We couldn’t be happier with John and Libby and the entire crew at Advanced Construction. Our 1970’s kitchen was in major need of an update. After years of thinking about it we knew we wanted to maintain the existing footprint in every way because it suited our needs. We had done A LOT of cooking in that kitchen and knew well how we used it. The idea was to change out EVERYTHING within that footprint with new and more functional cabinetry, surfaces, flooring, lighting, and appliances—on a strict budget. I knew from the first phone call with Libby that we would work well together. She’s a designer and I’m an artist who likes COLOR and Libby was so receptive. Their initial quote was clear and detailed enough that we could toss things out here and there that were beyond our budget without harm to the overall plan. When we made our first visit to the design studio, Libby and I were like gleeful kids, playing with materials I’d brought in and drawing from her collection of samples and colors. Demolition started right on time and the detailed schedule kept us abreast of what was happening when. The crew consists of delightful folks John and Libby have used for years, and who work together seamlessly. Communication was a breeze during every step of the project. Our new kitchen is beautiful. Advanced Construction gets an A+ from us.

We were struggling in a small kitchen with old cabinets that barely fit any of our stuff. We needed a lot more storage, but had nowhere to extend the kitchen space. Even though it’s usually nerve wrecking to trust such a big project with a contractor you find online, John and his designer won us over the first time we met. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they knew exactly what we needed and how to make it happen. They came up with the idea of extending the cabinets into the dining area which gave us all the storage we needed and then some. John was such a joy to have around, he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our final result. He was always timely and thorough. We are very grateful for all the hard work John and his designer did, they’ve changed our life for the better. We are also extremely happy to have stumbled upon an honest contractor like John, his kind is hard to find nowadays. Needless to say I highly recommend!

John and his team did a wonderful job transforming my home in to one of my dreams! They had ideas that I never would have thought of, the creativity and execution was absolutely amazing! His team remodeled my kitchen, and it’s stunning. It’s changed the entire look and feel of my whole home. Now I have a place for my family to gather and enjoy each other. My stunning new 9 foot island is the perfect place for family game nights and making cookies with my three daughters. I couldn’t be more happy and pleased with the quality of their work. Additionally, they stuck to a timeline and I knew exactly what to expect each day. I would work with them again, and look forward to improving additional parts of my home with this upscale, top-notch crew!

Advanced Construction and Design transformed our 35 year old kitchen into an updated, beautiful and functional kitchen! They were extremely reliable (if they were scheduled to begin work at 8:00, they were there at 7:50) and did everything in their power to adhere to the initial construction timeline. This was our first major construction project, and John and his design team were extremely patient and helpful throughout the design process.

We love our kitchen remodel. Remodeling is a daunting and overwhelming task but John and his team at Advanced Construction and Design made our experience pleasant and our kitchen absolutely beautiful!

I hired this company to do the kitchen of my dream. They DID NOT disappoint. I even had one relative cry when she saw the finish product...(nope folks i am not lying!!) I highly recommend this company. Their crew is small, but that's the beauty of it. They work well together and finished the project on time, even when taking the old floor became a bit of a nightmare. I have a bathroom that's need to be done and this is the only company i will hire! Incidentally, they have an amazing DESIGNER!
