I highly recommend Boone Creek Cabinetry and am really happy with my kitchen remodel. The kitchen cabinets are well made and all the trades were professional and did exceptional work. (The remodel involved moving sink/water lines, electric, installing a window, patching in hardwood flooring, painting, new cabinets installed, new counters, installing light fixtures.) Quality product and craftsmanship were the most important to me, but the cost was very reasonable which was an added bonus. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Just wanted to say we were very happy with the remodel of our Master bathroom. We are so glad we went with Boone Creek Cabinetry. The owners Denis and Michele were so easy to work with and we never felt rushed when we went to the office. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed in a timely fashion and we never felt we could not call for an update or for any concern. Our project started on time and Michele sent us a calendar showing what was happening each day. The work team who came to our home was professional and cleaned up at the end of every day. The bathroom is just beautiful and we have happily given neighbors recommendations and Boone Creek’s phone number. We have just signed a new contract with them to remodel our guest bathroom because we are so happy.

When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we met with several companies. Boone Creek Cabinetry & Design made the choice easy. Dennis’ experience in kitchen remodeling was evident as he worked with us to design our dream kitchen. We were provided a detailed scope of work, a calendar that outlined when each piece of the project would be completed with corresponding payments due as the project progressed. The plumbers, carpenters, and electricians were all professional and respectful of our time and our home. Each cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day’s work. The Amish handcrafted cabinetry allowed for custom cabinets that fit our space. No cookie cutter cabinets here! Shortly after the cabinets were installed, we noted a small nick on a drawer face which was quickly replaced. We have additional remodeling planned and will definitely use Boone Creek again.

The Boone Creek Cabinetry & Design team was responsible for the remodel of our 30-year-kitchen and did a fantastic job! Denis was great to work with and offered good suggestions for us to consider. He was upfront and on target with expected costs, immediately responsive to questions and very involved throughout the job. His team of subcontractors were highly qualified, considerate to work with and on schedule. Project turned out beautifully and we would not hesitate to use them again!

Boone Creek and their team were excellent to work with from start to finish for our kitchen gut and reno - Denis and Michele were awesome to work with in the design phase and everyone from their crew was great during the execution. Our entire project was ~6 weeks and even with a delay from an external floor team they made up the lost time for us and still finished on schedule in time for the holidays! The quality of their products has been excellent and we are so happy we went with them!

This summer, we underwent a significant kitchen remodel, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! From the start, Denis was instrumental in bringing our vision to life. We met with him several times to plan the overhaul, and his expertise was invaluable. During the preliminary work, he determined that we could remove a wall, which completely transformed the space. The quality of the design was outstanding, and the project stayed on schedule. We always knew when the construction crew would be working and what tasks were being completed. The team—including electricians, plumbers, and carpenters—was professional, skilled, and respectful throughout the process. When an issue arose with the backsplash, Denis personally worked with the retailer to address and resolve the concerns. Even after the final work was completed, Denis remained committed to quality. When we noticed a flaw in the countertop, he coordinated with the manufacturer to have the slab replaced, and the new one looks fantastic. Overall, we are beyond pleased with our kitchen transformation. Denis and his team delivered exceptional craftsmanship and service, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The Boone Creek Cabinet Team was exceptional. Denis and Michele worked closely with us during the design phase and listened to our needs. They offered ideas and we jointly produced a design concept which they translated to a detail design. The design phase was followed with beautifully hand-crafted custom cabinetry for our kitchen and family room. This was then followed by on-time delivery of the custom woodwork in a dedicated truck to our home. The installation team was punctual, meticulous and extremely clean. At the end of the workday, they spent 20 minutes cleaning up the work site and returned the next day with the same attention to details for 4 days. Boone Creek Cabinetry exceeded our expectations on quality, cost and schedule. We highly recommend Boone Creek Cabinetry.

Denis and Michele are by far the most professional people I've worked with in the construction space. They are honest, ethical, patient and are always there to make sure you preferences/needs are met. There are so many choices when it comes to style, color, hardware, etc... and they help you choose the exact look you want. Their showroom is beautiful which gives you a visual of what to expect with your finished design/installation. The process from start to finish was seamless and my cabinets/countertops came out perfect. I used to work in the construction industry so I notice a lot of the imperfections that normally wouldn't be caught by others. The quality and craftsmanship of the product they deliver is flawless. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new cabinets/countertops.

I was extremely pleased to work with Boone Creek Cabinetry & Design, and all of their contractors that came out to work on my home they were all professional and all showed up on time ready to work. I had all of my questions answered and Denis also had some suggestions which were extremely helpful. Denis gave me a quote which was very reasonable and had all of the payments on it and when we would be paying each payment, that was very helpful because I didn't have to pay all at once. This company dishonest. Denis request all payment in advance. In the day when project expected to be ready they have all money. You as customer dent have any power to request to fix incorrect work. Denis abandoned my project when I requested to fix poor quality work.

We had good time working with Boone Creek. We are still finalize the project but the craftsmanship has been great.

I hired them to remodel kitchen, mud room, and hallway. Replaced flooring, Cabinetry, and updated electrical. Added an island and beverage center. They were professional, did good work, and cleaned up as the project progressed. I would hire them again

Working with Denis and Michele Buch for our kitchen remodel was a pleasure. The confidence they instilled in us by taking the time to discuss the different cabinetry options available, the clever design solutions and by giving honest responses to our questions/suggestions was amazing. Overall a great experience with every subcontractor but one (which Denis ensured returned to make a correction) showing skill for their profession and respect to our household. It is no secret that a kitchen remodel is stressful and disrupts the entire house and although this experience was not without a few hiccups --the largest being the expanded time-frame--we would work again with Boone Creek Cabinetry & Design with no hesitation.

Boone Creek was a very good choice for us. After dealing with 4 other options, we chose them. They were great with the design, added things we wanted. The work was done well and in a timely maner. If a problem came up, it was delt with right away. We love our new kitchen and I don't think we would if we had used anyone else. The owners are great people to work with.

Boone Creeked helped us with cabinets and tops for a bathroom remodel. They were extremely nice and helpful. They produced the exact layout we were looking for, made good recommendations and delivered a great product. I will be using them for future projects

Great company. Caring owners. The workmanship on cabinetry, tile, installation, electrical and plumbing was excellent. The scheduling is down to a science and everything was completed as quickly as possible. If ten stars were available I would give to Boone Creek Cabinetry & Design. There is nothing I would change in the kitchen. Awesome company to work with. I can't give them enough praise!!!!!

Boone Creek Cabinetry recently did a gut rehab master bathroom for us. From the beginning they were up front, honest, and accurate with their estimate. The project was on time and easy to live through. Any questions I had were answered quickly and Denis was always available. We will have Denis and his team do projects for us in the future based on our experience with our master bathroom.

Please do not hire this company to work in your home. There were times when the team did not show up to work for days at a time, leaving our kitchen a torn up mess, and the phone calls to Denis, the owner and project manager, went unreturned for days. At one point we thought our project was abandoned. In addition, the subcontractors came to our home at all hours at unexpected times; there was no regular work schedule. It was typical to be told a crew would be there in the morning, only to have them show up in the late afternoon or not show up at all. Never would we receive a phone call to let us know about the schedule changes. This was a kitchen remodel, so we were living in the home and would plan our days around the work "scheduled." When contractors did show up after days of absence, they WALKED RIGHT INTO OUR HOME, catching us totally off guard in the privacy of our own home. One day they scared our kids to death doing this. All in all, a stressful nightmare to work with.

We are very excited to have connected with the team at Boone Creek. We have now worked on three projects: two bedrooms and three bathrooms thus far. Our experience with this team is dramatically different than our experience with other renovations due to organization, communication, timeliness and quality of every aspect of the work performed. Denis Buch worked with us to develop the budget and plan for each project. Denis coordinated the projects and the team. We stayed within our budget and were able to candidly discuss how we could gain the most bang for our buck based on our priorities for the projects. Denis was mindful of our budget and always offered several alternatives to manage our expenses. When we were told a project would take 4 weeks, it took 4 weeks! We knew the plan for every week due to solid organizational skills and strong communication by Denis. Even when we were not in town, we communicated through texts and e-mail including photos to ensure in our absence the project moved forward and we would not return home to find any surprises. Finally, every individual from all specialties who came to work on the projects were professional and performed remarkable work in which they took great pride. Without reserve we recommend Denis Buch and the incredible team of professionals at Boone Creek for renovation work. We will use them for all the projects remaining in our home. Boone Creek is a good company to do business with if you have a small project. Ours was not, a total rehab of our large home. We contacted Denis and we were impressed by the photos of kitchen and bath remodels he had done. He told us how he had done extensive remodeling, even referred to the homes he was building in Long Grove, Kildeer and the North Shore during our meetings. We signed with Boone Creek and when months went by and they came in 100% over budget (total project, not just cabinetry) and we discovered their true experience (small rehab and kitchen/bath) we fired them. Feeling bad, we did purchase our "custom Amish cabinetry" only to have to have it repainted . The finish was incorrect. Mostly, we were very disappointed when they advertised the renovation of our home PRIOR TO THEIR EVEN STARTING IT!! After hiring a new contractor, we have just completed our kitchen,bar areas and baths in November. The product (cabinetry) from Boone Creek is great, but the experience was not. Please, check references for the size project you are doing. We learned the hard way.

I was hesitant to write this review because Denis and his sub contractors are all very nice, but at the end of the day, we paid for a job that we don't feel we got. The room turned out nice, even if it didn't go smoothly and there were disappointments along the way. We chose Boone Creek because they were the lowest bid and we still thought we were getting a quality contractor. Denis does a lot of work in high end homes, but he wasn't engaged in our project. Perhaps our project was too small to warrant his attention. The job got started late and took 4 times longer to complete than what we were quoted. There was an overall lack of attention to detail and some items delivered were not what we expected. We are enjoying our new bathroom but when it comes time to do our kitchen, we'll be looking elsewhere.

Boone Creek Cabinetry provided a seamless remodeling experience. From initial brainstorming, through design, procurement, execution, and finish, the personnel were well-trained, professional, constantly attentive to detail, and flexible in accommodating design modifications on the fly. Interactions were always courteous and respectful and the final results exceeded our expectations. Delivery of this quality of service was only eclipsed by the fact that their price point was more than 10% less than their competition. We would recommend their services without reservation to any of our friends considering a home remodeling project.

I was looking for a custom cabinet shop, when I found Boone Creek Cabinetry. The company has expanded and can do the entire remodeling job from tile and electrical work to design and procurement of a custom vanity. Denis and his suppliers suggested options, but were mindful of the budget that I had set. The crew were pleasant and skilled, but of significant importance was that they showed up when expected and left the jobsite clean and orderly. Denis was onsite to oversee the job from beginning to end. I am very pleased with the remodeled bathroom and will be using Boone Creek for two additional remodeling projects.
