Aslan Design & Build

I used Aslan Interiors for a major outdoor project involving a new front porch and a side deck. The work they did was very high quality, and they were good to work with. However, the distinction in my mind were the creative ideas they provided. They proposed a very different deck arrangement, for example, than anyone else. It featured a metal roof, and it allowed the whole project to integrate much better with the existing structure. They also suggested some things along the way like channeling my gutters into a drain pipe to the street and reshaping my yard that added a lot of value for modest additional cost. My neighbors have stopped me many times to complement the work. I used them also for a kitchen remodel. Again, they proposed a number of creative ideas that I never thought about. This was a much larger project that took a long time because we removed a wall to open up the space and redid the nearby bathroom, also. Nevertheless, the Aslan team was good to work with, and the quality of the work from them and all their subcontractors was excellent. Aslan Interiors has great ideas to add both functionality and style to any project, and people who care about doing a great job. They have access to a number of family-related craftsman with the same work ethic, and access to a variety of subcontractors who all were very impressive. They are capable of doing very high end work, but also creatively accommodating when one wants to save money on different things. I strongly recommend them.

We worked with Aslan to reconfigure an existing bedroom and add a bedroom to an existing space. They also upgraded our windows, doors, and flooring. From the beginning, we were impressed by the teams responsiveness and approachability. They were understanding of our budgetary constraints and also willing to accommodate my requests for changes along the way. The communication was great and the timeline clearly drawn out from the beginning. There were no surprises along the way! The guys that completed the work were professional and friendly, and always cleaned up at the end of the day, which I appreciated as we were still living in the house during the project. We had never had a space renovated before and were clueless going in. The Aslan team made the whole process very easy. I feel the quality of the work was excellent, and we plan to use Aslan for our next project.

I cannot express enough how great Aslan is. We first hired them in 2020 when we moved into a new home. The first project were built-ins in our laundry room. These were beautifully done and went in very quickly! Then, they redid our master bathroom, bedroom and closet. Jeff, the owner, is incredibly responsive and always easy to reach. He listened to our needs and wants and was able to meet us in our budget. We are almost four years out, and still love the work and it has held up beautifully. His son-in-law, Ryan, works closely with us also, helping keep the project on track. This past year, they redid our kitchen and we absolutely love it. They work diligently and it shows. Everything is done with precision. The work crew are incredibly polite and were always respectful. They got to know my children's names and would play with them and ask them how they were - the boys loved having the crew around. You hear horror stories about hiring a contractor and then never hearing from them again. This was the exact opposite with Jeff and Ryan. Jeff answers every call without hesitation! They are upfront about costs and timeline. They managed our expectations incredibly well and were always upfront if there were changes to the plan. We absolutely love the work that they have done for us. We have since referred multiple friends to them and we plan on using them again in the future for our two smaller bathrooms and potentially an addition to the home. Cannot recommend enough!

We have used Aslan for multiple projects in our home over many years, from a total renovation of our family room, to carpeting, and interior design work. The most recent major project was installing hardwood floors throughout our entire first floor. We have always been very satisfied with the results. Their expertise and integrity are absolutely the best.

We used Aslan for our kitchen renovation. They were professional throughout the whole process and worked closely with us to make sure we got the kitchen we wanted while staying within budget. When unexpected issues arose, they responded in a timely manner to resolve them.

What a great team! ok...I normally do all of my own work, i'm picky and detail oriented. I reluctantly entered into this project and gradually handed the reins over.....windows, insulation, floors, trim, paint, stairs etc...honestly, I am glad I did this project under their design/construction guidance! Ryan is wonderful to work w/! Patient, kind, patient, detail oriented, patient.... Jeff adds that flare, out of the box idea that challenged me but glad we trusted his taste. Well done guys! Oh...they're subcontractors ie. Everbuild etc....are great. I grew to trust them, felt comfortable asking questions and asking for additional work or attention to detail that satisfied my 'ocd' haha. Aslan Interiors did an excellent job with our new kitchen and office space. The team of Jeff, Ryan, Grayson and crew gave us nearly 100% of their time once the job began and quickly solved problems none of us knew existed until “that wall was exposed”. Their design ideas were creative and new to us and were implemented accurately and professionally. The best part now is how my wife says, “I love my new kitchen and office!” almost every time she walks through them. We would give them a 10-star rating if it existed but will have to be satisfied with a 5 star and a big THANK YOU!

We hired Jeff Whitted of Aslan Interiors to finish our basement and rebuild our deck. Jeff is wonderful to work with and all his contractors are excellent. The workmanship is top notch and we are very pleased with the results. The township required that we put in an egress window in the basement that required drilling through concrete walls. Our window looks fabulous and we love it. Our basement is now a wonderful family space. Our desk is gorgeous and we know it is built to last. A great thing about Jeff is that his knowledge of design along with his knowledge of construction is very helpful when making all those decisions about materials and furniture. We recommend him highly.

Jeff is very good at giving you ideas and has a good eye for detail. I also felt very comfortable with him and his crew working on my house- safe good people.
