Birdland Builders did an amazing job finishing our basement from start to finish. Tim was very easy to work with during the design process, his expertise made decisions much easier. Tim and his team were flexible to any changes or challenges. He was responsive and patient throughout the entire process. Tim and his crew are amazing and I will never go to another company. I trusted Tim to remodel a rental property last year and it turned out amazing. The fixtures, the colors, the carpet, all beautiful and exactly what I expected. He is so understanding and patient and it shows in his work. He just finished a second rental for me and it's also beautiful. They worked so hard and so fast to get the job done. I'm so happy to be able to put my trust in him and his company and know I'm going to get the results I'm asking for.

This is a extremely bad contractor, do not hire this guy. After hiring him to do a complete renovation of my basememt, he started the reno, and then disappeared, leaving my previously very habitable basement in shambles and inhabitable and took most of the payment. Ice I hired a new contractor I found out. Tim Faro's work is shoddy and He has a history of this type of unprofessional behavior. He also did the similar thing to another homeowner in my neighborhood. Run do not walk far away from this business.

Tim and his crew from Birdland were a pleasure to work with. They handled a full kitchen remodel for us, coordinating with a custom cabinet maker that we contracted with separately for the cabinets. Communication was excellent, as was the quality of work. Issues with subcontractors work were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. This was a complicated project, with lots of moving parts. As always occurs, issues came up from time to time. Tim dealt with them professionally, and we were always able to come to solutions that were acceptable to us. In addition, Tim honored his original estimate in spite of a couple of unexpected surprises. All in all, we were very pleased with the outcome and would recommend Birdland without any reservations.

The initial response from Samantha and the ensuing estimate appointment accomplished quickly. Tim said he'd have a quote to me within 2 days. It didn't come until after I asked, a week later. The very same day I received the quote, I accepted it and asked when we could put the job on his calendar and about a payment schedule. Three weeks went by...zero response. I reached out again, this time to both Samantha and Tim, it's been 3 business days...with no response. I'm taking this to be lucky break. I'd rather have this kind of stupidity happen pre-contract than during a job when he has your money and never shows up again.

We have hired Tim and his crew for several projects over the years; front door, back sliding door, master bathroom, front porch, siding, and our current kitchen renovation. Tim is honest, trustworthy, and completes phenomenal work in a timely manner. If you are looking for someone to renovate the inside/outside of your home, or build you your dream home, look no further you won’t be disappointed. I am already planning for my next home renovation for him to complete.

We hired Birdland Builders to remodel our kitchen. Tim designed everything, showed us renderings on what to expect, and helped us stay within our budget. The crew was pleasant to deal with, we couldn’t be happier, we brought them back a month later to remodel our bathroom as well. We are looking to do more projects with them in the very near future.
