All Phase Remodeling lives up to its billing... they perform all phases of a remodeling project. I know first hand when they transformed my outdated, 1970's, closed kitchen, one story, ranch-style house into a beautiful, updated home with truly an extreme makeover.
When my wife and I bought the house in 2009, we bought it with the full intention of remodeling it. As an honorable, disabled Army veteran, we wanted to use her service connected benefits to assist us in adapting the house to her needs. We interviewed several VA approved companies, but they lacked availability and/or their experience was limited to small(er) projects (e.g., adding ramps, widening doorways, retrofitting bathrooms, etc.). So we started interviewing companies that could handle large(r) projects and would be willing to go through the process of becoming VA approved.
Shawn at All Phase Remodeling impressed us from the start. He gained our confidence not only with his knowledge, experience and great ideas, but also his willingness to become VA certified. This required being interviewed, filling out "a lot" of paperwork, submitting detailed floor plans and architectural drawings for the entire house (even though our Phase 1 plan was to remodel only one bedroom and two bathrooms), and having multiple inspections. In 2011, after a year of planning, the VA approved the project and released the initial funds. Six months later, All Phase Remodeling handed us the scissors to cut the ribbon on our new master bedroom, walk-in closet, ADA bathroom with a zero clearance shower, new custom bathroom cabinetry, and an adaptable hallway bathroom.
In 2013, I contacted Shawn again to have All Phase Remodeling begin phase 2. This involved remodeling 3 bedrooms, installing new windows, adding LED lighting, replacing carpet, reconfiguring closets, creating a walk-in closet, adding a built-in hallway cabinet, and touching up the entry way.
In 2016, I approached Shawn once more about remodeling the remaining 3/4 of the house. This involved the kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, powder (bath) room, and a den (which would be turned into a legal 5th bedroom). I provided him with detailed plans that were previously made by another firm that was highly recommended. He looked over the plans, took his own measurements, crunched his own numbers and came back with a price tag that was nearly $100,000 cheaper than what the other reputable company had quoted. Seven months later, I had a completely new house that included an open concept kitchen, hardwood floors, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, gas fireplaces, built-in bookshelves, new appliances, dimmable LED lighting throughout, new insulation, new supply/drain lines, a new utility sink/water shutoff valves, and so much more.
I couldn't be happier! I am so glad that I had chosen Shawn and All Phase Remodeling to remodel my house. I would hire them again without hesitation, as I did multiple times, to work on my house (if there was anything left to work on).
If you're looking for a company that will guide you and make recommendations through all phases of a remodeling project, a company that you can trust and have confidence in doing a great job the right way without hassle, a company that is not only professional, but cost-effective as well then go no further. I would highly recommend Shawn and All Phase Remodeling for your remodeling needs.
