Build Rite is an exceptional builder. They did our remodel and addition on our New Buffalo home. The project was very complete with every detail taken into account. Jose was a wonderful project manager and the crew was professional. The finishes in the house were excellent. The doors, mill work, and windows were top quality. They added several closets and bar of hooks to make our home most productive. We loved our exposed brick panels they framed. Excellent work, fair, and reliable.

All the employees I came in contact with were very professional, they kept the work site clean, and did a great job communicating the status throughout the project.

Our townhome association, partnered with Build Rite to identify a scope of work for some deteriorating/rotting wood on our screened in porches and railed decking that are a critical aesthetic and functional component of our town home development. All units had substantial work to be completed. From start to finish, Build Rite quickly and efficiently responded to our need for an onsite review and quote. We entertained 2 other contractors and Build Rite’s knowledge and expertise exceeded our expectations. The BuildRite team did an exceptional job on our renovation. As we moved through the project, some aspects evolved and details changed both large and small. Their team was timely with recommendations and options, as well as being open-minded about our suggestions. Their internal team, as well as all of their subcontractors, did impeccable work. Some of the finest craftsmanship we have seen. Tile work, flooring, painting and finishing are all outstanding. We're looking forward to having them build a deck and screened in porch next.

We hired Build Rite Construction to perform work on our original 110 year old two story three bedroom, one and one/half bath frame house. The work included doing a demo of the inside of the house to perform a complete electrical rewire and upgrade, install a new furnace with new A/C and two additional heat pump units, insulate exterior walls, install new oak flooring throughout first floor, remove old kitchen and install new cabinets with new countertops, remove old concrete patio and re-pour 1000 SF new concrete and stairs, replace and rebuild a new retaining wall around the patio, and repaint the entire interior of the house. We couldn’t be happier with the finished quality as Steve hires very professional and experienced contractors who do excellent work, and are great to work with. His crew in particular were attentive and friendly and went out of their way to please us. I can’t say enough about the people he hires. The project took six months to complete which was right in line with our estimate and move-in date. There are always stressful moments along the way, as such a major renovation/restoration project like this can produce, but Steve was always there to work out the kinks and saw that we were always taken care of and every issue resolved to our satisfaction. Having someone like Steve to work with was a real blessing. We have no hesitation recommending Build Rite to preform you next construction project, be it a brand new house, addition, or renovation.

We had Steve and his crew at Build Rite tackle a challenging renovation for us of an old Victorian home and it came out better than expected. It seemed like every stone they turned uncovered a new issue, but Steve and his crew handled it professionally, quickly, and creatively. In addition, we really appreciated getting to know the crew over the several month renovation. With Covid, we were all hunkered down and at times in close quarters, but they were always pleasant and professional and courteous of our schedules and lives. I would highly recommend Build Rite and will use them again to the extent we need more work done.

Build Rite executed our pandemic gut rehab with diligence. Labor & product shortages made for a long and challenging project, but our onsite project lead was responsive and super helpful. When issues arose, which happens in rehabs, Build Rite was flexible and focused on solutions.

We remodeled our kitchen extensively, and everything went perfectly. Excellent craftsmanship ship from Build Rite Construction. Their construction schedule was on track, and their communication was perfect. We also used Wooden Door for our cabinets and were very impressed with their products and staff. Highly recommend!!

Their work was impeccable. The quality of workmanship and response times were extraordinary. I would hire them again tomorrow. Their estimate was spot on and they delivered on the project on time.

Build Rite repaired and painted our soffits (roof overhang) in a timely professional way. The workmen were a good team and both the management and the workers listened to our needs and worked with us. We did not have to wait long for the work to begin and the project was done in a few days with only one delay. We are pleased with how it looks and would recommend Build Rite whenever possible.

Extremely pleased with Build Rite. The quality of work done was consistently top notch. Steve used subcontractors who were knowledgeable, skilled, and competent in their respective trades. They had an old school work ethic (often long days, some Saturdays), good work habits, and emphasized getting the job done right rather than doing it fast. Their pride in their work was evident. My wife and I worked with Build Rite construction over the course of 2018 to build a new constriction on Harbor Shores Golf course in South West Michigan. The craftsmanship of the home was exceptional, including the attention to detail on the finishes. They did custom built-in woodwork throughout the house (entryway, hallway, and master, as well as a pergola off the back patio). The final product is something we're thrilled with and proud to be owners of. Highly recommend the Build Rite team.
