Working with Armada has been a great experience. We had them put on a two bedroom two story addition. We are very impressed with the finished project and the timeliness of completion. Sam and Derek were our on-site team and they have put significant care into ensuring everything is to our liking. Sam FaceTimed us while we were away or made sure to call us over if we were available to chat preferences, keeping us engaged and involved as much as we desired. Any small issue identified was resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The only issues really were about design and I wish we had a bit more time and energy put in from the design team to prevent them from occurring in the first place. Sam and Derek though went above and beyond to help with a sewer issue saving us significantly over what the city was trying to push. Armada had their crew ready to go as soon as the city approved permits. They kept to their schedule for project completion. Highly impressive to keep all the crew, permitting and inspections going over the three month project. The quote from Armada was on par or lower than many others while we were shopping around. There was less than 5% in change orders needed in findings or enhancements so the budget was well defined. Overall, very highly recommend Armada for any renovation project. If we ever have anything in the future I’m sure we’ll be back.

We recently had our kitchen and living room renovation completed by Armada, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, their team demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and expertise.Robin and Omar, in particular, were outstanding—they were incredibly responsive and attentive to every detail of the project from start to finish. The quality of the work is great, they took care of every small detail, from start to finish. I will be definitely going to Armada for any other construction and renovation needs.

Designer Jordan Sheldrew has an amazing eye for color and space. She pays attention to small details to achieve the desired look clients are looking for. She works hard keeping to the budget while still creating the desired look. Couldn’t be happier. Will definitely recommend her to others.

Armada Design/Build – Alex, the owner, runs a first-class operation. My wife, Kathy, and I had two large interior renovation/design projects that I’ll simply call the upstairs project and the downstairs project. We interviewed three different companies and eventually requested initial design drawings, cost estimates, and timelines from two. Initial cost estimates were all similar; designs were creative; but timelines were quite different. We selected Armada because of the start dates and timeline for each project, and equally importantly, we really liked the people! The design phase for the upstairs project was challenging because we knew our functional requirements but could not envision a layout. Craig Bartel was our assigned designer, and he was perfect for us. Very patient. During meetings he displayed his computer layouts on a big screen and provided take home printouts and PDFs for us to study further and edit for the next meeting. He brought great ideas to the project. Originally, there were three bedrooms, a rec room and a shared bathroom. Craig’s design created a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and a study/office. It added a new ¾ bathroom to serve the two remaining bedrooms and included an extensive built-in bookcase in the hallway. Throughout the process, Robin Briggs kept a detailed spreadsheet of the estimated costs as the design project evolved, and she helped tremendously with hardware and finishing suggestions to keep us within budget. The downstairs project was a kitchen, family room and powder room renovation. There were structural design requirements to replace a supporting post and pony wall separating the kitchen and family room with a support beam, opening the entire space. It also included adding a large picture window to the breakfast nook. The structural engineer they consulted excellent as was the permitting process with City of Kirkland. My wife Kathy is a geologist and was very particular about the extensive stone work installed downstairs and in the upstairs bathrooms. Nick and Natalia at Atlantic Stone and Tile were outstanding subcontractors for Armada. They spent considerable time with us in the final slab selections, finishing and installation. Their work was flawless. Project execution took the upstairs and the downstairs spaces down to floorboards and studs. The key person for us was Greg Gordon, our assigned project manager. He was incredible! Greg’s coordination of the subcontracting plumbers, electricians, painters, floor finishers, cabinet, lighting, tile, carpet, wallpaper and appliance installers seemed effortless. He was onsite and met with us frequently. He was very easy to reach by phone or text, even after hours and weekends! He was extremely responsive to all our needs and delightful to work with. The projects finished on budget and very close to on time!! In short, Armada Design/Build was an outstanding choice for us. We're delighted withe work.

Raquel is an amazing professional. She understood my limited vision of our project and expanded it beautifully to more than I could have hoped for. She listened, questioned, shared her thoughts and together we made decisions that created a comfortable and updated kitchen, bath, bedroom and living area. She was especially helpful in selecting the perfect countertops. Raquel has a way of coordinating all elements to produce a cohesive environment. After a while, there was one additional space I wanted to update. Following a quick phones call, the project was ready to move forward. With Raquel’s guidance, it now blends perfectly with the rest of our home. Thank you Raquel.

We engaged with Armada to remodel our theater/office room and to redo our master shower. While we do love the end product, the process was by no means smooth, with the biggest frustration being the multitude of change orders that kept coming. However, my rating is due to the people who were part of the project and the work they put in. Omar, our project manager, was a great partner. He was always available, responsive, patient and overall great to work with. He answered all my questions, big and small, and when he did not have an answer, he followed up right away. I particularly appreciate him taking ownership of mishaps rather than trying to swipe them under the rug and his accountability for fixing them and getting things back on track. Aya, our designer, was a delight to work with. She delivered my "not so neutral" vision, while gently advising and stirring us in the right direction. Many of the crews, in house or sub-contracted, who worked on our project did a great job. Big kudos to Aiden, who has a keen attention for detail and whose work ethic is something rarely seen nowadays, Daniel, the in-house tile expert who saved the day for the shower project , and to Sergey, the painter, who did a fantastic job matching new to old.

We recently finished an attic project with Armada Design and Build and are happy with how it turned out. The work quality is top-notch, with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The team was flexible and accommodating with changes, making sure all our requests were fully met.

Armada has been great to work with. They just finished our custom home and we couldn’t be happier with the finished project. Derek and Sam (our contractors) were very easy to work with, very approachable and understanding. They made some complicated things happen for us and walked us through the entire process with patience and guidance. Like any big project there were speed bumps along the way but they managed it all really well keeping us well informed . We had a particular design vision in mind and they worked with us like a team, making sure every detail was exactly how we wanted.

At the end of the day, I can't say enough good things about Derek and Aya at Armada. The design process made us feel heard and valued. Aya was quick to assist throughout the project and gave us confidence along the way. Upon completion of our project, our vision was realized. Derek was our project manager and I will always sing his praises. Derek cared more about delivering us a beautiful, quality home than we did – and that’s hard to come by. Derek’s patience, understanding, and kindness during an inevitably stressful process is invaluable. Sam, our superintendent, was a huge help as well – even spending his entire weekend dealing with some unexpected circumstances at the construction site. Sam’s attention to detail and diligence shine through at every step. Armada delivered us a home that THEY are proud of. That speaks volumes.

We recently completed a complete kitchen renovation with Armada. We have had some previous renovation experience, and we were very happy with the Armada process starting with design through construction. Pricing and schedule were transparent (important to us) and reasonably on target (also important to us). As the project progressed and questions arose, we came to solutions that made sense for both parties. Armada was conscious of our constraints (we had continuity through our sales person Robin) and we were able to preserve the majority of our requests and anticipate unknowns through the design process (with our designer Craig). Execution was very smooth and it was clear that Armada’s crews (and on-site project manager Jacob) were focused on getting the job done well. Jacob constantly communicated what was going to happen next in the project, and I never felt like I had unanswered questions. We were supported by the team in the Armada office as well. The actual construction process was smooth, and Armada made accommodations for our cats and children that made living without a kitchen for a few months bearable. And now that we have our brand new kitchen - it works well, and we don’t have any regrets choosing Armada.

I did an expensive remodel to my condo including removing walls, updating three bathrooms, installing HVAC, a bar, and updating and refinishing floors. This was my first time doing any project of this scale and I'm glad I had Armada to walk me through each step. The design process was very thoughtful and included multiple meetings with the designer to work with me and understand my design goals and style. We came up with three options to choose from, but borrowed standout bits from each. The lighting in particular stands out as very well done and I get compliments on the choices from friends and professionals. Once we had a finalized design, I met with my contractor team, Sam and Derek, who were personable, patient, and professional in helping me through all stages of the project. Sam became my main point of contact once the construction started and he was very responsive any time I messaged him. We had to contend with your typical HOA struggles and Sam was very communicative and helpful in alleviating any worries the HOA had while working with me to come up with solutions to any problems that arose like protecting the exterior walkways and noise management. All said and done the project took about 5 months and thanks to Sam and Derek it was exciting and educational to watch the project progress. As is expected in any major project in a building from 1962, we encountered some unexpected complications due to the older building's idiosyncrasies, but Sam and Derek were quick to communicate them and talk me through options and costs to address them. As things neared completion and we began getting into the weeds they made sure they had me onsite to review progress and note anything that needed to be fixed or changed which is common when you have a major remodel. Sam and his team were quick to make adjustments to ensure that the quality loved up to their standards. They've also encouraged me to stay in contact with any questions I have or adjustments that I might notice once I've fully moved in and lived there for a bit which is extremely helpful. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how the renovation turned out. It's gorgeous, functional, and all happened according to schedule. I highly recommend the Armada team for their talent, professionalism, and skill.

I hired Armada around August 2023 to help me remedy a previous poor remodel job with two of my small/mid-sized bathrooms in my home. The job would ultimately end up being practically a tear-down to the studs, with rebuild up to their standards. Effectively everything about the Armada process was great. A quick rundown of the process: - We began with conversations about what I wanted the project to look like, budget, and general timeline. - After an initial down payment, we moved to the design phase. A certain number of hours with their in-house designer were paid for with this, including a home visit where the designer could take measurements, get a general feel for the decoration/layout/style of the rest of the house, and have a conversation with me about other things, such as which elements would stay (tubs, hardware, etc.). - Tile, materials, paint, etc. were then selected. 3D renders were made of how the project would presumably look, so that I'd have an idea of what I was buying in to. These renders were allowed to be rejected, altered, etc.; at one point, I completely scrapped the look of the master bathroom that I was going for so that we could go with something more modern. - After this began construction timeline; construction began in February 2024 and was estimated to take 6-8 weeks. Construction did end up completing in this timeline, maybe even slightly faster, with no corners cut. - Everything during construction was very professionally handled. Honestly, from day one when they put up plastic walls to protect the other rooms in my house I was impressed. - The in-house professionals were super knowledgeable. The tile guy in particular knew what questions to ask me, had different options prepared, was easily able to take on requests that I gave him, and the tile in both of the showers is gorgeous. Floor and baseboards as well. - My project manager was quick to respond to any issues, from over text to coming to the house that day to drop off materials that subcontractors would need. He was also continuously on top of scheduling teams to come to the house and take care of work. In the timeline of construction there was very little downtime. - The crews kept their work areas very clean. Large trash hauls were handled every so often, and construction never felt overbearing. My only negative to raise would be to ensure that whatever is discussed makes it onto the final contract. Two things I had at least informally discussed did not make it on to the final document: - Moving a heated towel rack to another location - A small niche in the shower for resting a foot while shaving The final cost was also a bit higher than my initial expectation- around $80k for both bathrooms. I have not done comps to see how that compares to other companies, but the quality of the work is high and I am very happy. These are small concerns that are incredibly easy to follow up on. I would highly recommend Armada.

Working with Armada’s team is a pleasure, from Ryan who so patiently and transparently answered all my questions before contract signing, to Alannah who knows the showroom inside out and I think keeps a Rolodex of manufacturers in her head, to Katie who, like Alannah, knows who to turn to when you have a question, to their talented design manager Aya who helped me reconfigure some changes to accommodate all my wishes, to Kimberly their controller who actually makes talking about payments a pleasant experience, to Omar, my on point project manager whose responsiveness is soon to become legendary. From day one he responded to every question/concern in a timely manner and came by at least weekly to see how things were progressing. Were there hiccups? Of course—I don’t know of any remodel that doesn’t have them— but Omar handled them professionally and was in my corner all the way. He communicated regularly with Chris, his supervisor, and between the two of them, they’ve managed to get me to the finish line.

Great team, I can not express the excellent communication and quality of the service they provided me. We went through several remodeling projects and always gave me the best options for my place. Definitely I will contact them for my future projects.

Armada designed, coordinated and performed all the work very well. We did a major renovation of the Kitchen, laundry room, ceiling lighting and flooring. This work involved structural changes with new support beams . Also they moved plumbing, and wiring. The workmanship was excellent and the finished renovations were very well done. The project was not without glitches but the management, designer, project manager, and all the workers were very cooperative in resolving the issues and problems. They were very easy to work with. We felt their pricing was reasonable. The project took 4 to 5 months and was completed in November 2022. I highly recommend Armada if you need major renovations. D. Murakami, Bothell, WA

We recently wrapped up a project with Armada and are thrilled with the quality and work of the team. They created a beautiful new space for our home and we are very pleased with the results. We bought our home about a year ago and one of the rooms was not built out. It was supposed to have bathrooms and two bedrooms but instead was one big empty room waiting to be finished. We proceeded to get quotes from multiple contractors and found that Armada was fairly priced compared to the others. They also had earlier availability and try to ensure everything (or at least the major components) for your project arrive before they start. A good move for the most part because it creates less down time waiting for stuff to come in! When we started on our project, everything went smoothly and timely. Of course we ran into some unexpected surprises along the way, but the options on how to proceed were clearly explained to me so I could decide on what I wanted and understand the impact to my budget. My project manager was the star performer of my overall engagement and kept me informed throughout the entire process start to finish. Overall, he was very on top of what was being done and when AND was able to explain *why* when we had a delay. I do want to say my project had a few bumps - to be expected with construction. Don’t fool yourself to think your project won’t have any. Our hiccups included the drywall guys delivering the materials and NOT following directions. They were so in a hurry to deliver, they took the easy path, carried the drywall through the house (instead of over the roof and through windows as instructed) and caused a lot of paint damage to my walls. Armada did fix this (at their expense) as it was the carelessness of one of their vendors. Also, the timing did take longer than promised. Most of the time I found this to be with sub-contractors who were not available or over booked. I think we were generously patient but as long as I had some communication on what was going on that helped. But yes, there were times I had to call and find out the status. The majority of the time the project manager would give me updates. All in all - we felt that Armada delivered our project as expected. We did have a budget increase but that was a result of some unknowns in our room that couldn’t be projected. We are VERY pleased with the quality of work provided and are already working on getting another project started with Armada. We highly recommend them, especially if you are looking for a contractor with attention to detail, while providing quality work. — Melody

After our condo of nine months was flooded from a ruptured water main, and the demolition team tore up just about all but the windows, the seemingly impossible job of making things whole again, if not better, was the challenge. Using Armada's creative design team, engineering consultants, project manager and builders, they patiently and efficiently worked with us to help develop a plan which addressed both our concerns and dreams. Mechanical as well as regulatory issues which seemed insurmountable were all successfully worked through. The quality of the workmanship, the concern for detail, and leaving nothing undone was their forte. And the people, the managers and the workmen, without exception, were highly qualified, wonderfully polite and fun to be around. As you might gather, we were and are extremely pleased with the work they have done and the fact that they completed the job within budget. Vince Bryan

The people putting in the labor have been great, but Armada has been extremely frustrating to work with. It has been now been 4 months for an estimated 7 week project, and there are still items left unfinished (missing cabinet hardware, garbage disposal switch). There is zero communication from them unless I reach out first, and even then many messages go ignored. Contractors come and go without any warning, even on weekends, which makes planning around the work impossible. I understand supply issues when it comes to cabinets, but there is a clear lack of disorganization and respect for the homeowner's time when weeks go by without any of the other work being done. I do love our new kitchen. The design is great (although the designer working with us has now left the company). The quality of the cabinet installation, countertops, tile, and flooring are fantastic. I just wish it was finished!

Our experience with Armada was outstanding. We give our highest recommendation to the company. We suffered major water damage to our home that resulted in the gutting of our entire kitchen, powder room, living, room etc. Worked with Armada's designer, Briana, who did a fantastic job of selecting flooring, counter tops, cabinets, etc. We had to live out of state while the re-construction was completed (five months) and could not inspect the site very often. We didn't have to. The Armada construction team paid impeccable attention to detail, results far exceeded our expectations, and we had very few punch list items. Would without question use Armada again.

We have done a $200K remodeling project with Armada and are very happy. The staff was very helpful early in the project with helping us nail down our design and picking materials. The execution was on-time and with quality. Almost three years later, we've yet to find some major problem. They were very resourceful when our cabinets were delayed by the supplier due to some issues on the supplier end. In fact, they quickly redirected to another Armada partner cabinet maker to get comparable cabinets with only a minor delay. They were also very creative when it came to our requirement to preserve one of the house's large original windows while re-doing the kitchen layout that was running up against that window. They moved the window to a different location without any damage to it.

We hired Armada to remodel our main floor, with most of the work focused on kitchen and family room. This was a full remodel of the kitchen, tearing it down to the studs and moving/adding a window, and the end result was a beautiful luxury kitchen. Other work included redoing the cabinetry in the family room, taking down a dividing arch and columns from living/dining rooms, replacing carpet with hardwood in the living/dining/office, lighting changes, & more. The end result is phenomenal and we cannot be more pleased: - The quality of the work is outstanding - attention to detail, design, pride in the craftsmanship throughout; Armada’s crew were all clearly experts in their own areas of specialty; - In addition to our own happiness, we have gotten excellent feedback from folks within the trade — e.g. the City inspector who came to sign off on the work/permit, and others; - The design work was excellent, addressing our specific requests related to sunlight while maintaining privacy in an innovative way that other vendors could not provide; - The project management was great — we were kept fully informed, things completed when committed, and all concerns/questions were promptly responded to; despite the inevitable challenges with a project this large, Armada delivered within a week of the original estimate. While Armada is not going to be the cheapest quote you get, I’m confident they will be the best at a reasonable price. We are now looking to do another project with them.

Alex and his Armada team did an awesome job with our Kitchen and Great Room project. There were some delays due to a bad order of tile (no fault of theirs) that delayed completion several weeks, but in the end, they delivered exactly what we envisioned...and on budget! The Project Manager, also Alex, had a critical eye on the quality of our project and held his Subs accountable to his high standard. For example, the countertop installation was shoddy Alex insisted that the owner/manager of the company come see the issue and redo the install that same day. Briana was also awesome helping us bring the details of our project together. We chose to shop and purchase the hardware, lighting and sink/faucet combo ourselves and she was always available to provide us her insight and guidance. Overall we are very satisfied with Armada and definitely recommend their services to others!

We hired Armada to remodel our kitchen and some minor house refresh items such as new carpet and floor refinishing. Their attention to construction detail was very good and they were easy to work with. All their contractors and project manager were very good at their specific trade, hardworking, and honest which is hard to find. We had a few communication issues within their team which led to scheduling delays, but overall I would still recommend them and would work with then again.

Armada Design and Build did a wonderful job completely renovating my galley kitchen in a month. They installed all new appliances, shaker cupboards, ultra vinyl flooring, countertops, instant hot water heater, painted the kitchen, dining and living room. I’m very happy with the results and enjoying my new kitchen.

I wanted a simple update for my ugly 80s bathrooms. Armada has a bath package deal that is well priced. They do a lot of new construction in the area and use materials bought in bulk for that purpose in their package deals, so the savings are passed on to consumers like me who just have a small job - and you get what new construction buyers are looking for in a bath. Owner Alexander says he does remodel work at wholesale prices. I did not have a ton of choices for finishes within the package price, but that was good in my opinion. From first contact to finished project just one month! Elena was wonderful designer and so efficient with scheduling. It was the most pain free remodel ever. Everything done to the very highest quality workmanship.

Great job! Not only they were on schedule, but also the result is wonderful. The remodeling went smooth and it is precisely how we picture it! I am giving the highest recommendation for Armada's team.

We bought our 2,000+ sq. feet house in December 2016. It was a compromise between an outdated floor plan and a convenient location. We also wanted to do some design updates. Armada’s team did an amazing whole house makeover within a phenomenal timeframe (only 2 months!). Armada helped us to open the floor in the living room area by removing a wall in our kitchen and converted one of 4 bedrooms into a spa like master bathroom and walk-in closet, allowing us to have a more modern and convenient layout on the main floor. They also framed a new bedroom by splitting a large recreational room downstairs so that we can still have 4 bedrooms in our house and use that new one as an office and an additional guest bedroom. As to updates Armada helped us to design and built a chef’s kitchen with an island inside and convenient layout to optimize our cooking experience (e.g., “storage triangle” near our dishwasher, various pullout mechanisms, electric wiring in the island for a microwave and hand held appliances, etc.). They also updated our ceilings with recess lights, turned our red cherry hardwood floors with 7 coats of polish into stylish modern dark floors and replaced carpet in bedrooms. Finally, Armada did a great job with painting the entire main floor. I can highlight several things why we liked working with Armada: 1) GREAT PLANNING: We got great help with making decisions about our new floor plans and design. Alex and our project manager Yuri initially spent ~4 hours in our house discussing multiple options as it was not an easy solution. They proposed the best solution that we decided to go with. 2) CONVENIENCE: It was convenient for us to visit Armada office and pick all materials at once. We spent almost 5 hours picking up tiles, kitchen cabinets etc. It was all in one place and all materials are high quality unlike many options that we looked at Lowe’s and HomeDepot. The only challenging part was that there was no CAD preview or sketches with our written approval how the final outcome would look like. But in any case, everything turned out great. 3) RESPONSIVENESS: Yuri did an amazing job promptly replying to our questions and making changes. It’s also impressive how he could manage such a big project under a very tight timeline and still finish it on time.

In 2016, we have selected Armada to replace our existing wood floor and carpet with new wood floor on the main floor and upstairs. They also took down a wall and remodeled our staircase. We were very happy with their work. We hired Armanda this year (2017) to redo our master bathroom. We are extremely happy with the end result and how the entire remodeling went. Alex provided each proposal quickly. It took several days or even weeks to obtain an estimate with other companies. Alex is very knowledgeable and had great suggestions that we did not think of (e.g. moving the door of the bathroom’s entrance to accommodate a larger shower, additional vents, add a closet). Everything was done to meet all the construction codes. The process of selecting the materials was done in one visit to their store. Ariana, their interior designer was available to us and helped us select all the material. She was able to put together a selection of tiles, cabinets, quartz to match our taste. We agreed on a 6 weeks schedule for the master bathroom renovation and Armada completed the job within 5 weeks, the last week was the walk through and small fixes . Because of our new floors and new stairs, we were concerned about the remodeling, but the Armada crew covered all the floors, the stairs, the walls and the ramps with heavy protection. They also protected quite well the master bedroom by installing a tent to separate the work area from the bedroom. We had little dust. Demolition went without any problem at all. Michael was awesome! He coordinated all the work and was very helpful when their plumber find out that we had a defective shower mixer. He called the vendor and got a replacement within 24 hours. We were very happy with Alex recommendation to move the bathroom entrance door by about 3 feet to allow for a spacious shower. You cannot tell that the door has been moved. The new bathtub, tiles, new showers glass door, new cabinets, new lights, etc. were installed and delivered exactly as promised. I should add that I could always reach out Michael if I had questions. He is amazing to work with. We are very happy with Armada and love our new master bathroom. We appreciate the quality of their work and would definitively hire them again for our next project. By the way, the crew was home alone during the master bathroom renovation. We never had to come over during the day and trusted them to do the work as scheduled. We had no damage to our house. A cleaning crew came on the last day. We highly recommend them for your flooring or renovation.

We had previewed Alex and the Armada Team beginning in late 2014 and thru 2015. We saw examples of their remodels and their full home construction projects. Their fit and finish work stood above others and the type of improvements we were looking for on our project were all areas they had previously demonstrated competency in working with their other clients. Our project was extensive and Alex's cost estimates were fairly priced in comparison to the other bids we reviewed. We also took advantage and appreciated their knowledge of products and expertise in cabinets, tile work, overall construction, painting and lighting. Extremely pleased with the overall results – beginning in Spring of last year, our project was complicated (involving steel fabrication and beam erection) and it was done on the timeline that had been projected by Armada. We were able to begin enjoying our beautiful new kitchen and surrounding living spaces during the past 2016 Thanksgiving and Holiday Season!

I initially contacted Armada Design & Build on the recommendation of of my friends. I had a big remodel of my unfinished basement in mind, and a reasonably tight timeline, and I was nervous about finding a company that could fit me into their busy schedule. From the outset, I was very impressed with Armada -- they showed up promptly for their initial appointment, looked around the space, and made lots of measurements and sketches, and Alex talked through a lot of the work that needed to be done. They had lots of great ideas and suggestions, and Alex gave me a concrete initial estimate. Once I agreed to the initial estimate, they had me go to their showroom, where a very helpful woman named Irina (I think, it was awhile ago) helped me make a bunch of decisions. The final estimate was drawn up, and it was very close to the initial estimate. (I had a lot of questions about it, and all were answered promptly.) When I signed the paperwork, Alex printed out a basic schedule (with the caveat that it might be off a couple of weeks) and I'm happy to report that, despite a couple of issues, they stuck very closely to the schedule, and I had a great sense of what things were happening in my basement when. Yuriy, the site supervisor, kept in great touch whenever there was a problem. Communication in general was very good. I can't rate Armada highly enough, I would definitely use them again for another project.

Alex and his team at Armada Design & Build are easy to work with. They are responsive to questions and changes. We love our new kitchen. We've had so many compliments on how beautiful the kitchen turned out.

We had the pleasure of working with Alex, Michael, Irina and the rest of the crew on our kitchen remodel and addition to our mid century home. The crew were curteous and the craftsmanship was excellent. They were able to work with us and address any concerns that we had. We highly recommend and would use them again for future projects.

Armada did our kitchen remodeling this October. We are quite happy with both the result and how the company handled the process. First, the quality. Everything is done neatly. I really appreciate that they paid extra efforts to fit all pipes, the dispenser and the RO filter with tank in tight space under the sink in such way that it also fits a full-size garbage can. I personally like how neatly tile is laid, because I have some experience laying tile in past. All spaces between tiles are straight and nicely adjusted and tiles lay flat and evenly. Cabinets are installed accurately, all the spacings/distances are precisely leveled. All kitchen appliances are installed properly and handled with great care. Painting is done very well, with no runs/paint spots or uneven tint. The process. Armada started on-time, with no delays and finished the same day they promised. Work area was closed by plastic curtains to keep dust away from other rooms, floors covered to prevent any damage (and no damage was done to anything). Work crew always appeared on-time. Everyone was polite, friendly, and all options were negotiated with us before the work is done. Really, nothing to complaint. We had great help from Armada with choosing tile, cabinets, countertop, etc., so all looks in same style, which was a plus for us. My personal takeaway from the project is that since Armada does everything on time and fast, we need to act fast as well with selecting materials/colors and providing new appliances. Would I hire them again if I need? - absolutely! I am actually planning to delegate another improvement in my house to Armada in the next few months.

Armada Design & Build handled the remodel of our office space. They were punctual, professional and extremely proficient. They have a quality work ethic and execute contracts and deadlines in a timely fashion. We had a small window from the time we relocated until our doors opened. They, not only, completed the job with an exceptional level of charisma, tenacity and zeal but with excellent customer service. They set a good standard for construction companies regarding attention to detail and communication. Would recommend and will be contacting them again soon.
