I cannot recommend Anve highly enough! This was the first bathroom I have ever remodeled, and they walked me through every step of the process. Charles, the designer, even did a site visit and prevented the contractor from making a mistake. Olivia made all the logistics easy as could be. This team is professional, patient, and they care about your satisfaction.

I purchased double sink vanity from Anve online. When product was ready to be installed, sink top had some damages. I contacted customer service. Their support and services were excellent. Within a few days, I received new sink top. Delivery person waited until the new sink was inspected and until we made sure it fits the vanity base. Customer service was excellent throughout the whole process, via email and phone calls. I highly recommend the company and product.

Do not use this company! They are helpful and responsive until they've been paid and then you're out of luck. The furniture arrived late, damaged and not as promised. The replacement pieces were unusable and the owner, Charles, refused to issue any kind of refund. STAY AWAY!

Hello Judy,
It took us two years to complete your project. We managed to complete your working room, entrance units, large tv unit for your bedroom, bathroom vanities and etc. One whole year of this project was wasted because of the designer you hired for these projects We were extremely patient during the whole process of your designer deciding. Simply, you can not find this kind of service anywhere else in U.S., and no one else could have dealt with her like we did,

Please also share the pictures of your custom productions and show how they look. We added pictures of your finished projects, to be fair, so our potential customers can see, after reading this comment. We did a great job with your custom production with unique pieces, production with solid wood, satin brass legs and frames, while we kept the price affordable.

Close to the end of this project we faced transportation issues due to the pandemic, that was simply beyond our control. However, we always kept you updated and informed.

Custom orders are non-refundable and not returnable, however we did stand behind our products and provided you with free replacements, we have visited your jobsite countless times to fix anything you have requested, We even went further, and did inside delivery for you, which is a service we don't provide.

To compensate our efforts and the time we spent on this project, we simply refused your $3,500.00 compensation request after a completely finished project. We fulfilled all your requests and replacements and completed the job perfectly. We are still here to send you replacements if your items are damaged during the installation or transportation to keep you satisfied,.

Taking advantage of overseas transportation delay for requesting a compensation for a fully and successfully completed project is simply something we can not accept.

On April 6 I placed an order for a bathroom vanity with this company and paid $300 for express shipping. I reached out multiple times to confirm that my delivery would be shipped in a timely manner and I was assured it would be. I later find out on April 27 that the company never labeled my order as an express order but as normal shipping. My item had been sitting in a warehouse in New Jersey for almost a week, despite the assurances it would arrive in California on time. This will significantly delay my remodel and my contractor will not be available to finish this job until after May. I called to ask Anve to reach out to the shipper they contract with and work to resolve the issue they created. They told me the order was out of their hands and to call the shipper. I called the shipper and they told me the responsibility was entirely on Anve to resolve this. I called Anve AGAIN and explained my frustration at them for not taking accountability (but taking my $300), the customer service agent told me there was absolutely nothing that they were willing to do and hung up on me. I called, again, and asked for a supervisors information. I never received a call back. I doubt my money will be returned. In addition, most of their items can be found from other vendors online for the same price. If i were you I'd save yourself $300 and a headache and shop elsewhere.

Your order was placed on 4/06 and as you have been informed, estimated time of shipment would be in 2-3 weeks. We have scheduled the pick up with carrier on 4/21 but unfortunately they did not pick until the following day. Transit time to California is around 5-7 business days. Delays in transit is out of our control. We have contacted the freight company to return the freight back to us. You are not responsible for any charges, you will be fully refunded.

We purchased a vanity and shower system here. The vanity is of great quality and was a great price. Ditto the shower. The showroom was clean and the sales staff friendly. The person who loaded the vanity in our car was extremely helpful and friendly. Would shop here again. Highly recommended.
