We have utilized Allied with two major projects. Our first project was a complete kitchen remodel, including removal of walls and relocation of plumbing. The second project was renovation of two bathrooms including installation of a steam spa. Results for both projects were fantastic. Lewis Reif and Bob Rivera were point for both projects. They and their team are spot on, professional and a pleasure to work with. This is our second time using Allied Kitchen & Bath. They did such a terrific job the first time with our kitchen remodel that we decided to call them again for our en suite bath remodel. As with the first job, they did not disappoint. From our initial contact all the way through to completion, all personnel involved was respectful of us, our needs, and of our property. Our designer and in-house staff were extremely helpful in picking out materials that were both attractive to us as well as within our budget. Allied's in-house staff were terrific in coordinating with our condo management team as well as the city in obtaining the proper permits and inspections. On-site staff consisting of Allied personnel and third-party contractors were very respectful of our property making sure to protect the spaces that were not part of the remodel, cleaning after each day's work, and removing any debris that accumulated during the day. Allied staff would arrive first thing in the morning and stay until that day's work was completed. While hired contractors were excellent, their work was a bit more sporadic. The project manager did an excellent job juggling the different aspects involved with this job including with all Allied staff and hired contractors. Each week we received a progress report on the work completed as well as what was to come for the following week. We highly recommend Allied Kitchen & Bath if you are thinking of remodeling your home.

We recently renovated our condo in Fort Lauderdale. The project included the kitchen, laundry room and flooring. Allied Kitchen and Bath provided design and construction services. We are very pleased with Lewis Reif our designer who did a great job helping develop a design the met our needs and expectations. He worked through all details from flooring, cabinets, to power and lighting. Adam Hanson was our project manager and did an amazing job implementing the design, coordinating all subcontractors and working through some challenges with unforeseen existing conditions. Also I wanted to mention Trever Stroup and the rest of the Allied workers were polite and professional. They provided oversight and control with all permits and inspections. I worked with Allied to overhaul and redesign the kitchen and bathroom in my condo and I am absolutely thrilled with the result! I could not have been happier with how things turned out and the operation itself was as smooth as could be. The work was done flawlessly and every step of the process was thoughtful, thorough, and timely. Allied was meticulous about keeping within the agreed upon budget and timeline. From a design standpoint, we worked closely with Lewis R. who helped guide our product selection and make suggestions that fit our personal style and overall aesthetic. He was on-site nearly every day and very hands-on, making sure there was careful attention paid to each task no matter how big or small. As a whole, every single worker who came into our home was friendly, efficient, and maybe most importantly, skilled and talented. Allen, especially, was a pleasure to work with and made sure to communicate so we felt comfortable and that we were getting our money's worth. Everyone we talked to seemed to truly understand this wasn't just a renovation project -- this was an update to our home and something we would be living with and using for years to come. I can not recommend Allied enough. My new kitchen and bathroom are absolutely spectacular and immaculately constructed. I would gladly work with them again on any size project and know I'm getting top-notch service from an organization that truly cares about their customers and the work they are doing.

I had such an amazing experience with Allied and my personal designer Amanda. She worked with my GC and made sure to ask all the questions I would never know to ask, which saved me time and money. Her follow-up was immediate, and the Allied team was always so helpful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted, and she found the right color, materials and layout that suited my condo best. She was meticulous in her measurements and her recommendations. Even when I changed my mind, she always steered me in the right direction and had a ton of patience. I often was greeted by one of the owners of the business and felt everyone acted very professionally. I also ended up using their recommendations on tile for my shower when my original designer could not find anything I liked. I would highly recommend Allied if you want quality and great service. she saved my kitchen and master bathroom and I love the custom bookcase we created together. I will be back!

Andy, my designer, and the team at Allied just completed an exquisite remodel of my master bath. Project was done while I was away this summer and was ready when I returned this fall just as planned. It was a delight to work with the team at Allied from planning to post construction follow-up.

We had completed a previous remodel a few years ago on our 1979 house that we purchased in Boca Raton 10 years ago. We had pretty much renovated the entire house except for the master bedroom and bathroom which needed a complete gut. We weren't happy the previous company but who ever really is. I asked a friend of mine in the home construction industry if he had any recommendations. He immediately said Allied Kitchen and Bath. He stated they were not cheap but they were the best in the business. I have learned in life there are not things you want to go with the lowest bid, home renovations being one of them. We hired Allied and met with Lewis Reif and his design team. Lewis and his team were awesome!!! He was extremely patient with us and he and his team were great at helping us come up with a design and picking out the items we wanted. They made us feel at ease and not overwhelmed. When we had picked out a design and all the items, it was higher than the budget we wanted to spend. One of the owners of the company Bill Feinberg, and Lewis stepped up and helped us come up with another design with everything we wanted to better fit our budget. Adam Hanson was the job foreman. I cannot say enough how professional he and his crew were. My grandfather owned a construction company and my father grew up working construction so I have been around it all my life. I can say without a doubt that Adam Hanson is the best construction foreman I have ever seen. He was at the job site constantly. He and Lewis would also text my wife and I to let us know what days and times they would be there in case we had any questions. Adam made sure everything was done correctly. He also has the most professional and calm demeanor. All of which are very rate in the world these days. Who thought anyone could ever say that their remodel experience was pleasant. I now can. I can also say that in the future we will only be going to Allied Kitchen and Bath.

If you are doing a project and want it done right you have to start with a great company. Any deviation from that poses a risk to your investment, especially in real estate. You need to go by the book and go through the building inspection process, making the contractor: making a given contractor accountable to another authority. Allied Kitchen in my opinion goes by the rules. You may not need all the bells and whistles, but you do need a job well done. Allied has a large staff, inventory, and make the whole mind boggling process easy. I give credit to the bathroom designer Lewis and project Manager Bob R high marks made it came from contract, drawing plans, implementation, and completed project. Allied is the best and worth every penny.
