Buckeye Custom Remodeling

We are thrilled with our home renovation. The Buckeye Team made great suggestions throughout the project. We stayed on target with the date and the budget (we did add some upgrades to the scope of work). Their slogan about falling in love with your home all over again is true. We remodeled the dining area, kitchen, great room, foyer, and main hallway. We will definitely be working with them on Phase 2 of our home redo in the next year or so. Great crew. Excellent job!

Such great professional and courtesy work preformed by a great company. Buckeye came out and gave me an estimate to repair my bathroom floor. Explained the process thoroughly. The job looks great and exceeded my expectations. Could not be more pleased with Buckeye. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We had some rotting wood at the base of our bay window in our living room. Buckeye accessed the damage and discovered that the bay window would have to be rebuilt. When originally built, (20 yrs ago) the quality of construction was quite substandard. The finished product was beautiful. I myself am familiar with construction design and could see the excellent quality throughout the project. We went from a "bicycle to a Ferrari". The quality of the new window was superb. At each stage of the project, demo and rebuild, the workers cleaned up and took measures not to damage/soil finished surfaces. We would definitely hire them in the future.

I highly recommend Buckeye Home Improvement. They built and installed shelves, hung TVs, a bed headboard and a chandelier. Additionally, they performed many electrical and paint/drywall tasks superbly. Darrin, Dylan, Jodee, Matt, Rico and Steve are first class people.

This is the second project Buckeye Home Improvements has completed for us. He took a screened porch and turned it into a glorious sunroom complete with crown molding, hardwood floors raised to match the height of the inside floors, custom French doors, and lots of easy-to-open windows. One thing we love about working with Buckeye is that the subs are wonderfully skilled, considerate, and show up when scheduled. The area was consistently left clean and neat no matter which sub had been working. Texts and/or calls to Buckeye were always answered in a timely manner. There will most likely be another project in the future, and our first call will be to Buckeye.

We have used Buckeye Home Improvement for many different projects and they have always done an outstanding job. The work was done on the schedule they provided and at the cost they estimated. Whether it is plumbing, painting, or general construction, we always call them !

Yes! Finally a dependable, honest repair/home improvement company that does quality work at a fair price. I had several small things that needed to be done and they were quick, sent me pictures and always called me back. I highly recommend this company for any and all home improvements and repairs

We contracted with Buckeye for a sizeable remodeling project of our 1979 home. It needed dramatic changes for functionality and it was very "dated". Buckeye helped brainstorm the remodel, collaborated with us on numerous design decisions, created a vision in our minds of the end result and developed a project plan that fit our timing and budget. Their expertise and professionalism during this project (4 months) was outstanding and this project was finished on time and on budget. We really enjoyed the interaction and creativeness that they (Buckeye) brought to the project. The quality of craftsmen that worked on our house was top notch. This project included demolition of a fireplace, removal of a wall, re-flooring, repair of water damage, removal of popcorn ceilings, new lighting, completely new kitchen (redesigned the layout; new appliances; granite countertop; tile backsplash; window; lighting, etc.), redo of the guest bathroom, new paint and a new roof. Buckeye provided weekly reports on the progress of the project to us. Buckeye has also followed up on our satisfaction since the project ended and has remedied the minor issues that have been identified. Overall, I would hire Buckeye to do another project of any magnitude and strongly recommend them to anyone.

Jodee was a life saver. My husband and I wanted to completely redesign and redo our kitchen, knock down an existing wall, replace carpet with hardwood floors, as well as other small projects to tie everything together. Jodee was my personal life saver. As I never attempted to tackle a project this large, I was overwhelmed with all of the decisions and multiple choices there were out there. She guided me through these decisions with patience, professionalism, and honesty. I had a very difficult time visualizing what certain projects would like so she would find photos of possible similar results and spend spend many hours holding my hand when my face showed total confusion. Jodee has so many creative ideas with all price ranges. Most of all, I cherished her sincere friendship during the process.

Buckeye Home Improvement was our choice to do our bathroom renovation. We had requested bids with 3 contractors, and were the most impressed by the ideas and suggestions that Darrin and Jodi Spencer came up with. Darrin is the contractor and President of the company and Jodi his wife is the Artist and Designer. My wife really liked what Jodi suggested with the design. Jodi has a talent for knowing what works for each client’s taste. She and Darrin made suggestions for our bathroom that we never thought about. When it came to the actual renovation, Darrin and the people who worked for him were pros at their jobs. The tile man was both a professional and an artist with what he did in our shower. Buckeye Home improvement stayed within our budget and the project was completed on time and exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Buckeye Home Improvement without hesitation.
