Trenton and his team of experts completed our primary bath remodel and we are so pleased with the beautiful result. Trenton is so personable and had great ideas during our first meeting and throughout the entire project. We really appreciated the page of local references, who all had terrific things to say about Trent's character, attention to detail, and follow-through. Once we signed the contract, we met with Trenton's designer, who helped us choose tile, plumbing fixtures and the countertop. We started within a couple of months and the job proceeded like clockwork. Trenton let us know what to expect each week and we were so grateful to his kind, hard-working, knowledgeable team who showed up day after day and kept our house as clean as possible. Each day, the site was swept completely cleaned of all trash and debris. Trenton and his team became our friends and showed us respect every day. Explosion of Awesomeness! It’s always a tough decision choosing the right company when you want to do a major home remodel project that most people only do once in a lifetime. Just remember the old adage, “You get what you pay for.” And I do mean this in a good way when it comes to Ballroom Baths! Our Story: We went with Ballroom Baths and Trenton Teat based almost completely on other customer reviews and the fact that they were local. So here is our review: The estimate was almost out of our price range; however, our kitchen was horrible and the vision was perfect, so we said, “Yes.” The customer service, design support (including 3-D plans of our new layout) and attention to detail were superb. The way the work was done was very smart and well-planned out. The different teams of workers were all highly skilled, professional, respectful, very fast and efficient, and gave us such high quality outcomes. The Details: Trent always has a plan: acquire the big items such as any new appliances and cabinetry first because those items can take weeks-to-months to be available! For our kitchen remodel, we had to wait several months for a couple of the appliances and, of course, cabinets and countertops to fit any project will take several weeks and up to months to acquire, depending upon how customized they are. Trent will not start with demolition on your project until all of the major components are available, which enables him and his team to go forward quickly on the project instead of starting and stopping while you wait for items to be delivered. This is super-smart and time-saving for everyone! More Details: At each stage of the project, Trent prompted us to choose the pieces that were more readily available: flooring, our tile for backsplash, our cabinet hardware, our paint color, etc. well beforehand. He also noticed small details, and frequently measured and re-measured portions of our kitchen, and recommended adjustments to the various teams of experts and workers. He was very focused on the final vision with all the necessary aesthetic and practical details, including how/where cabinet hardware was fixed, lighting overall as well as under-counter lighting, and so much more! He gave us a larger window over the kitchen sink, which seemed like a little thing in the planning stage, but is a BIG, beautiful thing now that it’s all done. The little things matter, and Trent and his team completely get that. Important Notes: Our project foreman, Cesar, did a lot of the detail work - kitchen lighting, placing cabinet hardware…Cesar was amazing throughout the project - very positive, knowledgeable, hardworking and detail-oriented. He communicated well with the various workers, with Trent and with us. Finally: Trent showed up 2 - 3, even 4 times a week, to get an overview and provide more input. This was invaluable to us - he really gets what people want and he is focused on the final outcome. He is all about customer satisfaction. We recommend!

We had a complete bathroom remodel, replacing our stall shower with separate bathtub with a zero-entry shower and a freestanding bathtub. Tiled the walls, the floors, even the master bedroom closet. The finished product is luxury. Throughout the project Trent communicated with us constantly and kept us informed. His crews were professional and respectful. Will recommend to friends.

I love this company so much and will definitely be using them in the future. We remodeled my parents bathroom and were so happy with the outcome. Trent was so attentive and listened to all our wants and concerns. He made dreams come true with this bathroom remodel and couldn’t have pictured it any better. Ballroom Baths & Home Design just wrapped up a full interior renovation of our home in Spring Branch, TX. My wife and I agree the finished result is amazing. Could not have turned out any better! I feel extremely comfortable recommending Ballroom as a company. They will spend the time to do the job right – from framing to finishing details. One service Ballroom/Trent facilitates (and I highly recommend) is coordination with a designer. Initially, I was skeptical about the value of a designer – concerned they would push expensive choices, or be most focused on finishing “fluffery”. Rest assured, this is not the case. At our house, two major decisions were the brainchild of the designer: swapping door and window location to showcase our Guadalupe river view, and a vast improvement of the fireplace area using shiplap. In hindsight, these decisions seem obvious. At the time, I assure you they were new ideas. Quick overview of our project: * Converted to open floor plan (replaced load bearing wall with beam in attic) * Complete kitchen renovation (cabinets, counters, lighting, appliances, etc.) * Full bathroom renovation * Living room rearrangement * Other: Replaced sliding patio doors.
