Shannon Anderson and crew remodeled our kitchen in Spring 2024, and I am so pleased and relieved (a strange word, but remodeling is scary!) with the work they have done. Signing on with a contractor is always a leap of faith, especially when they’re going to be remodeling something you depend on as much as your kitchen. From the jump, it was clear that Shannon and Greg were deeply invested in what *we* wanted for our kitchen—our project became their project. They were great listeners, great at offering ideas and suggestions, and leaving final decisions to us, and fabulous at bringing their expertise to bear when there was a better way of doing things we hadn’t considered. Shannon is outstanding at staying on top of all of the details of a complex project, keeping one eye on the aesthetics and functionality of the finished project, and communicating daily. The whole A.R. crew were a joy to work with every day. We tried (and, I’m sure failed) to stay out of their way, and they were excellent about making it easy to live in the house as they worked. I always felt like I could talk directly with Gustavo or Albert or anyone else on the crew about a question or concern, and they were dedicated to getting things right. It was easy to feel comfortable sharing our home-space with everyone on the crew. What you want and need from a contractor is that they do what they say they’re going to do, when they say they’re going to do it, at the price they say they’re going to do it for, and they’re not going to screw it up. What you hope for in a contractor is fine attention to detail, a dedication to making everything right when the little things go wrong, no arguing or finger-pointing, and no surprises when it comes to billing, craftspersonship, or schedules. Shannon and the crew really did all that I wanted, needed, and hoped for on the project. We were on-time, on-budget, and the kitchen simply looks great, has all the functionality and storage we wanted, and feels like home already.

We initially hired Anderson Reconstruction to complete a renovation of our upstairs hall bath after interviewing four contractors. Shannon and her team did an excellent job from start to finish. We made the decision to have them renovate our master bath as well. While they were certainly not the lowest bid, we liked their professionalism and detailed estimate. Shannon communicated effectively and quickly responded to text messages. She made you feel like you were their only client. She was a great troubleshooter and explained things clearly. This is our second time working with Anderson and we’re so happy with all of the work they’ve done! We did our primary bathroom back in 2019 and we finally took the plunge to take on our kitchen this year. We have a young son so we knew navigating this project would be challenging but Anderson did everything they could to make the house as livable as possible. Shannon met with us everyday to review decisions and the guys were all very friendly, knowledgeable and kept the worksite clean which was so helpful. There were a few surprises but Shannon and Greg always kept us in the loop so we knew every detail of the job even when we weren’t there. We are so happy with how things turned out and got to host our first Christmas in our new kitchen and our whole family loved how it turned out. And then throughout the project, she was helpful in directing us to find the resources we needed. She is accessible and responsive to any communication. And she is present most days on the job site. She makes sure that you always know where they are in the project and exactly what the goals are for each day or week. The entire team is fantastic. They answer questions and get done exactly what they say they will each day. And they are incredibly respectful when I question something that they might think is ridiculous! I am a tile contractor and have been working with Anderson for over 20 years. Recently we've been doing a lot of bathroom remodels together. Not only are they easy to work with they also make sure to be onsite everyday to meet with the clients and guys on the job. They do really custom work and make sure to pay attention to every detail making my job a little easier and making sure the client is happy and informed. Greg and Shannon make a good team and most of their guys have been with them for 10+ years so you know they're doing something right. I had a minor fire at my house that caused extensive smoke damage. A friend of mine suggested Anderson Reconstruction to do all of the repairs: popcorn ceilings, all new flooring and repainting throughout the house. I elected to do upgrades with lighting, quartz countertops, new outlets,etc. The company was over the top great, helping me with choices for upgrades, excellent workmen and workmanship. The job was done in a timely and conscientious manner. Shannon and Lauren and their mom and dad went out of their way to ease the stress and help me with decision making. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new home and decor. I highly recommend this company. They earned 5 out of 5 stars. These people care about their customer!

We worked with Anderson Reconstruction on a hall bath remodel that was long overdue. We have an older home and desperately needed to do updating but also wanted to stick with the charm that the house itself carries (it was built in the 30's). Shannon helped us narrow down our tile selections and Greg was there when we ran into old plumbing pipe issues that we didn't realize were hiding in the walls. The crew that worked at our home was courteous and made it a point to always tidy up before they left for the day. Whenever we had a question Shannon was quick to respond to texts and she or Greg would come by daily to review the work with their crew and fill us in on what was going on that day. Overall we are so happy we used Anderson Reconstruction and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an all around awesome crew to work with!

We used Anderson Reconstruction for a Master bathroom remodel. The job started on time and they had workers there everyday until completion. Their workers were very professional, courteous, and polite. Shannon Anderson not only supervised our job but also helped with the design. She is very knowledgeable about products on the market to help the homeowner with decisions regarding plumbing fixtures, tile, flooring, cabinets, and counter tops. As with all major remodels there were a few "hiccups" along the way. These were always taken care of quickly and professionally.
