The design and construction services were poor. Aladdin Remodelers did not deliver the product or services that were promised. The work is substandard and defective. Aladdin Remodelers refused to fix defective work. Work was either never done, not finished or finished improperly. Another company finished the work. Aladdin did not finish the job.

Michael Graziano of Aladdin not only remodeled and renovated our kitchen, but has given us a new and exciting home in which to live. All the workmen were caring, professional and extremely knowledgeable at their craft Aladdin's design was clearly creative and inventive, and his keen sense of awareness about we, as clients, enabled him to understand the goals we had set for ourselves!

We hired Aladdin (and its principal, Michael Graziano) to remodel a kitchen, a powder room, a master bath, and a laundry room, all as one integrated project. The cost of the contract was well over $200KK. The results were spectacular. All of the rooms turned out gorgeous, in most cases exceeding our expectations. We intend to use Aladdin again for other projects in our home, and we have recommended Aladdin to our friends. We hold Michael in very high regard and are very fond of him. In many ways, this project was atypical. Once demolition (which was shockingly neat and dust-free, Aladdin's subcontract, Rip-Out Artists, deserving special praise) was complete, we discovered that large parts of our house were not properly framed. This entailed a $20K detour to install various steel beams to make the house structurally sound. Michael was very helpful in getting all this work done. Naturally, this resulted in significant delays, but this was certainly not Aladdin's fault. Furthermore, when things went wrong (and in a large project like this, things *always* go wrong--be prepared for that), Michael always responded promptly to made things right. That's about the best any contractor can do. All things considered, we were very satisfied.

From conception, to execution, to finished project, the entire staff at Aladdin Remodelers made my dreams come true. Working with their entire team of designers, installers, carpenters, electricians, and office staff, everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and really worked hard to make to me and my project feel very special. We were so pleased with their competency, the design of the kitchen, and the quality of the products, that we selected them again for another total kitchen renovation. This time our kitchen designer was Ingrid Tenzer. We were extremely satisfied with her expertise and creativity. Aladdin Remodelers designed and remodeled my kitchen many years ago. Recently one of the hinges on my cabinet door broke. I was unable to find a replacement hinge and found that the hinge was discontinued. I brought the hinge into Aladdin and they were able to fix the hinge for me and did not even charge me! It is rare to find a company with such customer service after all these years. I highly recommend Aladdin Remodelers.

Aladdin created a magnificent kitchen for us. Michael Graziano, the owner, is not only a true professional, but has a sense of design that is unparalleled. The company has superb workmen, and it was very easy to have them in our house during the renovations. Aladdin did our home remodel including our brand new kitchen 10 years ago. When Hurricane Sandy overwhemed our house 2 years ago Aladdin came to the rescue and rebuilt the first 2 floors of our house, They helped save what could be saved and recreate what we lost.

I hired this professional remodeling company first in 1986 and once again in 2014. The first time, they took a very tiny, ugly kitchen and created a more reasonable space. They did this by relocating a staircase that was inside it to it proper location under another staircase in my living room. Most impressive was the design and the precise use of space. Every space in the new kitchen was usable and practical as well as charming. I cherished this kitchen for over twenty-eight years. Last year, a year after storm Sandy, I knew that our house needed a new look. Many kitchens today open up to the living space of the home. That was the look I wanted! It was also time to replace the cabinets, and finally redo the bathroom that had never really been addressed in that kitchen. So once again, I called Aladdin Remodelers. I knew they would be honest with me in terms of the needed design, work, and flow required for such a redesign to our home. It turned our beautiful and looks like it should have always been that way since the home was built in the 1930's. Aladdin Remodelers is a company with integrity, reliability, and creative talent! Aladdin Remodelers did a complete renovation of my kitchen.and adjacent laundry room The designer was absolutely top notch, and it was a pleasure working with him. The proposed renovation was meticulously laid out in detailed, high quality, three-dimensional graphics printouts that made it easy to visualize the evolving design. The designer took us through the stressful process step-by-step and helped me tremendously from picking out the tiles, cabinets, hardware, cabinets, appliances, etc. so that the whole kitchen and laundry had a coordinated and professional look. The team he put together to put the design into reality was great. The carpenters were very skilled (the person who did the molding was amazing!); the person who installed the tiles did a fantastic job, and the plumber was also very good. Everybody Aladdin brought in on the job were very professional and courteous - it was obvious they all took a lot of pride in their work. The work was completed slightly above budget (mainly because I opted for higher end appliances). Aladdin Remodelers - Highly Recommended!

We hired Aladdin Remodelers for several projects over the years including bathrooms, family room, media room, kitchen and rebuilding following super storm Sandy.
