Bi Design has a large selection of materials - much more unique than many other stores. . I was able to locate the stacked stone for my fireplace renovation in the color shades I wanted but couldn’t find anywhere else. I also found kitchen backsplash tile that will really give my kitchen a classic upgraded look. Janet and Alexandria were very knowledgeable, and helpful in providing design suggestions. I appreciate their courteous service and professional advice. BI Design also worked with me to price match cabinet hardware that I found at another store. That was a nice touch to know they valued my business, even when my projects were probably small in the scheme of their business dealings. This is becoming my go-to-place for home projects.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Their goal is the customers goal. The service they provide does not stop when the project is completed. Follow-up is excellant. The stock is the most unique in the area. I have chosen them for several projects (two bathrooms and laundry room specialty tile and bedrooms/great room carpet) and referred them to several others.

We have been in this industry for over 15 years and have to agree that the BI Design Studio showroom is one of the nicest and most complete showrooms in the country. You will be hard pressed to find such unique and complimentary array of products from carpet to tile to wall coverings. The staff is very design oriented and can answer any question you may have.

Purchased wood flooring from BI Design and they installed it. Came to our house with samples, went the extra mile to help us decide, and best of all were very price competitive vs. Many other flooring companies we had visited. Great selections in their showroom and they did a great job of installing.
