Bay Cities Construction did a complete bathroom remodel, a large staircase reconstruction, as well as intensive refurbishment inside our new home (paint entire interior, wall/ceiling skimming, installed all new recessed lighting throughout home, etc). The work was clean, on budget, and on time. Working with Alex and his team from planning to completion was professional and responsive. Very glad to have found Bay Cities Construction and already saving for our next project with Alex!

Remodeled a small bathroom and installed a new front door. They provided a detailed contract and schedule which was followed to the letter. Workers were very competent and courteous and respected the rest of our property. When finished all trash and debris was removed and there were no residual evidence that they were ever here. Very happy with the remodel and with Alex's attention to detail. I will use So.Bay Construction for another door install and replacing damaged fascia boards in the future.

Excellent job on our home/kitchen extension. We could not be happier with the quality of the work performed, the timeliness of the job (met the deadline) and the professionalism of everyone on the team. My wife and I looked at many contractors but we are very happy that we selected Bay Cities Construction. This was an important extension for us as a family with 4 growing kids and we could not be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and attention to detail could not be better. I recently decided to remodel my bathroom and was referred by a friend to contact Bay Construction. I called and left them a message, and my call was returned in a very timely manner. They were very professional and friendly. I explained what I wanted, and they delivered exactly what I was dreaming of. Alex was very helpful and was available to listen to any concerns / changes i had. As a company, they go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I would absolutely hire them again.

I hired Bay Cities Construction to do several projects on my house in a hurry as I was about 6 months pregnant at the time. I was very pleased right off the bat with how responsive and knowledgeable they were. Alex had great suggestions for improving the projects and keeping my cost down, and his team did a fantastic job in a timely manner and for a competitive price. They were able to work around my unpredictable schedule as well, which I appreciated. I found not only Alex, but the whole team - painters, carpenters, foreman - to be polite, clean and committed to doing a great job. I've since hired Alex and his crew back to replace my kitchen countertops and was very happy again with the end result. They'll be my first call if I ever have a big project/remodel and I've recommended them to several friends who've asked me for a contractor referral.
