I recently hired Artistic Design and Remodeling company (ADR) for my remodeling project. I’ve used other contractors in the past, but ADR definitely stands over others because of their authenticity, attention to details, and their genuine interest in helping dreams come to life. The quality of the work was outstanding and top-notch, as well as the wonderful customer service. It was obvious the owner Lord Shah and the whole ADR team is not only skilled, reliable and professional, but also take great pride in their work. They respected my home during the whole process, kept noise to a minimum, and protected the house from construction dust etc. Lord Shah also has a keen eye for details. If he sees a problem, he will do everything possible to make it right. Our remodel is absolutely gorgeous....it is like walking into a brand new house. I can't say thank you enough to Lord & his team for doing such a beautiful job. It is with great pleasure that I highly recommend choosing ADR for any small or large remodels in your house. We have been working with ADR in two separate houses and each time the results were stunning. Our latest job included the total remodel of three bathrooms, plus a roomy walk-in closet. Lord and his team provided an end-to-end solution for all parts of the project. We met repeatedly during the planning stage and he explained all steps and options in detail. The design process was pleasant, in such that we were referred to reliable and well-established providers and the designer assisted us in making the choices. Although Lord does many tasks, such as carpentry, plumbing, and painting himself, he also has a variety of subcontractors, which all were extremely thorough and proofed their excellent workmanship. We were especially pleased with the tile work, as this takes a prominent part in our bathroom remodel. Lord routinely inspects all work and applies high standards for passing the quality control. He insisted on certain work to be redone and improved, until the outcome was perfect. In summary, our three bathrooms are the jewels in the house and dazzle our visitors with their unparalleled beauty and design.

Lord Shah and the ADR team worked on our extensive 2nd floor renovation. Our family moved out during the entire process. The remodel included: wall resurfacing throughout most of the first floor and all of the second floor, a complete reno of three bathrooms (including the Master Bath and expanding the Master Bath walk-in closet), all new paint, all new carpet, refreshing the two stairwell banisters, new ceiling beams installed in Bonus Room with new cabinets, shiplap on large wall in Bonus Room as well as Master Bedroom, large built-in linen closet in upstairs hallway, new HVAC installed in attic and a tankless water heater installed outside in a utility closet. Lord was highly recommended by our designer, emphasizing his attention to detail. We appreciated this so much, knowing that he would not be satisfied until the job was done right. He noticed some sub-par work in the original build and brought it to our attention. He corrected the faulty job, as it was a safety issue for the integrity of the house. Another important factor was communication with us. Lord would call if there were any pressing issues on site and he would call after the work day was done and give us the daily update to bring us up to speed, always asking if we had any questions or concerns. The ADR team, from Lord and Amber to all of the subcontractors, was friendly and approachable. The end result of their efforts is a beautiful home for our family to enjoy! Many thanks, Lord!

We use Artistic Design Remodeling for our guest bathroom remodel in 2018. Lord Shah and his team were very professional and punctual. We knew how the remodel would progress from start to finish. He stayed on schedule, kept us informed, and when an unforeseen wood rot problem was found, he offered reasonable solutions. Most important was Mr. Shah’s attention to high quality and detail. It did not matter whether he was doing the work himself or overseeing his contractors. The end result was a beautiful and flawless bathroom that almost one year later looks like it was just completed. As a first step in remodeling our residence, we asked ADR to provide us with design concepts to create a "Wow" entertainment center in our family room. Needless-to-say, Lord Shaw and his team exceeded our expectations. The project started with ADR generating concepts and ideas, progressed to defining a budget and contract, and within five weeks the installation was complete. We recently had Artistic Design and Remodeling remodel our master bath. This involved removing a floor-to-ceiling cabinet with openings in both the bathroom and bedroom, removing some of the cement floor and replacing pipes, moving the tub, installing a new shower, replacing the cabinet, sink and faucet, installing a pocket door, installing new lights, fan, and heater, and last but not least, extensive tile work. Lord Shah and his team were thorough and paid great attention to detail. We are VERY pleased with the result. The bathroom is beautiful! Every detail is perfect.
