We were so blessed to have worked with Roy and his wonderful team of professionals to make our kitchen renovation run smoothly and timely from start to finish, especially during an untimely trying time in our life. Since we moved into our starter home in 1980, it became apparent it would be our forever home. We’d been planning since then to do a total renovation of our tiny 1965 kitchen, but there were so many obstacles. In the 80's, we updated it some, but it just wasn’t working anymore, and being situated in the middle of the house posed a huge design challenge affecting 4 rooms. We thought we were stuck with the original layout, but Roy gave us three options, and the third one KNOCKED OUR SOCKS OFF and gave us a kitchen we never thought could be possible. The Bryhn team was such a pleasure to work with. Randy answered all our questions and kept things running smoothly and on time. Rena helped us pull everything together with color and design elements to match our vision for the new space, and we are so grateful for all her suggestions. The Crew, what can we say? Rob, Chris, Dane, and David—from demolition to finish product—what a great job! They took what was on paper and made it a reality with a professional eye for every detail. True artists of the trade. We now have the kitchen we’ve always envisioned but didn’t think was possible, and we ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! What a transformation! Thank you to you all; it was an absolute pleasure to work with such a great group of people.

I was extremely happy with the renovation that was done by Bryhn. The design process was very interactive and I was able to work with Roy to create the ideal layout for my ranch home. At the start, we took the right amount of time to settle on a plan and make appliance and material choices. The project team was reliable, professional, creative and problem solvers. Appreciated all of the suggestions to spend the money where it would get the biggest payoff. We did a completely new kitchen, primary bath and walk in closet as well as changes to the outside, a patio in the back and raising the ceiling in the living room. I was kept informed during every step and felt very good about the subcontractors that worked on the job. I am very happy with my home and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bryhn to other homeowners.

The team did excellent work and was very clean when working inside the house and everything turned out perfect. I would highly recommend using them.

We have done 2 big projects in our house with Bryhn Design/Build. A total kitchen remodel a while back and more recently both upstairs bathrooms and our laundry room. For both projects the whole process was excellent. The design phase and the ability to make material and appliance choices to fit our budget was very interactive so that we got exactly what we wanted. Bill was our foreman on both projects and he was always ready to stop by to talk over the progress and address any questions or concerns we had. They have a good relationship with their subs as even years apart, they used the same electrician. What also stands out is that Roy stands by the work. When the bathrooms were being done, he made sure to touch up some minor wear and tear in the kitchen years after completing that project. A few weeks ago I ran into him and he again offered to stop by if we had any issues in either the kitchen or bathroom. All in all, a company that delivers!

Roy and Bill were great to deal with. Roy spent the time needed to give us proposed plans, suggested things we didn't think of and a solid estimate. His contract was thorough and he finished the work on time and on budget as was agreed upon in the contract. I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

We did a renovation project with another contractor 18 years ago and had a terrible experience so we were cautious this time around when we researched putting on an addition and updating our interior. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable with Roy and loved all of his ideas and suggestions to get the most 'bang for our buck'. Everyone who was part of the crew (including each sub-contractor) was extremely skilled, respectful, friendly and conscientious. They kept our house as neat as possible during our extensive remodel. We were extremely happy with Bryhn and would recommend them without hesitation!

Started working with Bryhn Design/Build 11 years ago on a large kitchen/dining room renovation, and have hired them for three projects since then, including this year's, an extensive bathroom/laundry area renovation. Knowledgeable advice during the planning phase, excellent workmanship, incredible attention to detail, friendly and approachable. They keep working at it until you're satisfied -- this project went on a bit longer than I had anticipated -- but in the end I far prefer having things the way they should be.

As an out of town client, I really appreciated the software they used to keep me updated and able to monitor the expenses of the project. Excellent job!
