Artistic Kitchen Design - Los Altos Builders

We recently finished a job with Artistic Kitchen, I would highly recommend this place, and kudos to our designer Kristin (Sensitive Information Hidden), she is awesome! Our project is vanity cabinets in several bathrooms, including a quite challenging irregular shaped one. We were sure we want to do crystal cabinets, so talked with a couple of dealers, Artistic was the top two we liked from our list (I hesitate putting it on our list in the beginning, we thought they only do kitchens, good to know they also do bathrooms and other places :) ). And the reason we finally decided to work with them is the professional advices and information from Kristin. And we are happy we made this decision, the process went quite smooth, we don’t need to worry about it, only need to provide personal design preferences. The installation was not trivial, and the design team also helped with great advice to our GC. Appreciate that. I would recommend this place to my friends (actually already did), and consider working with them again if there are further projects.

Julie Binik was a pleasure to work with! My kitchen remodel went smoothly thanks to her. She was easy to work with, listened to my needs, understood my vision and had enough patience to get me through it all. Julie is kind, efficient and extremly detail oriented. It was a pleasure collaborating with Julie Binik on my recent Palo Alto project. She is attentive, easy to work with, and super creative in offering solutions to complex design challenges. Artistic kitchen is lucky to have a designer like Julie! The store has a wide variety of cabinet options to select from! When we embarked on our journey to remodel our 1980s Kitchen we shopped around at a lot of cabinet vendors. Most vendors came short on their ability to customise the cabinets to what I wanted or they didn’t seem to have great problem solving solutions for us. We happen to stumble upon Artistic Kitchen and boy are we so happy we did. I loved their show room set up. I saw all the configurations I wanted in my new kitchen and for the first time since I started planning the remodel I was excited! We worked with Kristin and she helped design out kitchen layout for us. I absolutely loved how she gave us options as to how we can attain all my wish lists items and still have a beautiful layout. She came to the house to look at what we had. Took all the measurements so she would be able to draw up the designs. Then asked me the most important question. What is it you don’t like about your kitchen? That for me was heart warming as I felt finally some one wants to understand why I want and better understand our needs. She had us come in a few times to the shop And work on the design layout until we were happy. I seriously appreciate that we had time to figure out what we wanted as it’s tough to decide everything in one day. Plus We didn’t feel pushed or pressured to making a decision right on the spot. Kristin helped us pick the right cabinet manufacturer and I am really glad we went with crystal cabinets. The feel of the cabinets is amazing. Solid wood and beautiful craftsmanship. I absolutely love them. We unfortunately didn’t have a good cabinet installer and he made lots of errors. Kristin was quick to put me in touch with her contact “Robert” and he was able to come out and fix all the installation mistakes the other guy did. I can’t say Thank you enough times on being part of our crazy journey and helping us get this fantastic result in the end. Thank you !!!

We started our remodel in 2/2020, just before the pandemic hit- needless to say, things quickly became complicated. When it was time to look at cabinets, we sought out Artistic Kitchen almost as an afterthought; we were still deciding between options including semi-custom or even off-the-shelf possibilities given the limitations of the pandemic. Well- after my first meeting with Julie I was completely blown away! She had such an incredible understanding of our aesthetic and our functional goals for the kitchen. I made sure to bring my husband along for the second meeting(he was still leaning towards non-custom options) and even he was immediately swayed. The design process was seamless and Julie had an awesome talent for planning everything with a great level of detail (we went with Crystal cabinets). She even moved our island by a few inches because it wasn't up to code requirements on the plans drawn up by our architect. Juan deserves an additional kudos for great customer service with our account as well. We moved back into our fully remodeled house 6 months ago and the kitchen is such a huge highlight and "wow" factor. It also looks just like the 3D renderings she did for us, which is remarkable! We have already recommend Julie and Artistic Kitchen to many friends; even our contractor asked for the contact information so he could collaborate with this team on other projects.

Recently I had the opportunity to work with Julie from Artistic Kitchen. She is extremely knowledgeable, talent and ready to work on given tight schedule. She was very detailed oriented, provided thoughtful suggestions and practical solutions during design process and guided us in making right decisions as well as providing support during installation. She and her team (Juan, Christine) provided excellent customer service. We had great experience working with her..

We recently did an Eichler remodel and used Artistic Kitchen to design us a very modern European style kitchen with a clean simplistic look. They did an outstanding job in designing and delivered on all promises. We worked with Karmela and Jacquelyn who are wonderful to work with and came up with great suggestions and details thruought the process. They are truly experts! Even during and after the installation was done we had to do some minor corrections which they immediately followed up on. So great customer service as well from the entire team there! I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a great kitchen!

Absolutely amazing customer service. My parents and I worked with Julie and even though we had an extremely short timeline, she came through for us with prompt designs and feedback. The cabinets came a week earlier than expected, and we are very pleased with the results! As an adult helping my parents with a big project, I especially appreciated Julie's gentle, reassuring nature with my parents - they felt like they could ask her any question without hesitation. She worked within my parents budget, and was a great sounding board with design decisions as well as practical solutions. When we had an installation issue, she quickly worked out a solution for us. And the glowing recommendation doesn't stop there! Juan and Christine were also amazing as support staff, providing immediate feedback on delivery times, etc. We couldn't be more pleased with the process. I have done 2 other major kitchen projects for myself, and wish I had a chance to work with this team before. I would certainly work with them for any future projects and highly recommend them.

We used Artistic Kitchen for an Eichler remodel recently and cannot recommend them highly enough. They excelled at all phases of the project, from planning to design to construction. In addition, they were very friendly and great to work with. Our project was a completely new kitchen, with new flooring and paint throughout the house, plus minor bathroom updates. Right from the start, the design team made us feel at ease with their thoughtful suggestions and attention to detail. Working with them really felt like a collaborative effort. They very were open to our ideas, incorporating the good ones and gently explaining why the bad ones wouldn't work so well. In addition to designing the cabinetry, they helped us pick appliances, flooring, paint, and even were able to find beautiful countertop remnants for our bathrooms. The build team was similarly top-notch. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and excellent craftspeople. Like the design team, their attention to detail really stands out. It's clear they take pride in perfection. They also coordinated well with our radiant heating contractor. The entire project was completed on budget and just slightly over time -- but that’s only because we requested more, and they accommodated our additional requests. We're thrilled with how things turned out!

We enjoyed working with this team. Our remodel ended up being exactly what we wanted. Our project involved pushing out a wall, kitchen, bedroom, back entry and front entrance remodel. Everyone from the office staff, the design team and the builders were very personable and easy to work with. We had a vision for our front entryway and they were able to make recommendations and create a mock up so that it we could see how the final product would turn out. They were on time, met their budget and made excellent recommendations when problems would occur. Overall, we would choose them again for any future remodeling work.

When I decided to go with Pedini kitchen, Sylwia and Julie did a great design (I must say it was not an easy task because my kitchen space is small). The kitchen turned out beautiful and pretty functional. In addition, Sylwia helped me with selecting backsplash tiles. Again a hit! I really liked Artistic Kitchen customer service – they answered all questions our contractor had during the installation, they sent their installer to fix a broken part, any questions/concerns were always answered in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend Artistic Kitchen for your next kitchen remodeling project.
