Communication was solid through the project and the final cabinets + layout completely changed how the space feels. A few small delays here and there but the quality was worth it.

We originally only planned to remodel the kitchen, but after seeing the design process and materials we ended up doing our bathrooms and flooring too. The kitchen came out really clean without looking “overdesigned” if that makes sense. Walnut cabinets, under cabinet lighting, and the way they lined up the flooring throughout the first floor made the whole house feel connected. One thing I appreciated was they were pretty straight forward from beginning. They did push us away from some ideas that probably looked good on Pinterest but would not work in real life long term. At first I thought they were being difficult honestly, but after construction started I understood why. Bathroom tile work especially was very sharp. We did large format tile and I was expecting uneven lines because our old house walls were all over the place, but it came out much better then expected. Flooring crew also did a good job minimizing dust compared to other contractors we used before. Project was not perfect every single day obviously, there were delays on couple material items and sometimes communication got busy during inspections, but overall they handled issues instead of disappearing. Thats rare with contractors nowdays. Boss Design Center is probably better for people doing real renovations and custom work, not just cosmetic refreshes. You can tell they care alot about the final look and details.

Talha was extremely courteous and professional. Talha especially caught my eye because of how wonderfully he designed our kitchen cabinetry as well as the island. There were so many other small things that added up to make a really successful remodeling project. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen.

I was a bit embarrassed hiring Talha and the rest of the crew for my bathroom remodel because my bathroom was so tiny. But Talha convinced me that there was a lot of room for improvement in my small bathroom, and he was right. They changed everything from where the shower was situated, the color of the walls, as well as introducing an exquisite vanity. My bathroom looked much, much bigger once they were done. I am really happy with their work.

Talha and the rest of the crew, you guys are just amazing. During Talha's initial visit, I showed him some of the catalogues that I had been collecting in anticipation of my bathroom renovation. He explained to me comprehensively what would work, and we agreed on the tentative design. Within a short time, work had commenced, and upon its completion, I was in awe. My bathroom, especially the bronze fixtures, look beautiful!

I really appreciate how Talha and his team managed to squeeze themselves into my very tight schedule. Talha understood how important the renovation was to me, but he also understood how hectic my schedule was. That didn’t deter him, and he and his team worked very well under very little supervision. I loved how the project turned out. It feels more like home than it has in years. It’s exactly what I wanted.

What I loved most about working with Talha is that he didn’t rush the job. Every single design was well thought out and planned. He allowed extensive discourse over his designs, and he was willing to make the changes that I had requested. When it came time for the installation, he kept me in the loop about all of the things going on in the house as I was away during the renovation. Everything went smoothly, and not once did he abuse my trust. Well done!

Our kitchen remodel was a surprise gift for my wife. Talha was exceptional, not only in the management of the project, but also being able to visualize the kind of kitchen my wife would like by simply gathering clues about her personality from me. He designed a kitchen that blew my wife’s mind. She could not believe it; I couldn’t believe it! Talha is extremely gifted in interior design. His attention to detail plus his creativity was visible in all of the designs he presented to me for my home remodel. Talha is an amazing interior designer. He is also a consummate professional who will pitch in to assist in any task reasonably requested of him. I give him the highest recommendation possible. He helped to design a fireplace/built-in cabinets and shelves for my living room and a new stand-up shower for the master bathroom. Our experience with Talha was outstanding. From the initial planning visit to the final walkthrough, we felt that Talha was always looking out for our best interests. We contacted Talha about ideas on how to improve our kitchen. Talha spent our first meeting together really getting to understand what we had in mind. He proposed high level ideas and always took our feedback into account. Within a week after that initial meeting, we had plans back from Talha on a vision for how to remodel our kitchen. We gained a peninsula with a tremendous amount of space for preparation of food as well as entertaining guests. And the storage is absolutely amazing. In our small condo, we now have the place to put everything and then more. Big changes and small touches – Talha had an eye not only for practical uses of space, but he has some wonderfully creative ideas on the right finishes and the right looks for our kitchen. The work was done to perfection. We were not in town for the duration of the project. Talha kept in constant contact with us, telling us about the progress and getting our opinion on any changes required as always happens during any remodeling project. The end result is spectacular. Our condo has been transformed. We have an amazing kitchen, an incredible new bathroom, new flooring and a wonderful new layout for our retirement home.

We just completed a fairly extensive home remodel including an expanded kitchen that was designed and installed by Talha from Boss Design. Where do I start? Talha is amazing. We started out with what was really helpful for me...having her design consultation and estimates after my kids were in bed! Once we settled on the design, our cabinets were delivered right on schedule. His cabinet installer was just the best. Being a stay at home mom I was worried who was going to be in my house. He was very professional, always on time, and very friendly. His cabinetry skills and details to everything clearly set him apart from most. Talha was there helping us throughout the whole process at "our schedule" and "our time". That is very important to me. The kitchen turned out way more beautiful than I had ever imagined. I have given his name out to every one that has mentioned re-doing their kitchen. Very lucky to have found this company because I have friends who have been through their own "kitchen remodel nightmare". Not me though!!!

Talha and Sean provided terrific assistance with all three stages of the project. Sean’s drawings brought the project to life, and the practical, helpful advice we got in cabinet choice from both Sean and Talha was exceptional. And the team of folks that completed the buildout were extremely professional and courteous. No doubt there are probably other good kitchen remodeling Companies in the Virgina area that do the big things well. But the difference between the merely good ones and the really great ones is to be found in how well they do the little things. And Boss Design is one really great Company, folks. From making sure that the spacing between the cabinetry is visually perfect, to the accuracy of the painting detail, to the proper blending of the wood tones on the floor, etc, etc, etc.. Little things really do mean a lot. To say that we are merely pleased with our new kitchen would be the understatement of at least the last 20 years. Thank you, guys, once again, from both of us.

The designer, Talha, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He listened to what I wanted and incorporated those elements into the kitchen design. He was very approachable and easy to communicate with...many times it was after normal work hours, in the evening or on the weekend. He even contacted me while he was on a family vacation to ensure that the installation was going well. I am extremely pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them or hire them again.

We worked with Talha, who was very nice and very professional. He had 2 assistants that worked with him and they were good too. He always called if they couldn't make it on a certain day and never left us hanging in the wind.

Talha offered a couple of suggestions on the project, which were very helpful and inexpensive, but he never ever tried to "up-sell " us on anything. Communication was excellent; Talha checked with us constantly about the project and he always answered our phone calls or texts immediately. It was painless on our end and the new kitchen is great!

From designing to completion we were completely satisfied. The design process working with Talha was very professional and comfortable.
