My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

The WORST possible experience. Jeff was a disaster to work with. He made our experience terrible,aggravating and after we sighed the contract kept upping up the prices of everything he quoted us. Whenever you hire a contractor get 3 references. In this case all you need it mine, go elsewhere and save yourself time, money and lots of aggravation.

Our full bathroom remodeling project with Broadway Kitchens & Baths was a major disappointment. Missed deadlines, lack of follow-up, and workmanship issues made the process stressful. We expected professional results but did not receive them. I cannot recommend this company.

Broadway Kitchens & Baths did an outstanding job on our kitchen remodel. From cabinet installation to countertops and all the plumbing work, everything was handled with professionalism and precision. The team was on time, respectful, and incredibly detail-oriented. Our new cabinets look beautiful, the countertops were installed perfectly, and the plumbing was done cleanly and efficiently with no issues at all. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made sure we were happy every step of the way. The quality of their work truly shows, and our kitchen looks better than we ever imagined. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Broadway Kitchens & Baths for anyone looking for expert, reliable, and top-quality kitchen renovations.

Our experience with Broadway Kitchens & Baths was extremely disappointing. We hired them for a kitchen remodel, and from start to finish, the process was frustrating and unprofessional. Communication was poor, deadlines were repeatedly missed, and the quality of the work was far below expectations. Several parts of the project were left unfinished, and when we tried to get updates or fixes, our calls and messages were often ignored. For the high prices they charge, we expected quality craftsmanship and reliable service — but instead, we were left with subpar results and ongoing issues. We would not recommend Broadway Kitchens & Baths to anyone considering a remodeling project.

Broadway Kitchens & Baths and their team did an excellent job helping us get our New York, NY home ready for sale. They handled everything — tile, drywall, kitchen work, and even interior and exterior trim repairs — all completed on time and with superb quality. This is our second time working with them, and I’d happily do it again!

Very disappointed with GMS Handyman LLC. The deck repair and paint job was sloppy and rushed. Paint is already peeling and some damaged boards were not properly fixed. Would not recommend.

I recently used Jeff Chinman and team to update my kitchen. They patched up several holes in the wall and updated backsplash. They were extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Jeff Chinman was very quick and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them. I will use them for more projects in the future.

Go somewhere else! NO COMMUNICATION, terrible customer service, and changes made that we didn’t expect. Disappointed all the way through with our experience. We originally placed an order and our sales person “left the company suddenly.” Broadway Cabinets never thought to notify us- they just left our emails unanswered. Finally got a hold of someone and was hopeful to complete our project. Cabinets were delivered several months late- and several errors in what was ordered. Many parts of the order were wrong (wrong color, wrong style drawer). We had to settle for a certain cabinet that we didn’t originally order bc I didn’t want to wait all over and needed to be done with this company. You would think they would be more helpful but I had to chase the owner and reps just to get a reply. Save yourself the trouble and find another place. I would NEVER order from this place again.

This is a new review based on new and old issues. To follow is the written response from the contractor when I inquired about the sound proof material listed in the renovation work order: "Padding has being installed already." That is the original grammar. However, due to an unrelated leak from above me in 2022, I had to remove the floor, and discovered no such material was ever installed under the visible hardwood. Also, while dealing with the same 2022 leak, I discovered hazardous material was removed from the floor without proper precautions prior to the positive lab test results. This is based on photos from the time relative to the lab date. There were other issues at the time, but none that made me feel obligated to write this review. I have nothing personal to gain from this review as the work is done. When I asked in 2022 to follow up with the floor installation crew, I was told the work had been contracted out. Note the building does approve the renovation plan, but does not supervise day-to-day work. Total cost for the project was over $100,000. Proceed with caution.

I had my kitchen installed 14 years ago and 1 large shelf came crashing down. Even 14 years later they were so responsive and solved my problem. I couldn't give a better recommendation than that!! Shari Gluckstadt
