Auer Kitchens

A few years ago my husband and I built a beautiful home in a historic neighborhood. We love many aspects of this home but we were not fond of the kitchen. In February 2021 we signed a contract with Auer Kitchens to completely renovate the kitchen. The project started in July 2021 and was completed 8 weeks later. Auer Kitchens has a strong customer focus and a high level of expertise in the design and and installation of kitchens. The employees of Auer Kitchens are exceptional and the subcontractors they use are very good as well. My husband and I are delighted with our new kitchen and we highly recommend Auer Kitchens.

I can’t say enough about the positive experiences I have had with Auer Kitchens. 20 years ago as new homeowners they delighted us with their design, quality of work, and service levels. Last year we decided it was time to move to an open floor plan and again redo the kitchen. The quality of service, quality of work, And ease of doing business with Auer has stayed strong and consistent. I’m so impressed with both kitchens and would strongly recommend to anyone that they call Auer!

Our project was a complete kitchen, laundry room and half-bath remodel, including all the flooring. Basically, everything old came out, everything new went in. The design process entailed several meetings at their store and in our home to assess our needs and review plan options. Once the overall design and costs were finalized (we had considered two other build proposals), construction was scheduled to start about 3 months later. The actual construction process took 10 weeks from demo to finish. Construction went smoothly and was only slightly over schedule (1 week, but not due to Auer).

This was the third time we have used Auer Kitchens. We would use them again. They have a strong attention to detail both in the design and construction phases. They provide guidance in bringing pleasing aesthetics along side of the need for everyday functionality. The construction crew was well supervised, experienced and had a thorough understanding of their responsibilities. As with any construction project the unexpected arises. Auer Kitchen easily adapted to the changing circumstances. Many times they simply took care of the smaller items without any hold ups in schedule. They indeed employ craftsmen who are professionals at their trade. The results show in the final product. They protected our furniture and carpets and cleaned up everyday. All of the workmen were courteous and polite and were prompt. Lastly, they have a billing system that helped us to keep track of the additions/deletions so that there were no surprises. Overall they provide an excellent value, are a pleasure to work with, and impressive in their knowledge in every area of the experience.

Auer Kitchens came highly recommended by an interior design colleague. Needless to say, I had very high expectations when it came to my own home. I wanted professionals to take charge of my kitchen remodel because I didn't have time myself to devote to the project. The Auer Kitchens team; Marty Craver, Emily Beiting, Joe Costello and Chip Luken, including their high quality resources of custom carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tile, etc., were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with, always on time and there when you needed them. Communication is very important to me and Joe Costello did an excellent job keeping the project on task and keeping me informed every step of the way. The Auer team was also very accommodating when it came to several additional projects that I needed to accomplish while the remodeling was underway. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful and I look forward to working with Auer Kitchens again, when I am ready to remodel our master bath.

This Summer we had the professionals at Auer Kitchens totally demolish our 1950 bathroom and then rebuild it in a clean and sleek modern style. They removed a total of 6600 pounds of old tile, plaster, fixtures, etc. Their workers did an extraordinary job in protecting our floor between the front door and the bathroom and in keeping dust and dirt out of our house. The design team came up with ideas we never would have thought of and kept us informed of what was happening next during the entire process. All the workmen were professional and extremely courteous and did excellent work. 8 years ago we had Auer remodel our kitchen so we knew the quality of work that they do. We are extremely pleased with the final result of our bathroom and would recommend this company to anyone.

Auer Kitchens provided me unbelieveable service throughout the entire process. The people at Auer Kitchens is what makes them so wonderful to work with, from Ron to Emily to Chip and Joe. They are perfectionists and produce an outstanding product that stands the test of time. I'm now in the process of designing my second kitchen with Auer (bought another home) and I wouldn't even think of going with anyone but Auer Kitchens. They're simply fantastic. Honest, hardworking, super friendly, accommodating with insightful design and functionality.

Auer Kitchen drew up plans for both a kitchen remodel and a complete remodel of our master bathroom. Their projected costs were not the lowest, but were competitive. Matt Auer listened to our concerns, and worked with us to design a bathroom which was transformed into a wonderful space by their team of professionals. We will use them when we are able to work on the kitchen.

The staff and services provided by Auer Kitchens were superb. Especially impressive was the amazing professionalism of their head contractor and all of the subcontractors that they utilized. They worked together like clockwork, and were always on schedule, efficient and CLEAN! Definitely would return to Auer Kitchens for additional projects.

Auer Kitchens provided the consummate professional job, from the first meeting at my home, through several excellent proposed kitchen designs, the selection of the various products and the actual remodeling and installation process for my lovely new kitchen. Ron Auer, who did the design work, Emily Beiting, who bravely got me through the selection process, and Joe Costello, in charge of the installation, are lovely experienced people with whom to work. They were generous with their time, and always accessible. The subcontractors did timely efficient work as well, from the floor refinishers to the plumber and electrician and the wonderful tile man. I am happy to give Auer Kitchens the highest recommendation.
