With any type of construction there is a great amount of concern regarding the contractor. Our first meeting with Andy completely alliviated any of these concerns. He is very comfortable to work with plus he and his crew are honest, punctual, and work with you. It was so nice knowing their goal was to please us. Andy Johnston is an excellent contractor for anyone's remodeling or construction project. My kitchen had water damage that necessitated replacing the cabinets, plumbing, some sheetrock & repairing the hardwood flooring. Because of the extent of the damage, my whole big kitchen was reconstructed, updated & made new again. Andy is honest, straight forward, clear & communicates well. He coordinated all aspects of this reconstruction with his crew & their individual areas of expertise plus the jobs & timing of other necessary subcontractors. He did this all in a timely & efficient manner. He was where he said he would be, it cost what he estimated it would cost. He's cheerful, listens, sent drawings & made suggestions. He & his crew are dedicated craftsmen. Andy himself is an artist with tile work & construction details to create a place of beauty to enhance your home for your enjoyment & it's value. There were no surprises. The anticipated costs were given to me up front for my choices. Andy kept me updated by email, text & phone as things progressed. My kitchen is beautiful. I cannot say enough great things about Andy Johnston Construction and the kitchen remodel they did for us! From design to completion Andy was hands on the entire time and had great communication. He is creative, organized, professional and efficient. His team worked very diligently to bring us the kitchen we had hoped for in a realistic time frame. Andy and his team did an awesome job on our master bathroom and bedroom. He was very creative and professional and worked with our budget to make the best possible outcome. We remodeled our shower and floors and the tile work is beautiful. We also had window boxes built, new carpet placed and holes patched from previous water damage. We got it all done in a short time frame and it turned out better than I imagined and within budget. I will be using his services in the future for our flooring upstairs.
