“Our condo was built in 1984 and our master bathroom contained several artifacts from that era. The two most significant features were a sunken tub that was difficult to use, the two steps required to enter the bathroom, and another two steps to use the shower or the sunken tub. Our goal was to make the bathroom more ADA compliant as we modernized this space so that we would have a better chance of being able to age in place. Jan helped us accomplish our goals. Jan was very helpful throughout the entire process. It can take us a while to settle on some of the details but Jan was patient with us while keeping us on target. This was a delicate balancing act for her but she does it well. Jan also has great contacts throughout the industry, so she always had suggestions on sources and labor from start to finish.
