AE Kitchen & Bath

AE just finished the remodeling of my kitchen. I chose AE over 4 other proposals not because of the lower price (AE was in the middle) but because talking with Stephen, we felt secure that the job will be supervised and done with details. Indeed Stephen is very meticulous and since I were not present to supervise the work at the daily basis, it was important for me to trust him to be there to supervise. The remodeling consisted to rebuild a new kitchen. In addition to the great ideas and nice final touch that Jenny(Designer) added to the Kitchen, AE did everything in their power to follow all the requirements for the renovation. AE works with a great team of workers. They were very clean and did a great job by transforming my kitchen into a new modern looking attractive kitchen. If you need to do any work in your home, stop looking for a contractor; AE is the one you want to work with. Stephen and Jenny are not only nice and honest, they have always the right input and the right final touch to transform your renovation to look amazing.

It was a real pleasure working with AE Kitchen and Bath. They designed a beautiful and extremely functional quality kitchen for us and we couldn’t be happier. My guest house has never felt more luxurious! After years of neglect by my renters, I decided to completely remodel my guest house rather than deal with everything that was wrong with it. After shopping around the area, I decided to hire the A&E team to take on the project. Their price seemed rather competitive, and the quality of the examples they showed me were up to my expectations. Jenny and her team made the whole process simple and straightforward, from working with me on the design, materials, to handling the permit processing. Jenny was extremely friendly and patient with me, it took a while for us to finalize the design and material choices as I was rather indecisive at the moment, the number of choices felt a bit overwhelming. Jenny and her team completed the work much faster than I had imagined, with workmanship that suggested much care had been put into the work. I could not be happier with the end result and I would definitely get in contact with them in the future to help me remodel the primary unit of my house.

AE Kitchen helped me out with a recent project. I found out about them through referral as I had just moved to the Bay Area. I called them first and we scheduled a free estimate which came back in a timely manner. What I particularly appreciated was that they we not pushy at all with me in trying to get me to make a decision until I was ready to move forward with them. Of course I had done my due diligence in trying to find other GC's, but ended up going with AE Kitchen in part because their prices were competitive compared to the others I spoke to. Luckily I did, as they had done the project we set forth in a timely and professional manner. I'd like to thank the AE team for their work. Shoutout to Jenny for helping me out and going through the process with me. You helped me decide what it was that I needed and what it was that I didn't need for the project. I appreciated that. Shoutout also to Stephen for being extra helpful and willing to bend over backwards to help me with the design specs as well as with the questions and concerns I had. You were great and I actually learned a lot from you as we went through the specs together. Thanks man! We hired AE Kitchen and Bath to do a full downstairs remodel, including the kitchen. There were a number of obstacles that needed to be overcome (such as moving the location of the sink) which they were able to make happen without any problems. AE went above and beyond, coming in on time and on budget from the estimate we were given at the beginning of the renovation. Highly recommended for any home projects, big or small. Their crewmembers were all professional and courteous. We have a number of projects left to do around the house in the coming months and years, and we will be using AE and Jenny for all of them.

Had my kitchen remodeled and the staff gave me great recommendations based on what I was looking for. Definitely going to recommend to a friend because I really liked the way it turned out!

After moving back up to the bay area, i noticed my parents home needed some remodeling. I learned about this place and decided to try it out. They did an excellent job with remodeling my parent's place. One of the few times my Chinese parents approved. The staff were so helpful and professional in helping me the whole way through including designing and choosing the materials. Worth every bit of money. No matter how small or big the job was, the staff were professional and helpful my needs and concerns. Definitely telling my friends about them.

I remodeled two bathrooms in my house and I wanted a very specific style. AE K&B worked with me tirelessly to make sure everything was to my specific liking. I would highly recommend them to anyone doing remodeling in the future. They make sure you are 100% satisfied with the end result and seem genuinely invested in your projects.

I just want to thank AE for all their work and going that extra mile for renovating my home. It took a little longer than expect due to permitting issues and failing a pass inspection. Unforunately, this was something that was out of our control. The city can be quite a pain to deal with but AE knew the steps to fix the issues and get us back on track. The kept me in the loop at all times and did all the necessary little steps so I didn't have to. In the end, I am extremely please with the results and I look forward to working with them in my next project(most likely a room addition). Again, thanks a bunch!

I have been planning to remodel my kitchen for some time, but was not too sure what style I wanted. I talked to several private contractors, and they all just tried to push the easiest projects onto me. I was looking for good value and longevity, not the lowest price. After checking out a few other places, I was eventually led here. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in! Jenny, the representative that helped me, listened to what I was looking for, and made great suggestions. She gave insight on everything that went into the project, from types of materials, to how long the project would take to complete, to pricing options. I could not be more satisfied with the outcome and service. I now have a new kitchen thanks to AE Kitchen & Bath!

I highly recommend AE Kitchen and Bath. They just finished transforming our 1940s home into a gorgeous retreat. Jenny, who is in charge of the construction and design, was great to work with. She listened to me, really listened to me, so they were able to give me exactly what I wanted while giving me excellent advice and direction. The crew was hard working and respectful. The project was completed within the budget and ahead of schedule. And the end result is beautiful! We will be calling them again.

AE Kitchen & Bath did a great job in my bathrooms. They were very professional during the whole process. They came in on the weekend for the first visit and gave me a very detailed estimate for the work I requested. They were very accommodating about every visit after and kept them to a minimum, and worked around my work schedule whenever needed. I worked with Stephen in the beginning. He was very communicative. Responded to my emails very fast and was very helpful during the selection process of the materials. Jenny was the project manager. Also very good at keeping in touch. All changes that were requested by me were done in a timely fashion. Their estimate was 4-5 weeks, which turned out to be the case. When i wanted to move back into the house before the project was fully completed, they managed to accommodate me. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone though. It's best to stay out during the whole process. A construction site is to be avoided for living purposes whenever possible. :-) I really love my new master bathroom and bathrooms. I will be using AE again. Doing a renovation is physically and emotionally exhausting. Having a company that you can trust to do a good job makes this whole process much easier. Highly recommend them.
