Nick and his company did a great job working with us on budget and making sure our remodeling project was done on time. I appreciate that Boston premier remodeling worked with us to figure out the best remodeling solution for our situation instead of just pitching us on a high price remodeling project. I have had terrific experiences working with Boston Premier and its owner, Nick Marchewka. I have used them for two extensive condo remodeling projects. The most recent one was in an old historic building which made the work more labor intensive and time consuming. Still, I am thrilled by the result. Nick does a great job as a GC sequencing his subs and Nick’s carpenters do very high quality work. Importantly, Nick keeps downtime at a minimum so the project is always moving forward. He is very accessible and accommodating in fixing the inevitable problems that arise in a construction project. I highly recommend Boston Premier.

Nick and his crew did an excellent job on a small but somewhat complex kitchen renovation. He is always responsive and listens to his client's needs. He was able to continue to stay in good communication, even when not prompted. It was clear that the entire crew was dedicated to providing high-quality services resulting in high-quality outcomes. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Nick and his crew did a fantastic job on our 5 room remodel. Moved the kitchen from the back of the house to front, added laundry, 2 new bathrooms and remodeled a third. Nick's pricing method worked well for our project. His crew is skilled, always on time, completed the work required and brought new ideas to the remodel. Nick recommended good subcontractors to provide all the resources needed. Boston Premier Remodeling focuses on satisfying the customer at a fair price.

From the start Nick was extremely transparent and forthcoming with cost structure, mark-ups, and his opinion of what he would do if it were his investment. Nick, Walter, and Jonathan did a fantastic job on our kitchen, bathrooms and closet. Considering the uncertainty of doing construction during covid, they finished on-time and on-budget. We hired Nick and his team to build a powder room in our condo. As complete newbies to the whole process, we really appreciated 1) the time he took to give us an upfront ballpark cost estimate and explanation of the process, 2) his speedy responsiveness, and 3) his flexibility regarding changes that were introduced partway through the building process. We were introduced to a great team of carpenters, plumber, and electrician, who were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Nick and his crew remodeled my master bathroom and did an incredible job. Nick gave me lots of valuable advice as to items to chose for the bath and was always available by phone or in person to answer questions. The workmen he brought in to do the demo, tiling and painting were always on time and worked a full 8-hour day and barely took time for lunch -- very hard workers. His plumber and electrician were also extraordinary and were also always available to answer questions and provide advice. Communication is key in the construction process and Nick and his workmen excel at this. I highly recommend Nick & Boston Premier Remodeling.
