our new bathroom and kitchen, and we will not call anyone else for remodeling projects for our home.

Before starting our project, we met with quite a few contractors, but we couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to go with A&M. Tim is a true professional — he was hands-on, responsive, transparent, and helpful from start to finish. Like most homeowners, having an unexpected problem arise during the project was one of our fears. While a few minor issues did arise, Tim handled with skill and ease. We also welcomed our first child in the final weeks of the project — a situation that could have been incredibly stressful, but Tim and Robby could not have been more considerate and conscientious. We would absolutely work with A&M on future projects and cannot recommend them highly enough.

We hired A & M Remodeling to do an entire kitchen overhaul and refinish our floors downstairs. From the beginning Tim was professional, courteous and knowledgeable of what needed to get done. We took the time to plan and estimate and organize everything that needed to be done before the first hammer was dropped. Tim and his subs kept the job clean, precise in their schedule and communicated effectively during the entire job. Any deviations from his estimates were discussed and agreed upon prior to proceeding. It’s the largest remodeling job we have ever taken on and we can’t imagine doing it with anyone else besides A & M Remodeling.

After doing our due diligence we settled on A & M Remodeling to work on the gut renovation of our kitchen to include the removal of a wall between the kitchen and dining room, along with additional work in the dining, living, powder room and foyer. One of the reasons we decided to work With Tim Mitchell of A & M , was his responsiveness to our initial questions and proposals. Tim is very professional, knows his trade well and produces high quality work, with an eye for detail he can make suggestions to just finish something off perfectly. Tim uses the same set of subcontractors for all his jobs and has used them for years, they are very thorough, efficient, and good at what they do. The jobsite was always left clean and tidy in the evening, swept up of bits and vacuumed clean. This was a big thing for us as we have dogs and there wasn't anything left lying around for them to get into. Robby his carpenter/site foreman was always helpful and made sure that things got done and kept us informed of what he was doing and how long things should take. Tim would text regularly to let us know what the schedule was or if there were any changes. We were never left in the dark as to what was going on. Tim is meticulous about the smallest details and is very easy to work with, and bottom line is we would certainly work with him again for future remodeling work.

My wife and I contacted Tim to help us remodel an outdated bathroom after purchasing a new (old) home. Working with Tim was an incredible experience from the initial phone call all the way through to project completion. Tim is highly connected with quality designers and sub-contractors who took all of the guess work and stress out of selecting the products used from the myriad options available. Tim provided status updates in person, via phone, and via email throughout the project which allowed my wife and I to know where we were in the process which further reduced the stress of doing a project of this size. Since the bathroom has been completed, my wife and I have been extremely happy with the results and are only regretful that we did not engage with Tim sooner. We have received numerous compliments on the quality of the work done as well. We have been so satisfied with not only the work done, but the experience of hiring Tim that we already have two more projects we look forward to hiring them to complete in the future!

We recently did a complete remodel of our kitchen and worked with Tim Mitchell. He did an outstanding job; his staff or subcontractors were always there when expected and he was very dependable and professional. He gave good advice and suggestions during the planning phase which was very helpful. We decided to add some additional items to the scope of work and he promptly priced that for us and ensured it was complete. The remodel was a very good experience and we are delighted with our new kitchen! I would definitely use his company again and highly recommend him to others.

We chose A&M Remodeling to remodel our kitchen. They did an excellent job and were easy to work with. Tim was very good with communication and always responded to texts and emails promptly. Robbie did a great job installing the new cabinets and always kept things clean. All the sub contractors were professional and did a good job. A&M work with Amy Norris of Kitchens by Amy. Working with Amy was a huge help. She made some subtle changes to the floor plan that have made the space look bigger. She was also very helpful in navigating us through the daunting process of choosing new kitchen cabinets. We are very happy with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend A&M Remodeling.

A and M Remodeling is a very efficient group of people who are very polite and they do quality work. I hired them to remodel my master bath and bedroom, and guest bath and guest bedroom. I had very specific requirements, for example they worked with tile I imported from abroad and a new idea to enclose a shower. I am very happy.

Tim did a fantastic job on our kitchen! The carpentry was super high quality, and the project finished even earlier than we thought. He texted us each day with the schedule and who we could expect to see, and his sub contractors never arrived more than 10 minutes after he said they would be there. He took care of smaller issues that arose with the project without us having to leave work and rush home, and he went above and beyond to protect the rest of the house from construction dust. Highly recommend!

I hired A & M remodeling to modernize my kitchen and I am so happy I did!. He works frequently with the kitchen designer I used (Kitchens By Amy, Amy Norris). I am absolutely thrilled with how things came together. He was able to start two weeks early, huge bonus, and he was finished in the 6 week timeline he gave me. I have a limited amount of space in which to work. We changed the footprint in the kitchen to make it more efficient, enlarged a doorway, changed all the lighting, re-angled a kitchen sink, new cabinets, countertops and appliances. I am especially happy with all the sub contractors he uses because they are all extremely professional, courteous & timely. The project was finished on budget. Tim's estimate was the exact price I paid except for going over less than $100. on my tile allowance. He called to let me know before the tile was purchased to get my OK for the slight amount it was over. I approved it and that was the only increase in my final bill. In my experience, this is unusual for a remodel. We also had to patch the flooring because of the redesign of the room and have all the hardwood refinished. It looks beautiful and exactly like the design I had in my mind for years. I wouldn't hesitate to use A & M again for any projects, large or small, because he is a true professional contractor. He was also the least expensive of the three bidders.

Tim was great - things were on time, and his folks were great to work with. Every day the site was clean. He even went out of his way to help with some permitting issues that the city messed up. When the crew made a mistake he made sure it was dealt with. Would definitely recommend.

A&M Remodeling did a complete renovation of our kitchen. They also rebuilt our staircase. Tim and Robby are respectful, professional, and complete the work on time. We are impressed with all the work they did on our home.
