we had our bathroom remodeled and we are so happy with the results. Steven made sure I was happy with everything during the entire process, and fixed all the little things that I wanted fixed along the way. We had some issues with our closet drawers not pulling out properly, but Steven kept working on them and even ordered new ones for us until they were fixed. They took their time to make everything nice and neat, and we were promised our bathroom would be completed before our baby was born, which it was!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new kitchen. Steve thoroughly listened to and considered all our needs at the start of the job, adding his own suggestions from experience, to make sure our kitchen design turned into our dream kitchen. He was readily available for us to call him at any time throughout the process- no question or concern was too trivial. Steve also frequently called me to make sure he had complete understanding of how we wanted everything to be, down to the smallest of details. I am doubtful that other contractors would give so much attention to one client, and this was a huge selling point for us. Steve told us from the beginning that he focuses on only one job at a time. He held true to that promise. We only needed to meet with Steve once to know that we had complete trust and comfort in using him because he was 100% involved in our project from the getgo, unlike other companies we spoke with. In addition, I continue to be sure that I can trust Steve to be responsible to come back and fix or touch up anything if it ever needs to be. The craftsmen Steve brought in to do the work were also nothing but the best and extremely responsive, as well. I am confident that everything was done above standard. Professional and patient from start to finish, Steven and his team created a dream of a master bath. My house is old with quirky details and Steven worked with me to ensure that the new bathroom would fit perfectly into the house’s aesthetic. Steve Meltzer of Abbey's Kitchen is a gem! From the 1st meeting to discuss the possibility of redoing and redesigning our kitchen to the final inspection by the town, he was knowledgeable, helpful and organized. Any time we had a question, he was available by phone and texting to quickly answer. He did a lot of the legwork in helping us find appliances,flooring and tile which saved time and energy which we appreciated so much. Every step of the way, Steve was at our house almost daily and made sure things were done perfectly with quality a must. He was spot on with his estimate on how long the project would take and stayed within the estimated budget. We love our kitchen and all the little extras he thought of that we would never have on our own ...his professionalism is top notch.

I have done several projects in my house. Steve was the most caring and responsive professional with whom I have worked. He met with me numerous times to go over plans, suggest designs, colors, appliances and he was incredibly diligent about every aspect of the job. My kitchen came out great and it has wowed many people over the years. Steve approached my project as if it were for his very own house and he was going to prepare many a meal here! He was extremely reliable and always called or showed up as promised. It is now many years later - I'm a bit late in writing this review! - but I have a problem with one of my ovens. I called Steve and he immediately got on the case and helped me arrange the repair. He never disappoints!

I had the pleasure of working with Steve Meltzer, the owner of Abbey's Kitchens & Baths. This was my first home and my first renovation project. My husband and I purchased the house "as is" and had to build a kitchen from scratch. Steve allowed me to send him inspiration photos from my Pinterest boards and worked with me to incorporate all of my ideas. He was very accommodating with my budget and helped me battle with my bank for financing. He continuously went above and beyond throughout the entire project. He was always available to answer questions and made me feel like his only client. I am thrilled with the end product. It's everything I ever wanted.

After meeting Steven Meltzer the choice to use Abbey's for our kitchen redo was an easy one. We wanted someone who would be fully immersed in the project from start to finish, listen to our needs, and translate our desires into reality. We got all of that and more. Steven heads up this company and is completely dedicated to task and customer satisfaction. Other professionals we interviewed for the project were more on the side of interior designers who BTW do kitchens and baths as well. We felt that they might not be as in touch with the on-the-job challenges and changes that would face contractors onsite in our home. We cook a lot and had a dark, uninviting kitchen with awkward storage spaces. Now, it's the place we spend most of our time. The kitchen is now the most elegant and inviting space in our home. It has been transformed into a place where the drawers make sense and there is no wasted spaced. Steven was able to hear us say we don't have enough utensil storage and follow up with showing me rolling utensil tray accessories that he could integrate into our drawer designs. He has a good eye for best uses of space. As clients, we had a lot of very specific needs and suggestions and he was able to use his experience to address all of them. The quality of the materials he uses is very high and our gorgeous high-end kitchen was finished only slightly behind schedule. We encountered one hiccup where a measurement in the designs didn't fit the dimensions of the microwave and Steven had to make some adjustments on the spot. We lost one drawer that we would have liked to have had, however, the design change actually was an improvement on the original placement of the microwave. There was also a small problem with the connection between the sink and the countertop that didn't become a problem until 9 months later. Abbey's Kitchens responded to our calls immediately and fixed the problem. Any kitchen remodel faces challenges and surprises once it starts, but we felt Steven was accessible and a reliable partner in the process.

It is difficult showing my gratitude through words to Steven and Abbey’s Kitchens for my beautiful new kitchen. After disasters with contractors for other projects in my house, I cannot recommend Steven enough. Everything was done beautifully with virtually no inconvenience, dust, etc. All of the craftsmen were excellent and knowledgeable. Everyone showed up on time and Steven was on the job most days. Anytime, before, during and even after the kitchen was finished he was always reachable by phone, even up until 11:00 PM answering all of my numerous questions. Besides expertly designing my kitchen and running the project including supervising material deliveries, coordinating all trades people and scheduling city inspectors, he also spent many hours accompanying me to various material vendors ( tile, window treatments, etc.) guiding and helping me make decisions easy and painless. Together, we actually designed specifically for me the wood specie, color, and door and drawer style. This definitely was not “an out of the box kitchen”. So confident in his abilities, I was willing to let him make all of the design and material decisions for the room. He insisted though that it was important I be involved in the entire process knowing that the kitchen should be a reflection of my tastes, needs, and wants. As the “queen of kitchen appliances”, I wanted space for all of them, but wanted to have them handy. Steve did an amazing job of accommodating my kitchen appliance collection. He also put in extras, not included in the contract, such as two spice racks, extra deep drawers and other gifts. He made me feel that this was HIS kitchen as well as mine. Now, after not cooking for years, due to my inadequate kitchen, I am now whipping up a storm! Thanks Steven!

We undertook a complete kitchen remodel with Abbey's Kitchen and Baths. It was something we had been planning for awhile, and whilst excited to be moving forward with the project, we were anxious about the process, never having undertaken such a project before. From the very beginning, Steve worked with us every step of the way to ensure that the process went smoothly, with an eye on the budget and timing. He made us feel comfortable whenever, the unexpected came up. This included completely changing our cabinet and granite choices mid-way through the project. He was always more concerned that we got something that we loved and would work for us, even if it meant we had to change tack mid course. His workers, were respectful and always cleaned up after the day was done. which was more than helpful, as we had a young child in the house. Working with Abbey's Kitchen was a pleasure and I would highly recommend them!

I worked with Abbey's Kitchens several years ago when I totally remodeled my kitchen. Although kitchen remodels can be a nightmare, my experience was wonderful. Steve and his staff were so easy to work with, always professional and kept on schedule. As someone who knew absolutely nothing about kitchen appliances, cabinets or tile, Steve held my hand through the whole process. He provided me with enough choices, but not too many to make me crazy. The renovation was completed about 10 years ago, and I still absolutely love everything about my kitchen.
