We used Abbey Design + Remodel for our kitchen renovation, hardwood floor installation and new carpeting on our main level and were thrilled with the result! The process was seamless from start to finish! Jimmy and his team were professional, very accommodating and the communication was excellent. Zee was so very helpful with our product selection and we appreciated her suggestions and guidance! Mr. Salih worked tirelessly on our project, kept the work area neat and in order, and promptly addressed any concerns or questions we had ensuring we were 100% satisfied. We recently had a major kitchen renovation project completed by Abbey Design and Remodel. From our first meeting with Jimmy to the end of the project, we felt like we were in good hands. Communication throughout the process with sales, design, and the crew on site was smooth and thorough. The entire design team listened to our needs and offered ideas and suggestions that we might not have thought of (Thank you Justin and Ms.Z!). Jeo and Diaz, doing the construction, didn't simply follow the plans; they often asked for our input to insure the project was exactly as we envisioned it. There was never a problem they couldn't solve and they left the site clean and swept each evening. We're thrilled with our new kitchen and can honestly say that Abbey Design and Remodel exceeded our expectations. We can recommend them without hesitation.

Abbey Design + Remodel was the third company we consulted with for a kitchen renovation that led into a first floor renovation to include a bathroom and laundry room. The first company showroom was not up to our expected standards and the designer/construction manager had communication issues. The second company gave us an outrageous price for the requirements we listed. So, as a walk-in to ADR at their Leesburg’s showroom I met Jimmy, the General Manager. What I discovered at ADR, was a carefully crafted network of designers, construction teams, and subcontractors. The work exceeded our expectations, costs were reasonable, and customer service was outstanding from all the teams. The General Manager reached out and visited throughout the renovations to ensure we were happy with the work. An example of their teamwork included the beam placement which were required when two walls (the dining room and sunroom) were removed. The construction team (Jeo and Diaz) realized that the longest beam could be hidden above the kitchen and dining rooms ceiling within the rafters and a few more feet of the sunroom wall could be removed allowing a longer beam and thus giving us an improved open concept of the kitchen, dining room, and sunroom. These changes required the procurement of a longer beam for the sunroom and another set of drawings submitted to the county for approvals; ADR performed the work at no additional cost to the contract. The ADR supplier for their quartz countertop delivered what we considered a flawed kitchen island countertop containing a small black dot. The strong relationship between ADR and their supplier/installer for countertops allowed for a new countertop to be installed within a couple of days. These are just two of the many benefits received from the professionals that Jimmy assembled both within Abbey Design + Remodel and their partners. So glad I walked in their doors that day!

Abbey Design + Remodel was our vendor of choice to remodel our kitchen and three of our bathrooms. To say we love our new kitchen is the understatement of the year. From the time we met with Jimmy, we knew Abbey was the only company for us. Justin and Ms. Zee did all of the design work. Jeo, Diaz, Greg, and Mr. Kimo all worked their magic in our home. Ray kept us up-to-date from start to finish. The attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of workmanship are top notch. Team Abbey exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We will use them for all future projects!

Abbey Design and Remodel executed an outstanding renovation of our kitchen which included a significant expansion and rebuild of our island in an unusual angular space that is open to the family room and the sun room. During the planning and design phase, Abbey’s design folks offered a variety of ideas for the layout and design and were very receptive to our thoughts and comments. Through a number of recycles with concept, dimensions and materials, we achieved the design that we love. In our experience the success of any major project rests with the key personnel involved (this from a project management career professional). Jimmy’s flexibility, Zee’s knowledge of materials, and Justin’s eye for detail of various options and dimensions, we achieved what we believe to be the optimum design for our space. The on-site manager, Fawzi, was outstanding! He was very communicative with us throughout the construction phase so we knew what was happening …. and got us involved in a variety of decisions around certain details that were so critical to overall success. Fawzi took pride in his craftsmanship and seemed to be building the project as if it was for his own family!

My wife and I are about 95% complete on a project where Abbey Design & Remodel finished our basement. We interviewed nine contractors and ultimately decided on Abbey for several reasons. 1. The fact that they are a one stop shop made everything so much easier. Instead of shopping for tile, counters, flooring, etc. we were able to go to the design center and create a truly custom basement with the help of their designer and an incredible selection of material. 2. Architectural design excellence--we had some specific requirements that went beyond opening load baring walls (which they did). We had to have bathroom access from the bedroom and primary space and they were able to create a design that was differentiated. 3. The crew! Jeo, Diaz, Ray and Jimmy were incredible. They showed up on time every day, were a pleasure to work with and were happy to make small on the spot adjustments as we requested them. They were also outstanding with communicating with us at each step, were quick to respond to questions, etc. They finished (still have 1-2 days left!) on time, on budget and we are thrilled with the outcome.

The Abbey team did an amazing job remodeling my master bath. The project manager, Geronimo, was a consummate professional who worked with me daily to ensure things were to my liking. He was great about making small adjustments on the fly and worked hard to ensure things stayed nice and tidy. They went to the trouble of covering the floors every day to ensure my wood floors didn't get damaged. The end products have perfect lines and corners and the work was overall immaculate.

We are so appreciative of Jimmy and his team from Abbey! Our kitchen renovation went extremely smoothly and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was communicative throughout the process and set reasonable expectations for timelines. They were mindful of our budget and explained all changes. The project began and finished sooner than anticipated! Fawzi and his team explained each step of the process, answered questions, kept a clean workspace, and were surprisingly quiet for a renovation project (I work from home). Our final kitchen is beautiful, well-built, and looks better than we could have envisioned. Abbey provided a wonderful experience and kitchen for us.

We contracted with Abbey for: a new, full, tiled bathroom; hardwood flooring for two new bedrooms; and vinyl flooring for a new art studio in an extension to our home. Abbey worked with us in the design and materials selections and did all of the installation work. A few, minor problems occurred along the way, mostly due to COVID-19 supply issues, but the professionals at Abbey did their very best to move the project along to our satisfaction. It has been a pleasure to work with them, and the quality of the installation work was excellent. We very much appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable, and competent service we got from everyone at Abbey that we dealt with, and we would not hesitate to go back to them again should the need arise.

Abbey has done two large projects for me, one in 2018 and one in 2020. Both of these projects were well planned and executed by the Abbey team. Through these two projects I've interacted with more than a dozen Abbey personnel including folks in the office, from the warehouse, and on-site doing the remodeling work. Each of these individuals proved to be very good at their job and always a pleasure to converse with. I had Abbey remodel my kitchen, five bathrooms, and two laundry rooms, as well as new flooring throughout my home. I found myself particularly impressed with the thoroughness of the planning for all these tasks. When it came to the on-site construction work in my home, I can say each worker new his stuff, and the craftsmanship is excellent throughout, be it general construction, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, or, flooring. Each project spanned about three months, and both were completed reasonably on schedule. The 2020 project work was during COVID, and everyone took proper precautions while in my home. No one got sick. My wife and I had concerns beforehand, but all of us were careful, resulting in a job well done without issue.
