“tim did everything that he said he would and was on time and easy to contact when he wasn't here. first he fixed a leaking skylight. it turned out it wasn't the skylight at all it was the roof near the skylight. he came back 3 times to find it and was as pleasant each time as he was the first time .then he pressure washed the roof and put a silicone sealant that he guaranteed would last 15 years. he's the best. couldn't ask for more.”
