Austin Custom Kitchens

Lee has been using NOVUS Glass since before we became NOVUS Glass. He is consistent and knowledgeable. You can depend on Lee and I freely recommend his company. It's nice to deal directly with the owner. Just like us, it's a local, family business which I think is really special.

This is the second kitchen Lee designed for us. We were very happy with the way everything turned out. His professionalism was outstanding. We get many compliments on the kitchen. Lee and his team were total professionals. From the design, to renovations and final execution, everything went according to plan. They started on the date promised, finished on time and charged the agreed amount. Folkin Construction was recommended by Lee Austin to do the renovations necessary. John Folkin and his crew had to do a lot of prep work prior to the installation of the cabinets and appliances. Their workmanship, ideas and advice were excellent and key to the success of the whole project. Thank you Lee and John for our lovely blue kitchen.

Lee Austin of Austin Custom Kitchens was recommended to us by a neighbour who knew we desired to redo our ensuite. From the first day we entered the premises, we knew we were in good hands. Lee, Debra, and the crew from Folkins Construction, listened to our 'wish list', zoned in on what we were wanting, patiently explained what would or wouldn't work, and gave us (on time!) the ensuite we'd dreamed of.

Professional. When we saw the 3D version of our kitchen layout, with a number of layout options, we were confident in our choice. We did expect the options, and budget costs associated with each . The suggestions of appliances, plumbing enhancements, electrical enhancements certainly enhanced our confidence in Austin . They also suggested ways of saving costs without affecting the aesthetics. Followup services were exceptional.

We had Austin install a new kitchen while we were on vacation and as promised on our return from vacation the kitchen was completed. From the first contact we had with Lee we found him to be very honest and up front on what he could provide. Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner and we were extremely satisfied with the end results and quality project delivered on time and on budget.. Danielle was great to deal with. Lee put our plan together quickly and suggested who could supply the rest of what was needed. Our contractor worked well with them. They showed up on time and completed promptly. Great detailed work. Love the magic corners. Looks fantastic. When we flooded the kitchen before it was done, Lee had a sense of humour and was supportive as we navigated the insurance. Looks great now. So happy.
