Jeff delivered on the vision my wife and I had for our master bath. We came into the project with ideas and Jeff used his experience to turn our ideas into reality. From the beginning, Jeff was honest about how long the project would take and the cost; there were no surprises. Most import, Jeff consulted with us on our design for the bathroom, our choice of materials and even color scheme. Artisan R&R is fantastic! I used Jeff's company for a commercial remodel of an 1890's Victorian house for reuse as a B&B in Monroe. His crew was great and we still get compliments on the awesome bathrooms we have! I also used Artisan for my home master bath remodel and it turned out great! The main difference between Artisan and other builders is the quality of the craftsmen Jeff uses. It was a pleasure to meet the cabinet makers, the tile crew, and the plumber - all top notch in the field. That is definitely NOT the case with other construction companies I've used in the past. you won't go wrong with Artisan!

Jeff listened carefully to what I wanted in a new bathroom. He works like it is his own home he is renovating. We absolutely love our new bathroom! It has a separate shower and a soaking tub! The marble at the sink is beautiful! So roomy for our house that is 50 years old! My husband says showering is like "Nirvana" with the rain shower head, regular head and handheld. Even on the worst of days, you can have the best of showers!

My one year search for a contractor ended when I met Jeff Webb with Artisan R&R. His creative mind and love for antiques made him the perfect candidate for my project. Jeff's ability to incorporate my vintage footed tub and antique french vanity and a large tile shower for the master bath far exceeded my expectations. Dealing with an older home we had some issues Jeff worked it out and stayed within my budget. Jeff's plumbing contractor and electrician provided a very skilled and courteous service. The results are amazing, he created a unique master bath & bedroom, a wonderful walk in closet and a fun powder room. I was so blessed to have met Jeff and his wonderful contractors. PROJECT 2: It looks like I am unable to write a separate review for our recent project with Jeff, but it is important that we give credit to Jeff for an incredible, one-of-a-kind transformation of a basement that almost caused us not to buy our "forever" home. If I had before pictures, you would understand the patience, creativity and ingenuity of Jeff and his amazing contractors. First, the entire basement was "out of code" and finished by a do-it-your-self homeowner that didn't know what he was doing. Ceilings ended up having to be ripped out, plumbing, electrical, excessively glued-down floors, walls - you name it, and Jeff took it all in stride. We trusted Jeff to understand our vision for our family gatherings - and he exceeded our expectations. I said to Jeff that I had to have a barn door and he knew that the only way to accomplish this because of size was to build it himself; so he found wood from an 1876 barn and did just that, and when he discovered the ceiling was not level, he built a placeholder for the roller so the ceiling issue would not be noticeable (see picture). We had to have more sleeping options during family reunions so Jeff created this amazing sleeping design (see picture) that sits along one wall in my husband's train room. It is a "wow" and everyone is in awe when they see it. The Bar area is absolutely perfect!! Do you realize that the cabinetry is painted and not stained? It is also amazing, the entire design and completed mini-kitchen/bar, so user-friendly. The bathroom is a "spa" . . truly a spa for our guests (we wish it was our master bath)! I could go on and on about all the details of what Jeff created for us and his over-the-top creativity, but instead, I am happy to talk with you in person and discuss the entire project and the quality, character and ethics of this amazing contractor who has become a dear friend during our two projects. Jeff Webb of artisan remodeling and renovation built my house 10 years ago and still to this day it is uniquely designed and doesn't lack any attention to detail. From hand built doors, hand-hewn wood mantles, and custom rock work that is second to none. Ten years later we had him come back to finish the basement, he picked up right where he left off with a custom head board, travertine bathroom, and radiant heated herringbone tile floor. Jeff Webb of Artisan Remodeling came in and rescued us from a prior contractor’s disastrous and non-functioning master bathroom renovation. He listened to us and through his artistic vision and hands-on skills, executed a totally delightful remodel from complete demolition to a perfect design that was within our budget. We ended up with everything we originally wanted; removed tub, tiled floor/ceiling/walls, enlarged/relocated shower, increased usable space, installed galley window, added pocket doors, built linen closet and numerous other details. An extra bonus was that Jeff and his contractors were courteous, kept their word and maintained a clean worksite. They were such a joy to work with and we couldn't be happier with the results. I have worked with Jeff for over eight years. Every project that he has contracted have been nothing short of spectacular. He is great with attention to detail and design layouts, and completes his projects in a timely manner.

Amazing work. A few years back we needed a master bath remodel in our previous 5/4.5 near Brookwood High School. Got several bids and the usual walk-throughs. Firm budget with a reasonable timeframe and I thought we knew exactly what we wanted after her thousand Pinterest saves and my countless HGTV brain dumps. Jeff came in and listened to us and took our ideas and came back with a spectacular vision- one that neither of us had thought possible. While hesitant at first to change the plans at all, it soon became clear that his design was not only better looking, it actually made our space more functional. After a few days of deliberation we decided to go for it and it was 100% the right choice. Every detail was impressive and even the large light fixture which I fought against was the perfect focal point and mirrored other aspects of the design, tying the entire space together. The transformation was so great we almost decided to stay in the house, despite our empty nest and lake house calling. In the end the gorgeous master bath was a prime reason we were able to sell so quickly in a terrible market. I would recommend Jeff and Artisan R&R to anyone who wants a little extra something for their space.
