Apex did a refresh of the exterior of our house, including siding, roofing and some repairs. This was our 3rd or 4th project with Apex, and as always, we were thrilled with the result! The quality of work is exceptional, the project always finishes on time, and they are great to work with! Wonderful communication and follow through- we will only work with Apex for future projects.

We used Apex Design for our kitchen remodel, it was great working with them, after meeting with Jb and discussing the plan for a new kitchen, we were excited to get it started Jb had some great ideas for the new lay out, and turned out beautiful from the tile to cabinets, and the counter tops, his installation team was great to work with, they communicated daily with the plan and the procedures, and they were all pleasant to work with ,everything was kept on schedule ,and they all did an excellent job. We plan on having them back for a new bathroom installation on the basement level.

Had Apex put on a new roof and gutters. Did a terrific job. Great to work with. Apex is more than roofing and gutters they do wonderful interior and exterior design and very good quality work. They work with you to accomplish your dreams for your home.

Apex Design Build completed my condo full bathroom renovation in little more than 2 weeks (yes, 2 weeks :-)). Working with their design team to transfer my ideas into a workable design was straightforward. Then, Matt planned out everything and kept the project on track. Great quality work across all the teams, and they were very responsive to any follow-ups needed. The project came in under budget and on time. I got no surprises and a final product I'm happy with.

This was our 3rd or fourth project with Apex-- outstanding as always! Efficient, high quality, great communication. We would not work with anyone else.

I first met JB about 2005 when I joined a flying club. He was an officer of the club (President?) and I got to know him slightly. After a couple of years I moved on after I bought a small plane. I spent years renting hanger space at different airports. Finally I decided to make the big move. I would get my own hanger. I decided on a metal frame building unlike most small plane hangers which are more like a pole barn construction. There is a big difference in the construction methods. The frame for the metal frame hanger is preconstructed with all the metal beams, posts and joining parts cut, welded and drilled. There is a very specific order and method of assembly; included with the components are a large number of complicated drawings detailing what must be done. I spoke with a number of construction companies and didn't get a good feeling when we reviewed what must be done. It didn't fit their normal methods of building. I then remembered JB and contacted him. I felt his interest in Aviation might be an additional incentive in accepting the work. We discussed the project and I felt he was the person to do the job. JB handled all aspects of the work starting from the excavation, plumbing, heating (in floor heat) and layout of the slab foundation to the final inspection. There were specific precise requirements for the building. The strength of the foundation under the main posts had to be much greater than in normal construction as well as having a precise location for mounting the posts. A small error would not let the frame bolt together properly. JB sub contracted the cement work and made certain it was done to spec. When the foundation was cured, JB's team took over. The hanger is 60' x 60' with an inside height of 23'. The manufacture said it would be no problem to hang a couple of airplanes from the ceiling. The posts and beams were big. He rented the equipment to handle the heavy iron. JB was there every day. After the work day he or someone else on the team would pour over the drawings and plan out the next day's work. Note: There was not a day skipped with the team going elsewhere; they worked until the job was done. In addition to the unusual requirements and methods of the metal frame construction, the hangar was required by the airport to be built to commercial building codes. There are many aspects of this code that are very different than residential codes. JB worked this out in spite of having an inspector that was very difficult (we have many of our own as well as other hanger owners stories about him such as he did not do ladders to inspect). I consider the Hanger to be a success and am very happy with it. I feel I made the correct decision to hire JB. Without his oversight of the job it could have been a disaster. His attention to detail and follow up made this project work. If I had additional new or remodeling work I would certainly be a repeat customer.

Apex was selected as the contractor for my garage remodeling project after several meetings to determint the scale and cost of the project. John and his team provided excellent ideas and suggestions which we encorporated into our construction plans. The project proceeded on-time and on-budget, and the entire team was professional and meticulous in every aspect of the job. The remodel was completed within the time constraints, with the exterior work completed before winter set in, allowing the interior work to proceed in a heated environment. The exterior cleanup was completed and the construction area re-sodded and groomed expertly. The internal work, including smart placement of electrical outlets and lighting was beyond our expectations, and will benefit our future use of the space. The team kept us updated on progress and goals, and we were consulted regularly on options regarding style, color and materials. In summary, the job was completed on-budget, on-time and exactly as the construction plan proposed. We are very pleased with the professionalism and diligence of the entire team.

APEX was great to work with and did a phenomenal job on our remodel. They remodeled our kitchen, dining room, main entrance way, and three bathrooms. The quality of the work was really high and they didn’t just replace everything but helped recreate each of the area of the remodel.

Apex aided us on two projects in 2020. Being new to the area Apex was a wonderful asset in providing great contractors in the area of framing, plumbing, electrical, painting, sheetrock, tile, insulation, concrete installation and patio construction and so much more. Design insights were extremely helpful in our decision making. They provided a timetable and stuck to it with exacting accuracy. Problems were handled quickly and professionally. Apex was wonderful to work with from estimate through design to completion. Our project was remodeling a small guest bathroom (7'8" x 7'3") in a 110 year old house. We wanted a bath with modern amenities but in a style that was period-appropriate to our home. We replaced the shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower. The project was completed as scheduled and within budget. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. Everyone was friendly, respectful, responsive, and professional.
