Love my Bella Casa Kitchen. Bella Casa has assembled a talented crew of people that deconstructed and then reconstructed our kitchen into a reality that exceeded all our expectations. I still find it hard to believe that my kitchen was transformed into a room that is as functional as it is beautiful. It is absolutely the focal point of the house and I love just being in it. If you are considering a kitchen upgrade, be patient and trust the knowledge and artistry of the experts at Bella Casa. You won't be disappointed.

Bella Casa was excellent! I highly recommend them for any project. The team was very professional and very easy to work with from start to finish. It is 1 year today that Bella Casa began our total kitchen remodel. We could not be happier with the outcome. From the very start, this company was so professional and helpful. Tabitha, our designer, was so easy to work with and made the planning phase fun. She communicated very well and even accompanied us in shopping for the plumbing fixtures, the tile and the countertops. Her expertise is unmatched. The entire crew were a delight to have in our home each day. We were always kept in the loop in terms of scheduling as well as the crews' time of arrival each day. Rob was an exceptional carpenter with a gift of attention to detail. Our kitchen is not only stunning but we cannot find (even 1 year later) any issues or mistakes. Every corner, cabinet, piece of drywall and lighting are perfect. We absolutely love cooking and entertaining in our gorgeous kitchen. We couldn't be happier with our choice to have Bella Casa remodel our kitchen. Everyone in their organization is a true professional from the design with Faye to the demolition with John & Sammy to the install with Rob (who is a true master at what he does) to the tiles with Zac and his crew. Spiro and Faye with help from Tanya really kept us informed of each step and the weekly schedule. It was such a pleasure to work with them, even through this crazy pandemic, as backorders/delays came their way, they rearranged the schedule to keep the project moving forward & finished by their promised date. The Team at Bella Casa did a great job....from the beginnings of helping us create our desired design through the completion of the final punch list and cleaning. Working with Bella Casa was great! Tabitha was our designer and she was very receptive to our needs for our small main bath. She came up with a great design! The quote we received was so much more detailed than any other company we had look at our bath, Spiros knew exactly what needed to be done for our 70+ year old bath. Everyone who came to the house, from the demo crew to the installers, were very friendly and courteous and always left with a good cleaning. Tanya and Tabitha always kept us up to date with what was happening next on a day-to-day basis. There were a couple delays, but that was to be expected during these crazy Covid times. We worked with Tabitha from Bella Casa on our kitchen remodel in early 2020. Tabitha and the team did an amazing job with the design and guided us through the selection process of cabinets, flooring, fixtures, tile etc! They were incredibly accommodating to ensure everything was in place prior to to the lockdown. We love our kitchen so much that we can't wait to work with them on our powder room and hall bathroom.

We had our kitchen remodeled in Nov/December 2020. Bella Casa is a great team that responds to your questions quickly. We were mainly concerned with functionality over fashion, so the designers are great to help you make decisions like that. Love the fact that it is a family business. Perhaps our demo took a little longer than expected because of the small staff, but that could have also been COVID protocol. Either way they made every effort not to be a disturbance to our daily lives. It's also great for a one-stop shop renovation. Other companies make you find your own plumber and electrician. This was essentially stress-free knowing our project was in good hands!

Our master bath is breathtakingly beautiful. We couldn’t be more pleased with the design, workmanship and professionalism. Faye, Spiro, Tanya, Cory, Dan, Zach, Glen and the entire team, who work so hard, are masters at their craft. When you choose Bella Casa, you are choosing the best!!! Our kitchen was in desperate need of a remodel. Our workspace was small, we had little storage space and no room to entertain. Bella Casa presented us with a layout that addressed all of our needs. Working with the Bella Casa team was a truly pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional and enthusiastic about our project. Bella Casa renovated my kitchen two years ago. The experience was so satisfying that I had them do my bathroom this year. Each project started with an in home meeting to look over the rooms and discuss my needs and desires. This was followed with design ideas culminating in a detailed design document. Material selection came next and then a team of professional workmen performed the transformation. I would definitely recommend Bella Casa for basement renovation. From design to all stages of renovation this group was very professional and delivered on all that was agreed. In addition, during construction we made several design changes which they were skilled to accommodate. Most important is, their pricing is fair for the skill level of their work. Of note, we received 4 bids for complete renovation of an 1800 square-foot basement. I did not negotiate one contractor against the other. Instead Bella Casa independently was priced the lowest bid. Bella Casa was also the most organized and able to itemize every detail so we had a complete picture of the cost. As opposed to traditionally being quoted one price then, encountering additional costs as the project progresses. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this group and their work. They turned a minimally used storage area into a highly used livable space. I would highly recommend Bella Casa.

I picked Bella Casa after researching other contractors and they didn’t fail us. My husband and I had Jasmine as our design coordinator and she was very professional, courteous and pleasant ALL the time. In fact, I could say they to everybody who worked with us, from the tile guy, demo guy, electrician, painter, plumber and owner. Living during a Reno is rough and each one of them understood it, and is respectful of it. They clean up after work and our concerns were promptly addressed should it arise. We still have a few things to work on our house and we will surely contact them again.

Bella Casa was fantastic to work with. They showed up every morning on time and worked through out the day. We both work a lot and they were great in managing our time and working with us. We had a plan and a idea of what we wanted and the completed product was Awesome!! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new Kitchen or Bath.

I hate to have to do this, but I was asked for a review and I have to be honest. First and foremost, Erin did amazing with the design of my bathroom. She won my business immediately after seeing what she put together. Unfortunately, as great as the design process was was equally how disorganized the installation process was. I am currently on week 14 of the project and it is still not complete (after signing a contract at the end of February, I guess it never crossed my mind that it wouldn't be completed by Thanksgiving). Communication seemed to be lacking the entire time. Each time someone visited, they mentioned that they were busy with "bigger" jobs or that I was out of the way. If this was the case, then I wish they never accepted the project. There were a series of mishaps that were never addressed with an apology. Honestly, a simple "sorry, we understand how inconvenient this is" could have gone a long way. I was told that I would get to select paint samples with the designer and that never happened - now I am left with a lavender bathroom when I asked for gray. The light was mismeasured and had to be uninstalled, hole patched and reinstalled on what was supposed to be the end of the project. It took 4 shower doors to get it correct. And while I completely understand that things happen and some beyond Bella Casa's control, it was honestly the lack of empathy that has made me very upset with this entire process. If I could do it again, I would go with someone that doesn't use subcontractors for everything because that seemed to cause a lot of the delays and back and forth. Here's hoping it's done by Christmas!

I love the new kitchen and master bathroom that Bella Casa designed and remodeled! They did a fantastic job! Everyone at Bella Casa was great to work with, from Spiro, the owner, to Erin our Designer. All of the workmen and staff were also great. They care about their work and it really showed in our completed projects. I would hire them again in a minute!

Bella Casa are a top-notch operation. They did a complete kitchen Reno and finished most of our large basement, and the results well exceeded our expectations. The design staff was talented and helped guide our choices but allowed us lots of input through that process. They had beautiful 3-D renderings of the plans to help visualize the results. Finally, the workmanship was superb on both the kitchen and the basement, and our 100-year old house got the respectful upgrades that we were looking to achieve. . We had two bathrooms remodeled. Bella Casa Kitchen and Bath made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They stayed within our budget. Everyone involved in the remodel was very professional. From Erin our design consultant to Spiros who brought our entire idea to life. They told us it would take six weeks to complete and they did keep to their time table. We are contemplating having our kitchen remodeled and will definitely be using Bella Casa Kitchen and Bath again.

Our Master Bath was completely renovated. It is truly a knock-out and the bathroom of our dreams. Every time I walk into the Master Bath, I still am blown away. Really a WOW factor. Our designer was the beginning; she was able to assist us with choices and focussed on our needs ... as well as numerous questions from us. From the plumber, electrician, painter to the owner of this fine establishment, it all came together in a timely fashion. (Prospective clients should know that the owner checked the progress on a very regular basis.) Everyone at this company was easy to connect with and cohesive with this project. We are so delighted that we decided to renovate another bathroom!

From start to finish they hold your hand through the entire process. You are assigned a designer, we were blessed to have Erin, she has incredible taste and helped come up with solutions I wouldn't even have thought of. She hunted down a window I found online. She stayed with me in the granite yard when I was having anxiety. Spiro and Faye the owners care about everything. They make sure you are taken care of. We couldn't believe how we liked EVERYONE they have on their team. Glenn, electrician, Nick, installer, Jim on hardwoods and the plumbers. Oh and Spiro the owner checks everything! He's the one that measures, he wants it perfect! Did you ever hire someone and you are "like well that's off"? That isn't the case here. They are accurate! I read these reviews before and what made me choose them was the positive reviews. You won't be sorry! You feel secure leaving them in your home while you are at work-HUGE! They are always professional, do a great job and clean everything up spotless. If you want a kitchen like you see here on houzz or in a magazine go see them! I could have never duplicated what they did by going to a big box store. Plus everything was finished. Nothing was left to do. I'm a worry wart and they come up with unbelievable solutions like custom stain to match your old molding stain. We'll be back in 2 years for the bathrooms. They also get permits for everything! After hearing the many horror stories from friends who have renovated their kitchens, I held off doing mine trying to avoid the trauma. I had no idea what I wanted and where to start - until I walked into Bella Casa. Meeting Faye during my “drop in” put me at ease as she went through her check list of “do you want this - do you want that”. From that point on, and with the addition of designer, Erin, - we worked together to design my perfect kitchen. After the design and ordering, Spiro took over to manage the installation. He gave a reasonable timeline of the project and, except for a delayed order, they met that timeline. Their sub-contractors were excellent and I have had them back to do additional work for me since the initial renovation. Their workers showed up on time, were respectful of your space, trust worthy and always cleaned the area before leaving. If they had to adjust a time schedule -they notified you ahead of time. If you didn’t like the way something was done - they revised it to your satisfaction. While they were here working on the kitchen - I expanded the project to include a small bathroom renovation - which turned out equally fabulous. And since then, I have had them back to install additional flooring. Because of Bella Casa, I am “picture perfect on Patricia”. They were a pleasure to work with - they do quality work and they will remain on my “go to” list for the future

Bella casa did an amazing job on my basement. They took it from bare concrete walls to a space where I can entertain family and friends. I had very specific requests and they were able to accommodate all of them. They created a one of a kind living space equipped with a gas fireplace, water feature, bar and custom nitches to display art. Faye and Kelly listened to all my wants and needs and brought them to life in their design. The entire crew was clean, courteous, on time and most importantly, paid attention to detail. Even though the work was being done in the basement, they made sure to clean the job site at the end of every workday. My experience with Bella Casa was beyond my expectations! I am currently working with Faye and Kelly on the designs for my kitchen and master bath. I cannot wait for them to work their magic once again!

My first association with Bella Casa Kitchen and Bath was in the spring 2011 when I decided to totally gut and remodel my bathroom. I was browsing at a local tile store and was referred to Bella Casa for my design needs. I wanted a modern look for the bathroom and was very indecisive about the direction to take. I left the tile store and went to the Bella Casa showroom where I met Faye, the owner/designer. During the next few meetings, Faye asked me questions about what look I wanted. I shared that I needed the bathroom to be clean, simple, low maintenance and elegant. My focus color was gray. Faye designed the bathroom, which is a small room, to maximize the space. Some of the decisions made were to replace the tub/shower with a walk-in shower; to remove a linen closet; and to remove a partial recessed ceiling. The work began in June 2011. Spiro, Faye’s husband and construction manager, coordinated the work and the work crew. One of the advantages with using Bella Casa is that the job does not begin until all the materials are in. The project was completed in one month. The job included the demolition of the old bathroom (removal of walls, ceilings, shower and bath tub, lighting, wall paper, and tile floor). The room was reconstructed with a glass enclosed walk-in shower, porcelain tile floor, ceiling to floor cabinet for linens, vanity, overhead lighting in shower and room, molding, and paint. The difference between the before and after pictures has been described by others as “WOW”. The transformation has truly been amazing. An added benefit is the referral from Faye for other services such as window treatments. Based on my experience working with Bella Casa for the bathroom project, I met with Faye in January 2012 to plan for the remodel of my kitchen. Again, the work involved a demolition of the kitchen (removal of cabinets, floor, appliances, and recessed ceiling). The look was modern with the same criteria that I used before… clean, simple, low maintenance and elegant. After selecting the backsplash which was a combination of glass and stone, Faye coordinated the cabinets and flooring to create a modern and sleek kitchen. The construction began in May 2012 and ended in June 2012… a one month project. There is no question when friends, family, and strangers are shown the before and after pictures, the expression is “WOW”. Overall, my opinion of Bella Casa is based on these two projects and the quality of work from start to finish. Faye does a masterful job of designing the space. She has a keen eye for colors, textures, and layout. She utilizes computer programs with three dimensional views to offer the client many looks at how the room will look when completed. She also is dependable, client-oriented, and works diligently to be sure the products used and the work done is of high quality. There were several times when Spiro worked on Saturdays to complete part of the job and the electrician worked on Memorial Day. At the end of the work day, the space is vacuumed and all tools and materials are neatly stored. Also, when the project is complete, Faye schedules a service to do light cleaning. Every person who I have shared my pictures and stories with have told me what an oddity it is to have a designer and construction crew set such a high standard for their own work as well as going beyond for the client. It is for that reason that I highly recommend Bella Casa because of their attention to detail, efficient planning, dependability, and willingness to accept the challenge to design and build rooms that transcend the average.

Bella Casa completed a renovation of our master bathroom in Fall of 2015. After speaking with several contractors we chose them because of the design plus contracting services, the excellent samples of their work, and a general feeling of “fit” with the team. We are extremely pleased with the work and know we made the right choice. Our bathroom was gutted and completely transformed into a spa-like oasis! We had several key design features we wanted to see, but also needed a lot of help choosing materials and styles. Kelly was with us every step of the way. She gave us excellent advice, and the style of the space came together beautifully. Spiro and his crew did excellent work, with exceptional attention to detail. Kelly kept us updated when to expect major steps in the process, and was always available when we had questions. The crews were friendly, competent, and took great care in our home. We couldn’t be more pleased with our renovation. We will certainly hire Bella Casa again for any other renovation projects we tackle.

Bella Casa did a beautiful job completely redoing our kitchen. Faye had great ideas for things and was very helpful. We felt she honestly was excited about all of it. Spiro is quite talented and did a great job installing all the wood products, making sure everything was level and putting on finishing touches. He also did all the tile work. In fact, we liked the company so much, over the next two years, we had them totally redo both of our bathrooms and put a tub and a tile wall in our master bathroom. On our recommendation, our daughter had them put in a period kitchen in their late 1800s home. A friend recently had them do their kitchen. We would recommend Bella Casa to anyone who wants a personal touch and a great family business to work with.

Bella Casa completely gutted our 20+ year old kitchen and created an incredibly beautiful and functional space. In particular, the reconfiguration of a kitchen (moving the refrigerator and pantry) gave us a much more usable and visually attractive cooking, baking, dining, and entertaining environment. Faye helped us choose flooring, cabinetry, back splash, and counters that compliment each other, to create a kitchen that still makes us say "Wow!" when we walk in, over 2 years later. Her husband and the other tradesmen where highly professional, making the process as least stressful as it could have been.

I had a vision for how I wanted the kitchen to look, and Bella Casa helped me realize that vision. Faye is a highly talented designer/project manager, and Spiro and his team are talented carpenters. They guided us through the process of our total kitchen renovation. The quality of workmanship is excellent. They were easy to work with (very patient with my endless changes and requests!). Bottom Line: They stayed on budget; gave us the look we wanted; and completed the project in a timely fashion.

I highly recommend Bella Casa. They performed a complete kitchen remodel for us in 2014- 2015 which included gutting the original kitchen -- knocked out walls, replaced and reframed an exterior window and door openings, replaced doors, added pocket doors, electrical, recessed lighting, new floors, appliances, cabinets, countertops -- the whole works [$80K + project]. They did an excellent job, were always friendly and easy to work with and very professional. The project was completed within the time frame given and budget we agreed to. This was the first remodel project we had ever done so we were very nervous and anxious about hiring the right company. We interviewed 4 top ranked companies and decided to go with Bella Casa for a few key reasons (1) Experience and client feedback/work performed and (2) they offered to show us renditions of the finished kitchen without a signed contract or fee. This was HUGE to us. Every other company wanted a substantial payment before they would show drawings. I loved that Bella Casa said "let us show you what we can do for you before you sign with us". Our experience was great and we'll be using them again for our two bathrooms.

My wife and I met with 2 other contractors before deciding to have Bella Casa remodel our master bathroom. The first contractor promised a lot and then decided the job was too complicated for him. The second contractor told us we’d have to spend almost twice our budgeted amount, as he added features that we weren’t asking for. We met with Faye at Bella Casa’s showroom in Allentown. We discussed what we were wanting and a few days later, Spiro came out to take measurements. They met the amount we budgeted for the project and we proceeded to work out the details and signed an agreement with them. Faye met us at the businesses where we’d be getting the granite countertops and also the tile for the walls and floors. She was very helpful in our identifying the granite and tiles, making some suggestions that greatly enhanced the final outcome. Their workers came to our home on time every day, were very nice, courteous and friendly. They worked diligently as we watched our bathroom being transformed into what we had envisioned. There were a couple of minor glitches along the way, not at all unusual for a project like ours, but Bella Casa addressed them quickly and to our full satisfaction. Another nice touch we had not anticipated, Faye arranged for someone to clean our bedroom and bathroom once the work was completed. She also gave us recommended cleaning products for the tile, wood cabinet and glass for the shower. The final product is beautiful! We highly recommend Bella Casa to anyone wanting a high quality, well installed remodel/addition.

We absolutely love our remodeled master bath done by Bella Casa. We needed help with the design and selection of every aspect of the new bath and Faye was so easy to work with. She really understood our taste and designed a beautiful master bath. Spiros, George and the rest of the Bella Casa crew paid attention to every detail and the job wasn’t finished until they felt everything was perfect. They were very careful to keep the mess contained to the bathroom during the construction phase and not track dirt and debris through the rest of the house. We were so pleased with the outcome, we asked them to come back and remodel our powder room, a much smaller job but just as beautiful.
