We had ACA Remodeling finish our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Tony delivered a high-quality update while staying on budget, which was significantly lower than the design-build firm we initially met with. Throughout the project, Tony was extremely responsive, organized, and proactive in his communication. He checked in frequently, kept the project moving, and clearly took a lot of pride in his work. What stood out most was his attention to detail and high standards. For example, he replaced a shower door handle three separate times simply because he wasn’t satisfied with the look—something we hadn’t even noticed or mentioned. That level of care and craftsmanship made the entire experience stress-free and exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely recommend ACA Remodeling to anyone looking for quality work, transparency, and a contractor who truly cares about the finished product.

Contracted ACA Remodeling to finish the basement in our new construction townhome. The contract included finishing the basement with a full bath and an office. The project was located in Upper Providence Township. We decided to hire Tony as his price was very fair and we appreciated how quickly he responded to our inquiries. Quick response times was important to us as we were brining our baby home towards the end of the scheduled work. However, nearing the end of the project (bathroom) things changed rather drastically and not positively. We postponed this review because we felt bad, as Tony was a generally nice person and didn’t want to impact someones business during a pandemic. At this point we’ve decided to post it to warn CONSUMERS. Tony is a very nice man, who has good subcontractors, however the work completed by Tony was not what you expect from a professional bath and basement contractor. In our case we ended up a bathroom that was rushed. This was clearly visible in the tile work, you’ll note in the pictures Tony lacked the expertise visible by the esthetic issues. The shower pools water and does not drain. When used we spend at least 10 minutes sweeping water out of the base into the drain. For this reason we try not to use the bathroom.

I Aca remodeling has done 2 home projects a bathroom and finished basement. Both projects were professionally done and on time. I was very satisfied with both projects.

ACA Remodeling has done two renovation projects in our home (total kitchen gut/remodel and laundry room/powder room refresh) and is scheduled to do another. I found them to be reasonably priced, timely, conscientious, and creative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who's looking for high-quality work done by a professional and hard-working team.
