This is the third project we have partnered with BeeTree on and while all have been incredible, this one is special. All projects have complications, that is when Katrina and team show up and make things better than you first pictured. It is a pleasure to work with her and the incredible team.

Bottom line - if we were to do another renovation I would not hesitate to call BeeTree Homes, as these are just good people to work with. Katrina and her team were responsive, professional and performed first rate work. They completely renovated our kitchen, master bath, family room and laundry, transforming them from tired, inefficient spaces into beautiful, much more livable rooms. Along the way there were some hurdles to get over, but BeeTree handled all of them quickly and kept the project moving until we had a beautiful finished product.

knew I was going to like Bee Tree when I met the owner, Katrina. We hit it off and she was very knowledgeable about her industry. Next we met her daughter, Shelby, who does not fall far from the tree! Shelby and her staff came out and listened to my ideas; told me to share any inspiration pics I had and designed 3 different plans for our bathroom reno. We picked the one that was the most involved and eventually proved to be everything we wanted and more! Were there delays and other issues—by all means, but Bee Tree and most of their contractors were as kind and considerate as they could be. Our main project is complete…and now I’m renovating even more with Bee Tree—I guess I’m not quite ready to get rid of them! They are all that nice!

Everything you could want and even what you did not know you needed for a dream remodel! I spent years thinking about what I would change in my home during a remodel. And yet, without realizing it I was limiting my remodel to the original floor plan footprint. Katrina and Shelby listened to every detail of my original plans and produced an even better design that reimagined the floor plan and anticipated how my daily life would be enhanced with a more optimal floor plan. They also guided me through floor, tile , countertop, and other choices that balanced function, style, and budget. The execution was led by Aaron, an amazing foreman, who ensured every detail was in line with the design. When needed Chuck stepped in to offer his years of experience balancing my requests with sound construction and building choices. And to keep everything tied up in a nice bow through every milestone, Shelby and Erin as the project managers attended to the smallest detail and proactively engaged me every step of the way. From family, friends, and the curious neighbor - everyone that has seen the finished remodel reacts with “wow” and finds several aspects of the remodel as “I would love that in my home”. Saying thank you to the Bee Tree team only scratches the surface of how grateful I am for their professional, personal, and kind support for me to have my dream home.

Our beach home was built in 1948 and needed significant updates to meet our needs and comply with city ordinances. Katrina and Chuck designed a beautiful renovation for both the house and the casita that flowed seamlessly and brought the property into compliance. We then hired them a couple of years later to create our patio/pool area and yes, another amazing job! It has extended our living/entertaining area, and we take full advantage of it. We had an extensive renovation of our main floor by BeeTree Homes. The design process, idea generation and selection of materials, finishes etc. was so much fun. Lots of options were discussed and our ideas were given respectful consideration. BeeTree has a network of industry professionals who are proficient, knowledgable and great to work with. One thing in particular that I appreciated was the gentle "redirection" when BeeTree did feel that we were not considering all options or limiting ourselves. For example, I had thought I wanted a particular type of flooring, but Katrina basically said "no, you really don't" and gave us different options to consider. Having lived in the house for 9 months now, I can say that Katrina was 100% correct and the flooring she suggested (that was installed) makes me happy every day. BeeTree wishes to get the job right and and is dedicated to pleasing the customer. A renovation is always an emotional roller coaster, with surprises, anxiety, uncertainty, excitement and the all important second guessing. Throughout this whole process, I knew that BeeTree would get the job done and would honor all commitments. I look at our home now, with all the finishes and details completed and it reflects our design aesthetic, and provides us with tranquility, beauty and joy.

BeeTree did an outstanding job in helping us design and then construct our free standing two car garage. They were very effective in getting the project done within the contract terms. This is a beautiful 24'X24' garage with two wood tone doors, a cupola and weathervane. It is serviceable and enhances the beauty of our property.

Just over 5 years ago Katrina and Cindy collaborated with my wife Liz and I to create our dream home. Bee Tree Homes took a nice but typical formal living/dining room, den, kitchen and breakfast nock design and created a modern open concept home. We now have a very large great room with a large chef’s kitchen and a large TV room doubling as a entertaining area. We took out a 16’ wall with 4 double hung windows and replaced it with Nana Walls bi-fold doors encompassing the entire opening. This couples our beautiful outdoor kitchen addition and makes for an ideal home for entertaining. Everything is perfect from the cherry cabinets to the huge quartz islands and counter tops to the flooring highlighted by great lighting and the stacked stone fireplace. The house is simply stunning. Liz and my vision was made a reality by Katrina and Bee Tree Homes. This reality was created just over 5 years ago and every time I come home I am stunned by the beauty of our home. Every time we entertain our guests never fail to comment on the house, those here for the first especially so. We look forward to more collaborations with Katrina!

We chose not to partner with Beetree back in 2016 and it was a big mistake. The 2nd renovation we wised up and went with them and it was an amazing experience. Everything from start to finish was exactly as they had said it would be and the finished product was truly amazing. My wife and I had met with 2 contractors before meeting with Katrina from Bee Tree Homes. Almost instantaneously, my wife and I felt we had found the people right for the job. The other companies we met with asked us what we wanted and regularly used the line “we will build whatever you want.” Katrina was the first to ask us what our goal was from our remodel and then began to list ideas and the potential of our home with what we were trying to accomplish. It was then she was able to give us a clear image and progression of what to expect. From day 1, anything and everything we were told that was going to be done was done. The organization and communication was far beyond anything we could have expected, especially considering the gravity of the job done. We met with Cindy Baker who listened to everything we were trying to do and came up with a design of exactly what we were looking for within the budget we had. The job itself was wonderfully overseen by our project manager Meredith and regularly communicated with us. Every single person we interacted with was amazing in both professionalism and quality of craftsmanship including Becky for paint, Daniel for tile, as well as Benton, Morgan, Milan, Thomas, and of course Chuck. It was quite clear from the beginning why their reviews are what they are and are definitely deserved. It would be wrong for me not to write the review they deserve to help someone else considering a remodel, or any work on their home, to at least consider Bee Tree Homes. My wife and I strongly believe we would not have been in better hands with anyone else let alone have had the same outstanding results. We had our kitchen, master bathroom, laundry room, and all floors redone and completed in 3 months, the exact timeline they gave us. Our home now feels bright and open as we had literally envisioned in our minds. Construction is not without issues but any concern we had was immediately addressed. We owe a big thank you to this company for the beautiful home they turned our house into and to everyone that had a part in it. Our Project - Our project involved replacement of the kitchen counters, the kitchen back splash, the counters of our bar area and the area surrounding our fireplace. We also had a very specific time frame in that we wanted the project completed by the week before Thanksgiving. We also hired their interior designer Cindy Baker to help us choose materials and consult on the overall design. Getting started - Initially, after seeing the size and complexity of many of BeeTree Homes’ projects, I was concerned that our relatively small project would be fill in work for the gaps in BeeTree’s larger projects and our schedule would be controlled by other project timetables. But I never felt that was the case. BeeTree committed to the overall time frame I required and set up a project plan to meet that schedule. I realize, of course, that most plans need adjustment along the way and we had some adjustments but there was always plenty of communication and a constant eye on the promised end date. The working the plan – No only was Cindy Baker helping us with the design but she was also managing the progress of our project. She scheduled all the craftsmen required from the guys removing back splash and fireplace tiles to the plumber who installed the kitchen and bar sinks. The quality of their people is worth noting. One of my concerns was that while BeeTree is used to removing the entire contents of a kitchen and starting from scratch I had cabinets and a large mirror that were remaining in place. Not only did their installers do top notch work but they were very careful to not damage the areas around their work. Also of note, they showed up on time. Thanksgiving – Bottom line, BeeTree did a beautiful job with our project and brought it in on schedule. We had a house full for Thanksgiving and we got to show off the improvements to our guests. At some point we will bring BeeTree back to get their ideas on our master bath.

BeeTree Homes completely renovated our master bathroom and we couldn’t be happier! From initial planning to demo to renovation and completion, the BeeTree team saw to every detail. Cindy Baker created a design that accurately incorporated our desires for function and aesthetics, masterfully guided us through material and fixture selection, and meticulously supervised every aspect of the project. She answered all of our questions, assuaged concerns, and made what could have been an extremely stressful project much less so. All of the subs were extremely competent professionals who took pride in their work and focused on executing their portion of the project flawlessly. From our perspective, the results speak for themselves. Of critical importance, the project finished on time and on budget. We have other projects in mind and BeeTree Homes will be the first phone call we make.

I was completely impressed with the remodel of my bathroom through BeeTree Homes. Katrina Hosea and Cindy Baker were amazing to work with. We recently purchased a house built in 1991 and asked Katrina to give us some ideas on what to do with it. Katrina has the unique ability to see not what your house is, but rather what it could be. Her vision and creativity are exceptional. She opened up our kitchen and living areas, created a wine bar, and brought tons of light into the living areas. It is now a different house, a much better house, and a house that fits our lifestyle to a "T". This is the second time we have used BeeTree Homes. They remodeled our old house in 2010 and that job was exceptional too. Our updated house sold in 2 weeks at our asking price. I guess the buyers also liked BeeTree's work. We have found BeeTree to be professional, and honest. They stand behind their work and make things right when there is an issue. Their ultimate goal is to make you a house that you will be happy with, a house you want to make into a home.

We decided on a Master Bedroom/Bathroom/Office renovation for our home in 2016. Our first meeting with BeeTree was in our home and designer Cindy Baker did not disappoint. We are delighted with our Bee Tree Homes remodel! Katrina is an excellent listener and asked questions at the beginning of our project to make sure she understood what we were hoping to accomplish. We inherited a home built in the 1980s. Katrina and crew updated it as if were a brand new home. They worked with us on the design and made many great suggestions we had not considered. The renovation was breathtaking. I'm not saying there wasn't any problems, but they addressed any issues we had right away and to our satisfaction. They also stand behind their work. Our renovation journey with Bee Tree Homes began about 2 years ago after reading a favorable review on Houzz. We found Katrina to be warm and enthusiastic about our project from the beginning. She was full of creative and practical ideas. She and her team were also willing to listen to our ideas so that the end result has been a true collaboration. Since they are a design and build firm, the whole project from beginning to end was done “under one roof.” This made the process very efficient and easy. My husband took a job transfer from Raleigh NC to Jacksonville Fl. After finding the area where we wanted to live, we narrowed it down to 3 homes. All of them needed major renovations. Before making a purchase I asked a family member who has lived in Jacksonville for 25 years if she knew of a contractor. She gave me Katrina Hoseas name and number. I was very impressed that a woman who I have never met and with no contact, took time out of her Sunday to look at these homes with us. She gave us great insight on the areas and the scope of work that each one would entail. We purchased the home that needed a whole house renovation inside and out but it would give us the best return on our investment. After meeting with Katrina and chuck hosea we signed a contact ,went over description of materials, and the financials. You always know where you stand financially with your project. We decided to live in the home during the renovation. The project manager was fantastic handling the sub contractors. He made sure that every employee was respectful of the fact that we were living in the home. The employees of Bee Tree Homes were very helpful and patient when we were making our selections. If there was ever an issue or something we didn't like they would make sure it was changed to our satisfaction. At the end of it all we have a beautiful home that doesn't resemble the outdated 1993 home we purchased. We have had neighbors come to our door and tell us how beautiful it is which is inspiring them to update their homes. We truly feel that we found a great contractor and someone who we could call friend.

After three other contractors told me I couldn't open up the space like I hoped to, I found Katrina/BeeTree Homes. From design to construction, BeeTree Homes exceeded my expectations and provided excellent service on my kitchen remodel. Katrina and her team are not just very well polished and connected with great subs in the city, they have an excellent design team, proven and experienced field teams, and a customer driven business model that surges ahead of the competition in Jacksonville. I made the mistake of going with a smaller and less organized outfit to do a $200,000 renovation. It went over budget by nearly 50% and took twice as long as I was quoted. Next time I need something serious done to my home, I will use Katrina. They are fantastic.

At Miralis, we feel spoiled by the very professional team at Bee Tree Homes. They know how to add value to our products, with creativity and an eye for detail. Before signing with BeeTree Homes for my kitchen renovation, I had met with five different contractors: explaining and detailing my goals, then waiting for quotes and reviewing and comparing proposals. More than six months went by, yet I was no closer to finding a workable plan for my seriously small, outdated, and awkward space. I decided to shelve the whole idea, but continued my daily visits to houzz.com for inspiration. It was there I happened to see some amazing before and after photos from a local design/build firm…BeeTree. I filled out their contact form online on a Sunday night at about 9:00 pm, and lo and behold, had a response by 11:30 pm! Two days later, Katrina was in my kitchen discussing ideas for my project. It was like having coffee with an old friend. She focused on learning about my family, my needs and how I would use the new space. Then, her vision, imagination, and talent took off. Within a couple of weeks, she and her kitchen designer, Cindy, had photographed and measured my space and had preliminary drawings with specific ideas for styles and finishes. As the pictures demonstrate, they totally transformed my home! No renovation is without challenges, but I can state unequivocally that Katrina and her team demonstrated the utmost in honesty, integrity and follow through in completing my project in an affordable and timely manner. I could not be happier, and I think the results (Deerwood Renovation) speak for themselves!

We hired Bee Tree homes to renovate our 18 year old home. Katrina has wonderful ideas and put it all on electronic documents for us to review. She took our outdated 90's home and brought it into the twenty first century. Her suggestions along with our ideas gave us the most wonderful kitchen we could imagine. We hired BeeTree Homes to renovate our gated community condo. Their workmen were very respectful of our family, our neighbors, the community's scheduling restrictions and our building's common areas. Even though we ran into odd problems with the construction of our 1986 building (i.e., extra layers of drywall in the ceilings preventing easy installation of can lights, and extra concrete on the balconies) BeeTree solved the problems as quickly as possible. The painters, carpenters, drywall installers, plumbers and electricians were first-rate, and the managers were responsive. BeeTree Home's online site definitely solved many problems before they got out of hand. The project took longer and cost more than we thought it would, but the end product is superb. We are very happy with our renovated condo and have BeeTree Homes to thank for it.

We hired BeeTree Homes to redesign and remodel our twenty-year old home, including replacing outdated tile throughout with rich, hardwood flooring, and completely renovating our master bath. We have been in our home for 20 years and it was time for updates. Katrina and Chuck Hosea, Bee Tree Homes, Inc. made my dream kitchen a reality, so I knew they could do the same for my dream master bath. I enjoy working with Katrina because she always starts her initial meeting on a project with asking questions about how you live and what your needs are so she can provide both function and style. I am addicted to Houzz and had found a picture of an awesome shower with multiple shower heads and sprays and asked Katrina if she could replicate the shower and build a luxury master bath around the shower. Cindy Baker, Sr. Designer had excellent design suggestions and made sure that all work met the Bee Tree high quality standards. Cindy also goes the extra steps to locate special items to complement the design. The master bath includes: an extra-large shower (with rain head, regular shower head, handheld spray, 6 body sprays, bench seat and digital control), heated towel bar, an air jet tub (with aromatherapy and heated back), custom vanity with double sinks, make-up area and pull-out drawers with storage and electrical outlets for hair dryer and flat iron, water closet with touchless toilet, and custom closet. The completed master bath project far exceeded my expectations and the shower was more amazing than the original. We are now on to our next renovation with Bee Tree!

Utmost professionalism from top to bottom. Absolutely redesigned my kitchen, and my house in general. I feel the value of my home increased significantly. There maybe other companies that are more affordable, but you pay for quality, and they have it in spades. Although the actual size of the kitchen hasn’t changed at all, it somehow feels larger and the ceilings even feel higher because of the incredible design talent of Katrina from BeeTree Homes! Katrina transformed our kitchen from a dated, dark, forty year old kitchen to a bright, fresh, updated kitchen in just four weeks. Katrina suggested enlarging one doorway by twelve inches , moving the refrigerator to the other side of the kitchen and adding recessed lighting. These changes along with beautiful new cabinets, countertops and light fixtures have completely transformed our kitchen. We were also very impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail by the entire staff at BeeTree Homes. We were constantly kept apprised as to the status through each step of the process. Bee Tree designed and is completing a complete renovation of a living room/dining room/kitchen/grate room areas into one open living area. This necessitated a complete redesign of our living area. Multiple walls were removed, new flooring installed, and re-configuration of electrical and plumbing. Custom kitchen cabinetry, upgraded kitchen appliances were also installed. Finally two accordion full doors (one 15ft wide and one 6 ft wide) were installed to merge the outdoor living space with the redesigned indoor common living area.

From the first day I met with Katrina, I knew we would be in good hands with BeeTree Homes. The BeeTree Home team provided outstanding work and exceptional customer service through-out the renovation. We appreciate all the little things their team did for us that may seem insignificant but it is the reason why we would highly recommend BeeTree Homes. Bee Tree Homes built a custom home for us. They were also involved in a lot of the design and spent a lot of time with us and our architect. Armed with a tremendous amout of knowledge and creativity, the BeeTree Team transformed our small, dated home into a wondeful living space that lis now open, light and takes advantage of the wonderful harbor views. The brand new kitchen was designed for lots of storage and the 10 foot island allows for large gatherings. Thenew french doors and windows bring in natural light and open directly on to a terraced outdoor patio that overlooks the water. We hired Katrina and Bee Tree Homes to design and implement a major addition to our home including second floor office, outdoor kitchen/dining room, spa, pool, bedroom study, in-laws quarters and estate wall. When the economy became uncertain we divided the project into phases and did only phase I. We were thrilled with the overall design and although we had to do only part, Katrina lost no enthusiasm and the project went forward unencumbered. Katrina and team made our house a home. We brought a spec home and had no influence on the kitchen design. For almost five years we dreamed about what we wanted in a kitchen. Katrina gave us ideas that we never even imagined. In all projects there are unforceen problems, but we quickly learned that Katrina always puts her clients first. We love coming home and spending time as a family in our new space.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen we didn't know just what we wanted but with Katrina's vision we now have a beautiful and very efficient "new" kitchen. It was a major remodel which included moving walls, replacing all the cabinets, countertops and lighting and installing wood floors in the main living areas. We hired BeeTree for a renovation project of an upstairs bed/bath suite and a jack-and-jill bedrooms and bath. Their designer did a wonderful job with drawing up the plans. She incorporated our ideas along with making some very good suggestions. We were happy with the work done by BeeTree. The workers were courteous and professional, work areas were kept neat, and the quality of work was very good. We continue to receive numerous compliments on the project.

BeeTree performed a total transformation of our kitchen and adjacent living space. This included removing walls, replacing floors, adding coffered ceilings and beams. Replacing all cabinetry and counters and installing a stone fireplace. The team was professional and respectful of us and our property. The result was gorgeous - exceeding our expectations.
