I love my new kitchen! I got multiple quotes from other contractors and they were all way high and didn’t include things I wanted. I walked into Bull Run Kitchen and Bath and had the best experience. The quote was low enough that I was able to add several upgrades I wanted. Sana was my project manager. He was awesome at communicating with me. I knew what to expect and I knew what he needed from me. Orlando did most of the work. He helped me figure out all the little details, like the locations of my recessed lights. I had total confidence in him. Ronald also did great work when Orlando wasn’t available. Three weeks from start of demolition of my old kitchen to having a functional kitchen with water, lights, appliances, etc. One contractor had quoted me 8 weeks! The best part was how easy it has been to get the little things fixed. No hassles, no delays, just “I want you to love your new kitchen!” Truly, I’m so happy with the whole experience. My kitchen is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath completed two bathroom renovations in my home. They did an excellent job. The designer, Salih Coskun, went above and beyond from start to finish. In many ways he served as the project manager, never overlooking any detail. I am very grateful for his dedication and creative eye. The workers were wonderful. They did exacting work and the results were fabulous. The weakest link was the actual project manager, Murat, who did not do a good job of planning when to order supplies or scheduling which resulted in the project taking much too long to finish. The results, however, compensated for the process. Everyone who has seen the bathrooms has raved about them. They are truly gorgeous.

My wife and I had very positive experience with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We wanted a remake for our Master Bedroom bathroom. From the beginning of planning and selection of materials we were involved with every phase of the project. The staff and Project Manager were open to our suggestions that ended with a very functional and beautiful bathroom.

We've lived in our home for almost 37 years. Today Grover from Bull Run KB finished the remodel of our tiny master bath, which was completely redone, and now has a beautiful tiled shower, including safety features lacking in our old bathtub/shower. We first met Hakan Boke in 2016, when Bull Run K&B remodeled both our hall bath and our laundry room/1/2 bath. As before, this time around, Hakan met with us at our home to see the space, and as usual, his design expertise and experience was extremely helpful in explaining what was feasible and the type of materials he recommended. Hakan then met with us again in the showroom. The marble tile samples he showed us were spot-on, and we were pleased with his recommendations. Hakan wants his customers to save money where possible, so we were able to shop for the cabinets and commode we wanted at a home improvement store that provides a military discount. The contract also included necessary items such as building materials and fixtures to be provided by Bull Run K&B. Once the project commenced, it took Grover a total of 11 workdays from start to finish to complete our small master bathroom remodel. Most houses built in the 1970s have bathrooms the size of closets, so Grover, with assistance from his sister Pilar, performed all the demo, carpentry, tiling, etc., reporting to Marshad who checked in daily as project supervisor. Marshad kept the communications lines open and provided critical support as needed, such as providing advice on issues that arose, rounding up a part and dropping it off, or arranging for trash pickup, to keep the work flowing smoothly. We are extremely pleased with the results, and want to thank Hakan and Marshad for their oversight and support, and most especially, we are grateful to Grover and Pilar for the wonderful service, excellent workmanship, and attention to every little detail. We could not be happier with the results, and highly recommend Bull Run K&B for your next project.

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath did a nice job renovating my master bath, guest bath, and powder room. The master bath was more of a remodel-removing the bathtub and expanding the shower which they executed very well. Overall, the process went smoothly and the team worked with me on some minor changes that came up. I’m quite satisfied with the outcome of all bathrooms. I think there should have meet closer oversight of their sub-contractors in terms of ensuring they show up when promised and also in terms of attention to detail - the crew was great on the big structural stuff but got sloppy at times in terms of attention to the details. I would recommend them.

We LOVE our new master bathroom! The design was far more creative than the competition and it shows. As for the detailed "choose everything" phase of the project planning it could not have gone better. No haggling over pricing of different finishes or items, we just ran through everything in one marathon session in their showroom. Once work began, we fell in love with the hard working, dedicated tradesman who performed all of the work. No outsourcing of plumbing or electrical, all done in house. The Project Manager could not have been more pleasant or polite. We would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Bullrun renovated our two bathrooms simultaneously in our condo (Arlington). Sana was our project manager, and Willie and his brother William were our contractors. We are so very pleased with the work performed by Willie and William, along with the responsiveness, willingness and teamworking of Sana, Charlie, Willie and William. We had our 3rd bathroom remodeled with Bull Run. Even though the 1st 2 were about 6 months ago we worked with the same team. The designer, Saleh, came over to take measurements and even managed to fit in a pocket door for us. His feedback is really good and even though we make the final decision, he provides good alternatives. Sana, the project manager was again very efficient to work with. A great communicator, he kept us informed of progress, any issues that came up (old House) and ensured every thing went on time. Wilson, the on site construction lead, was always on time, kept everything neat and tidy and was very helpful. Another great job done and I would highly recommend them for their ideas, timeliness, efficiency and ability to work with clients.

They did two project at my house. One half bathroom and one full. Working with Bilal was a pleasure. He was on top of everything that needed to be done. Would highly recommend anyone work with them if they want a stress free project to get completed.

We had our kitchen remodeled. We worked with Matt at Bull Run Kitchen & Bath and could not be happier with the process and the results. I love the new look in my kitchen! Bull Run Kitchen & Bath coordinated everything, and the end result was worth the time, money, dust, and disruption of the project. We replaced all cabinets, moved a couple appliances to new locations that made more sense for us, and added a window over the sink. When met with a couple situations with missing or incorrect materials, BRK&B were eager to get things right, and the working crews who were on site (Orlando and Ronaldo) did a great job. I am so impressed with the workmanship and quality done by Bull Run Kitchen and Bath, Manassas, VA to my hallway bathroom and master bathroom renovation in December 2023 to February 2024. Their work is exquisite and their attention to detail is second to none. The team was led by the Designer Matt and assisted by Bilal Duscaniu, Richard, Johnny, Jamie, Abe, and others. Everyone on the team is very professional, highly skilled, helpful, and polite, and the supply materials they use are top-notch quality. Their price quote is very reasonable. They vacuum and clean up the place at the end of each day. Matt worked after his office hours to listen to the customer’s preference so he can prepare the contract. Despite being the youngest in the team, Bilal is very responsible and mature. He goes beyond his duties and responsibilities and is very responsive to accommodate my requests and makes his clients happy and satisfied. Richard is Jack of all Trades. He is a carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, and one of the demolition crew. He is like a magician. If something is not right, he can fix it and make it look great again. Johnny is very nice and does a great job in painting and assisting Richard with demolition and carpentry. Abe and Jamie are highly skilled tilers. They were able to replace the damaged tiles without you noticing that it was even replaced. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath, Manassas, VA far exceeded my expectation. I absolutely love the transformation of my two bathrooms into luxury bathrooms. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again for my powder room, kitchen, and basement remodeling.

Sana and his crew, lead by Orlando were outstanding. I challenged Sana to give me a kitchen by Thanksgiving and he delivered. Tracey, the salesperson told us to wait for Sana, and Tracey was right. Sana was on time, very responsive and very willing to discuss the remodeling process. The team raised support beams, knocked down walls, laid new floors, installed the island, the lights and the plumbing with ease. I would definitely use them again after we save money for the bathrooms! Five stars!

We hired Bull Run Kitchen & Bath to renovate our entire home. We are happy with the design and quality of work. They provided advice during the design process that helped make the space more functional and reduce costs. The squeaky floors and stairs are now silent. The room that was always cold is now comfortably warm. The small, dark rooms are now open and filled with sunlight. We would describe the workers as artists. Bill Run recently completed a major home renovation project, completely refiguring and reconstructing our dining room/kitchen, and installing cabinets and lighting in a small adjoining den. Bull Run Kitchen and Bath exceeded our expectations. Salih helped design and Sana executed the vision. Ronaldo and Orlando were such a pleasure to work with as the dual foreman. We renovated our kitchen with new countertops, backsplash, chimney vent and appliances. We also added a Butler’s pantry and renovated our Family Room fireplace to match the kitchen. All the projects were completed with precision and attention to detail. The final punch list “touch up” day by Ronaldo was outstanding. His drywall and tile work is like “magic” and he proactively found and touched up small areas we didn’t find. They professionally installed all the appliances, lights (w/dimmers), sink and disposal. We couldn’t be more happy with the results. They were on time and under budget. If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be daily communication about follow-on day/time of work. There were a couple of days when no work occurred which was normal business, but we did not know in advance. We recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We will use them again to renovate a bathroom in the future. We used a different contractor to paint the cabinets and highly recommend them as well (The Cabinet Coaters).

Working with Salih and Sana ( project manager) eliminated stress when doing the bathroom renovation. They were able to transform a builder grade bathroom to a bathroom that is beautiful, spacious and functional. The work by Richard (lead technician) and tile team, showed their skill and knowledge on transitioning bathroom to it current configuration. At the end of each day, they cleaned up and left the apartment in a livable condition. I would utilize Bull Run Kitchen and Bath in the future.

My wife and I bought a relatively new house 15 years ago. Even though we loved the house we always hated the kitchen. It was outdated, small, cramped. The cabinets didn't have enough storage, the counter tops were old fashioned and our work space was just not working for us. But we never gathered the courage to embark on a renovation project because we heard horror stories from our friends about their experience with contractors who did shabby work, didn't finish on time or rapidly exceeded the budget. But this year we took the plunge with Bull Run Kitchen, when a friend recommended Hakan and Sana from Bull Run. We have had an absolutely amazing experience, and are TOTALLY loving the new kitchen we have today. Its a dream come true. The first thing that struck us was when Hakan came to our old kitchen and suggested a brilliant and very creative way to expand our space to accommodate a large center island that we really wanted without having to do major reconstruction. He spent hours with us helping us fine tune all minor details of the design before we started, from selecting the right colors, cabinets, door knobs and lights. The job was a bathroom update. The team did an excellent job. They are very professional, highly skilled, hardworking and considerate to a fault. They completed job sooner than expected and were accommodating to issues we raised.

Wilson and Mario did beautiful work. We were so happy with them. They not only worked quickly and efficiently, they protected the rest of our home with great thoughtfulness. Sana and team are excellent. They pay attention to every detail, and follow up on it. The design team worked with us and went way out of their way to find what we were looking for and turn it all into a holistic plan. Those who do the work have a stunning attention to detail, with creative solutions to every challenging issue. I would try show you how they did custom work to make things seamless, but you'd have a hard time seeing it. They made new work blend with the original so that it just disappeared. The woodwork is a work of art, down to hand recreating a "knot" in a wood beam that looks like it was part of the tree. Also, they simply do not forget what you say. They write it down, follow up, return calls, show up on time, and help often even outside the scope of the project if they can. They are a step above. Plus, they're nice, pleasant. and cheerfully serving.

Sana our project manager is extremely organized and kept us up to date on the progress of our remodel. Orlando, Rolando and the rest of their crew were amazing. We have used Bull Run Kitchen and Bath for five projects- two full baths, one half bath, an pantry, and our family room (mantle renovation, shelving and cabinets, and a dry bar). Hakan, the owner and our designer is always respectful of our vision and budget. He goes above and beyond in his designs. Sana is a fantastic project manager and we have had great success with Rashid and John, as well. Ervin and his team did our bathrooms. That team was unavailable this time. Hakan told us he would not hesitate to use any of his teams in his own home. We were very pleased with Orlando and Reynaldo’s work. No project is without its snafus. When we had an issue, the entire team worked over time to resolve our problems. We looked other vendors for all of our projects. In each instance, their prices were ridiculous and their designs unworkable or boring and bland. We would not hesitate to use Bull Run for any future projects.

I was extremely impressed by the quality and thoroughness of the work that Bull Run Kitchens and Baths used in the remodeling of my bathroom and closets. The crew leader, Edwin, always had my back to make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. Sana and Rashid were always making sure that the tile and trim were the ones I wanted. This is the first time ever that I have recommended a contractor (out of 4 contractors) and I highly recommend that you use them for your project.

Sana and Orlando / team were great to work with. Very responsive to questions and messages, and attentive to all details as they came up. They also do not nickel and dime on needed changes (regardless of any specific party fault), which was greatly appreciated. If something was wrong they just worked with us to address the issue. They made a complete kitchen remodel a pleasant experience! They were helpful with the design and planning process. They kept to their schedule very well and all the workers were great. It was an extensive remodel with moving plumbing, electrical and a window and everything was done beautifully. We have used Bull Run for kitchen and bath renovations in 2019 & 2023. Never have I experienced such professional and detailed workmanship and attention to my requests and questions. Sana as the PM stayed in touch to follow the work progress and any issues that could come up. Wilson was here as promised or called otherwise. His is a perfectionist in his work and truly a gentlemen, respectful always. They always clean the work area nicely after the days work. My neighbors now use them also. The best!!

You definitely get what you pay for. Bull Run's quality and service is top notch. Tracey helped us turn our many crazy ideas into a cohesive plan that flowed and make our bathroom our own. He explained all of our options patiently and walked us through the whole process. Sana was a wonderful project manager. He made sure we understood and were comfortable with everything. He was extremely responsive and vigilantly ran down anything we weren't 100% happy with. When unexpected hurdles popped up (which will always happen with a remodel), he worked with us to find solutions that fit our vision and budget, again making absolutely certain we were happy. He honestly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our investment. Lastly Edwin and his crew were masters. They moved so quickly, but carefully to ensure everything fit and looked the way we wanted. When some things we ordered didn't fit exactly right, he always had a clever way to make it work and could explain it so we were comfortable with it. He knew exactly when to pause and make sure we signed off on each step of the process. Overall, we're so happy with our new bathroom. It makes us say wow every time we use it.

Our experience w/ Bull Run Kitchen and Bath started by us walking in to their showroom in Manassas. We were greeted by Salih who had some time before his next appointment was to arrive. We had some existing conditions that presented a challenge so the demo was done to allow discovery and come up with a plan. Once the plan was made, the challenge was overcome. Thru out the entire project Sana made sure Orlando's crew had what they needed to keep the job moving. From start to finish we are very satisfied and recommend Bull Run Kitchen & Baths ~!

BRKB just did our second bathroom. Our insurance fought to use a different contractor, but we stuck with Bull Run because we knew they did good work. They finished our second bathroom quickly and well, working very long days to get it done. Thanks guys.

This is the SECOND bath remodel I have had done by Team Sana & Grover in less than a year. I am very particular and can honestly say I had no trouble letting go of the reins and letting Grover do his thing. As with my last remodel (master bathroom), Grover worked meticulously and efficiently. I would highly recommend him, so much so that I have asked that he and Sana do my kitchen remodel which is coming up.

From design to demo and total kitchen remodel in our 100 year old historic home, the process was seamless. With Plaster & Lathe walls and many other challenges in an old house the project was not easy! Our Project Manager, Sana, was immediately responsive to any questions throughout, ensuring we were 100% satisfied. The amazing, highly skilled construction team lead by Ruben custom created moldings, trim, copper plumbing and base flooring to update the kitchen to code and modern convenience, yet keeping true to the old esthetic of the house. Everything from the flooring, custom cabinets, custom trim, backsplash, appliance installation to the electrical & plumbing work was exceptional. We have done a lot of renovating lately. Bull Run K & B is by far the best company we’ve worked with. It was a treat working through the design phase with Hakan. Sana was amazingly responsive to our text messages or email any time we had a concern or wanted to do something a little different from our original plan. Cesar, Miguel, and Ernesto instantly felt like friends in our home. Once we saw the level of expertise and attention to detail they demonstrated, we added on several other projects. Now that we are finished, we are going to miss not only coming home each day to see the progress on our home, but we’ll also miss seeing the guys. After this experience, we know for sure who will be doing any future work for us.

We are very pleased with our new kitchen! Charlie was very transparent during the bidding process and we decided to go with him over another contractor because he could figure out a way to make our ideal kitchen possible. Price-wise, the estimate was in the middle of the other bids we received. During the design process, Charlie was the perfect balance between encouraging our input and making suggestions. When we deferred to his judgment, the outcomes were IMPECCABLE. Very happy that we went with his recommendations on the counter, cabinet handles, and backslash in particular. The actual building process was difficult, as expected -- who wants to empty out their kitchen for a few weeks? But the contracting team was flexible and worked quickly. We worked and communicated with John, the project manager, who was especially responsive and worked around some scheduling issues. He explained the process well and (correctly) assured us about any concerns. John was also our quality check guy and I wasnt worried with him running the show. Overall, our new kitchen is GORGEOUS.

Excellent work, our kitchen looks amazing and it was all thanks to the advice from Charlie at Bull Run. Installation was a multiweek process, but John helped us coordinate it and was able to move some dates around when we were away or had important meetings at home to limit background noise. Very flexible schedule and great build quality.

Such a wonderful bathroom remodel. The entire crew at Bull Run was professional and responsive (Sam the project manager and Grover the master re model!) were wonderful. We went with them because they answered our questions and were transparent through the entire transaction-contract signing to finish. Unlike some of the other contractors we spoke with. If I could give more stars, I would. Our Project manager, Sana, kept us informed on everything that was happening from beginning to end. He is considerate, professional, patient, and knowledgeable. We've already decided that he will be the one we ask for for our next project. Carlos and his brother did the actual work on the bathroom. We are thrilled with the final product. They were respectful, considerate, and patient with all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left everything in good order. They will also be the ones we ask for to do the next project. We've worked with many people on different projects around the house and this team is by far the best.

I had a great time working with Charlie, John and the crew. The whole process was very well planned out, I was able to convey my ideas and feedback to the team throughout without issues. I remodeled the whole bathroom, completely changed the style, and made it more modern and spa like. Charlie worked with me to design something that's beautiful and functional. I really am impressed and happy with how it turned out.

Our renovation project with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath included (1) replacing kitchen backsplash tile, (2) remodel of two full baths, and (3) remodel of a laundry center/butler pantry. Now that the project is done, we are very pleased with the result. The project was not without issues along the way. The primary issues we experienced during the project included (1) the project taking much longer than planned, (2) the detail during the design process was lacking, (3) the cabinet fabricator was late to deliver and made multiple errors, (4) and the glass shower enclosure fabrication took a few attempts to get it right. The positive aspects included (1) the assigned project manager (Sana) remained connected and attentive, ensuring any and all errors were handled promptly and professionally, and (2) the onsite technician (Grover) was a true professional and extremely skilled at his craft - which included nearly all the trades. Each day he insisted we review the past day's work ensuring we were satisfied with everything he completed. And if not, he gladly corrected anything identified. My "5" star rating is a reflection of the company's commitment to ensure the project was done right and that we were satisfied. I would not be opposed to hiring them again, but I would take my lessons learned from this project to tighten things up in the next. Most notably would be the detail and documentation in the early design process.

We are very HAPPY we chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to do our bathroom renovation! Tracy was our designer and listened to everything we wanted to do. Sana was our general manager. He was communicative, very responsive and made sure everything ran smoothly during the renovation. Carlos and his team were AMAZING. It was a genuine pleasure to have Bull Run Kitchen and Bath perform a partial master bathroom renovation for us! The scope of our project included demolition of an existing framed shower and original bathroom tile, installation of a frameless shower with niches, retiled the master bathroom and updated the bathtub and shower fixtures. Their service and expertise were exceptional in all areas! From the salesman, Troy, to the project manager, Rashid, to the master tile craftsman, Edwin, the entire project was executed with great care and skilled expertise in our estimation! Furthermore, it is a delight to comment that every member of the renovation team was courteous and respectful while they performed their work. As two people having asthma, we especially appreciated the daily cleanliness of the site with careful attention in providing plastic drapes, and coverings on the carpeted and wooden floors where they had to walk. Each member of the crew was diligent to vacuum at the end of the work day which helped to keep the work site as dust free as possible. Rashid, our project manager, was especially attentive to every detail of the project! We felt he listened, addressed, and incorporated our ideas and/or concerns with promptness! Our expanded project was replacing a 20 year old kitchen with a new commercial design, including hardwood flooring and new paint throughout our second floor. The redesign was during the pandemic, and started soon thereafter, the project became problematic at times; in most part, because of post-pandemic supply chain issues with appliances, cabinets, and milling issues with the oak floors. Despite uncontrollable issues with materials, our BR project manager, Sana, was exceptional in his response at every turn. He worked through the problems with us and moved the renovations along.cWe have had work done on the many homes I have owned. The craftsman sent to do this job, Antonio and Rosalio, were, in our opinion, are the best in the business. The results were exceptional. BR is most deserving of a 5 star rating on this project.

Master bathroom remodeling, overall, we were extremely satisfied with the work performed. The quality of the workmanship completed by Bull Run was excellent. The project manager Mr. Samadi, was present to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. He always went the extra mile. The cost was comparable to the quotes received from other companies. I have now used Bull Run for several projects - my master bath and most recently replacing all of my hardwoods and a new kitchen. I have been very happy with the work they have done. Grover is simply the best - he treats your home with the utmost care. And Sana stayed on top of the multiple deliveries. Most recently I found a chip in one of the cabinets and they worked with the cabinet company to get it replaced under the warranty I had.

My wife and I are very happy with our experience with Bull Run Kitchen Bath & Design. Our kitchen was not functional and all appliances, electrical and lighting were obsolete for this day and age. Exceptional experience from start to finish with Bull Run Kitchen and Bath. We love our new bathroom! Our bathroom project was a major renovation for us as it started as a nice-sized master bathroom in our almost 30-year-old home but after removing two closets which involved moving plumbing and electrical we now have a stunning luxurious spa oasis due to the creativity and hard work of the team. We started with Troy our designer, whose creativity and obvious love for his job transformed our general thoughts into a beautiful design which was beyond anything we had imagined. He was an absolute joy each time we spoke with him. He had wonderful ideas and it was obvious that he really cared about making this space perfect for us. Sana our project manager was wonderful and a pleasure. I was nervous with a project this large and disruptive in a home that we are living in but he alleviated the concerns by ensuring that all the numerous materials arrived as needed and that the on-site team was available as required. He was impressive and hardworking throughout the project, but was most impressive at the end of the project ensuring that all the little items were finalized and that we were happy with everything. We found this very refreshing compared to our perception of home contractors as he never made us feel like anything we asked for was unreasonable and often said that they just want to make you sure we were pleased. I believe this attitude toward customer satisfaction really puts Bull Run Kitchen and Bath above the others as we never felt nickeled and dimed over the little things that really do make us happy. The price we agreed to was the price that we paid, no surprises. Our on-site project coordinator, Carlos was phenomenally impressive as he personally had the knowledge to demolish the original bathroom, manage the plumbing and electrical (this was a big deal), design tile layout for the huge shower, paint the room and install the cabinets, fixtures and smart toilet. He managed his crew very well and was always respectful to our property. He checked in with us daily to make sure he was addressing our preferences as the project progressed. When we were uncertain he offered suggestions. His suggestions always enhanced the overall project. When I think of Carlos, I think “wow” how can someone know so much about so many of the trades and perform each task so perfectly. Carlos and the crew worked long very hard days and they were always cheerful and pleasant which we thought was very important since they were in our home for 4 straight weeks while we were living in the house. The bottom-line is that our bathroom is so much more than we expected. We happily enjoy it every day. The experience was so wonderful, that we have started planning our next few renovation projects and would be more than thrilled to work with Troy, Sana and Carlos in the future. We were introduced to our crew for the job,who was run by Carlos. We are very pleased with our new bathroom, it looks beautiful, and functions great. There were a few communication issues in the beginning with the “design” process, mostly about the layout of the tile, I wish we would’ve received an actual design proof, which we thought we were going to get. The showroom offers nice, quality items to choose from. The work done was professional and they cleaned up everyday before they left for the day. They were careful and respectful to the rest of my home and property, which was important to me. The quality of tile that we chose from the showroom (Florida Tile) is excellent! A special thank you to Richard, he takes pride in his work with great attention to detail. The tile crew did great work, but the niche was put in a bit high and it was too late before we knew about it. It hasn’t really been an issue, I just put my husband’s cleansers on the higher shelf since he’s taller. Overall, good company, great work, and beautiful result. The final product is what we wanted and we love our new bathroom! 4/5

My wife and I are very excited to tell you how happy we are with the kitchen and bathroom renovation performed by Bull Run Kitchens and Bath. From the initial consult with the designer Tracy, to the project manager Sana, and the contractor Willy, we were extremely pleased with the entire process. Everyone involved went above and beyond with their work. We both appreciate the level of professionalism, dedication, and speed in which the job was handled from its beginning through its completion. Willy was very meticulous in how he executed his daily work plan and maintained a clean work area at the end of each day. If a problem surfaced, he was quick to notify us with the issue and always had a reasonable solution. We were also impressed with the fact that Willy was there everyday from the start to the finish. Not having to worry about multiply contractors going in and out during the construction was a big relief. Once the project was finished and the final walk was completed, we were very pleased with the overall outcome. Bull Run provided a 3-year guarantee on workman ship which we have had to call them back for a couple of very minor issues and I’m very pleased to say that Willy has been quick to respond and provide the repairs. We will definitely use them again on future projects and have no problem referring them to anyone we know who is looking for a contractor!

We went with Bull Run Kitchen & Bath and Edwin was our contractor he did a marvelous job. He worked very well with us, and made sure that his workers like Oscar did what they needed to do to make the job successful. Oscar was also wonderful to work with. And it was such a pleasure to work with Edwin and we felt very comfortable All of our needs were met with this remodel. He worked on 7+ rooms which we had family and friends complement us after the remodel. I would recommend & work with Edwin again & I am so Blessed that he was our contractor. What we had done was the kitchen, master bathroom, kids bathroom, main floor bathroom removed & remodeled. We had new flooring put in all of those rooms and new flooring put in our guest bathroom, laundry room, and heated flooring on our main floor. We got new carpeting for the main floor, & the staircase was torn out, and re-done. Lighting and electrical were also redone. We had a very complicated stove installation with a new vent added outside. The pantry’s old shelves were torn out & he installed new painted shelves.

We were happy with the renovations of our 2 bathrooms, 11 months apart. The crew was competent and professional. The project manager was courteous. The first bathroom, which is a master, resulted brilliantly and we were extremely pleased. The second bathroom needed some corrections with the tiles around the bathtub and a fixture, and the team was quick to make them right. We would suggest conduct QC more often to avoid costly rework that would also require more time to complete the project. All in all, good products!!!

We began by meeting Troy at Manassas showroom. He was great and made us feel at ease and confident from the very beginning. We quickly progressed from ideas to suggestions to visit from Troy to 3D rendering of our future kitchen to check and measure by Sana our project manager who assured us of all our concerns and fulfillment date On selected date,Orlando and Ronald began our project as professional and courteous as could be. They took time to answer all our questions and asked for our input when needed We were very impressed and happy with our finished kitchen and will be working with Bullrun in the near future for bathroom remodel

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath from the beginning were by far the easiest to work with and the quality of their work is amazing. The front office communicated with me every step of the way, and John who worked on our house was on time every day he was scheduled to be there and was mindful of the other areas not being worked on by minimizing dust in other areas. John's craftsmanship and hard work on our kitchen were miles above what I expected. They made sure to pay attention to details and ask questions to incorporate my vision along the way. I will be sure to use them again in the future.

The work that Orlando and Ronald did for our kitchen was suberb, 6/5. They were professional and listened to any concerns we had during the construction. They even went above and beyond by working on the day of Christmas eve to ensure we had a functioning kitchen for the holidays. I can't recommend these two enough. However, we did have an issue with our the designer. They failed to record down several of our requests for the kitchen. This included the removal of a bulkhead with appropriately sized upper cabinets, the appropriate style doors for the laundry room, and the correct selection of backsplash and tile. All of these issues were not caught in time, sans backsplash. When we brought up the lack of bulkhead removal and the incorrect cabinets we were told we'd need to foot the bill for the taller cabinets. After this we requested a new statement of from our designer that listed the correct work items. They sent us a 'corrected' version filled with mistakes (like a remodel for a basement bathroom when our home only has a crawlspace). We mentioned that this new document contained several errors, but never heard a response back. In addition to this finding and shipping the appropriate tile delayed our remodel a week. Overall the communication with our designer was awful, and we did not feel heard.

We just had our master bathroom redone by Bullrun Kitchen and Bath (BRK&B). It is the last upgrade we are doing to our house and is by far the best. The original had a rather flimsy stall drop-in stall shower, an awkwardly oversized jacuzzi tub, inconveniently placed cabinets and sinks, and slick off-white tile floor. On our own, we selected a textured tile type that suited our taste. Working with BRK&B's owner, Hakan, we came up with a design that incorporated our tile, and reflected our overall desires. Willie Rojas was the principal craftsman, sometimes assisted by his wife. Over the weeks of work, we got to know Willie, who is a delightful man. His skills are remarkable: he built his own house here in Virginia, no small feat. And he did every bit of the plumbing, electrical, carpentry, lighting, tile work, and cabinet installation for our bathroom. Only the quartz countertop and glass for the walk-in shower were done by other vendors from BRK&B's remarkable vendor network. The tile work was extensive, and intricate. It included not only the floors, but the entire wall space of the shower. The walls include two diamond patterns broken by a decorative strip, among many other features. Willie's craftsmanship was just impeccable: he has the eye of an artist, and the skill of a master. The unseen parts - electrical and plumbing - were done every bit as skillfully. Electrical was major: we had a heated floor installed, along with new lighting circuitry, new overhead lighting and exhaust fans, and a completely new jacuzzi tub. The carpentry required was extensive: moving walls, resizing the main door (with all that entails), replacing large swaths of ceiling, and building in a wall in the shower. Willie worked tirelessly and was always cheerful and a delight to have around. He is dependable, honest, and has a work ethic that I haven't seen in a long time. Our project manager, Sana, kept things running smoothly in the background, and was good at communicating with us - not too much, but not too little. Hakan, BRK&B's owner, has built a very robust business, and knows how to take care of his customers. He's a lot of fun to talk with, as well. My wife and I have dealt with a lot of contractors over many years, and not just for work on home improvement or repair: we both worked in procuring strategic weapon systems for the United States. Every program has its bumps, and every contractor stumbles occasionally. The quality of a contractor is judged by his or her response to a stumble. Hakan always personally responded to any concern we expressed, immediately and effectively. I admire him as an entrepreneur and a person. We went through a source selection process before choosing BRK&B and will never regret our choice. If you choose BRK&B, I strongly recommend requesting Willie Rojas to do the work, and Sana as a program manager. You will not be disappointed.

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath renovated our guest bathroom and we are so pleased with the result. Although this was a very small job, Bull Run provided white glove treatment all the way through. Ramin and Sana were extremely responsive project managers and I appreciate Salih's assistance in finding the right design and materials. Douglas, the lead contractor, did excellent work and addressed any issues promptly. The time frame from demo to near completion was incredibly quick - Douglas's team was amazing too. Unfortunately, there were repeated issues with the shower door glass (vendor issue, not Bull Run) so final completion was delayed a bit, but Bull Run ensured we were fully satisfied and kept us up to date throughout. Thanks Bull Run for a great experience!

My wife and I are very happy with the work done by Bull Run K and B. The designer, Tracy, listened to what my wife and I wanted and used a 3D modeling program to show us what out bathrooms would like. He used his experience to make recommendations, many of which we incorporated. Ramin and Carlos were an outstanding team as project manager and team lead. They maintained excellent communication to keep things moving. Whoever Carlos has about how we wanted to do something he advised me of the options and said which ones he though would look the best and be the most functional. Additionally, Carlos and his team was very good with making sure our pets stayed inside the house, we have had issues with other contractors where our dog got out and ran around the neighbor’s yard.

We had our shower enlarged and new vanity installed in the master bathroom. The work is great. The completed job is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the overall end result of our kitchen renovation project from Bull Run Kitchen & Bath. We would rate the overall quality and craftsmanship of Bull Run at 5 stars. In addition to their skilled craftsmanship, Bull Run K&B was also very amenable and flexible in customizing our contract before and during installation to accommodate additional modifications requested by the homeowner. However, we encountered a number of challenges and frustrations with their execution of the project, with lackluster performance in the areas of communications and installation. Our rating for these two areas is 2.5 stars respectively, and our overall satisfaction rating for Bull Run is 3.75 stars. First, let’s address two examples of communication mishaps by Bull Run. On the very first day of the project, we came home to a fully demolished kitchen, and no one told us beforehand that this activity was happening, leaving us to make unplanned dinner arrangements given we had no appliances. We did set-up a group text chat to ensure timely communications on activities, but Bull Run did not always provide timely updates into the activities. Another mishap on communications involved the lack of advance notice to make paint color, countertop, and backsplash selections. In each instance, we were provided extremely short notice to make these final design decisions. Specifically, we were notified on a Friday and were given that one immediate weekend to make final selections before the Monday that followed. Everything worked out in the end, but the lack of advance notice on Bull Run’s part caused us to make rush decisions. Our perspective is homeowners should be afforded more advance notice when it comes to making decisions of this nature. Installation was another area where we encountered challenges and frustrations with Bull Run. First, in prep for the painting portion of the project, Bull Run lost several pieces of our blinds accessories and hardware and inadvertently trashed some pieces. The accessories/hardware had to be ordered and replaced by Bull Run. As for another example, the installation crew exhibited carelessness around our house by dropping items, moving items haphazardly, and not regularly using protection coverings for the floor, cabinets, and countertop. This resulted in either damaged property or widespread dirt and dust on newly installed furnishings. Another example of carelessness and rushing the job came from the hardwood floor guy that Bull Run outsourced. Sometime during the hardwood floor installation, the crew placed various objects, cut wood, debris, and trash onto our fireplace floor resulting in the pilot light button getting hit and going out. We applaud Bull Run for ultimately addressing all of the aforementioned issues and delivering an excellent high-quality product in the end. We absolutely love our kitchen renovation, but we would be negligent if we didn’t mention the challenges.

I had Bull Run Kitchen and Bath remodel my kitchen. It turned out good, but the hinges the company used had a single screw holding them in and after a year, most needed to be replaced. I figured since they did a good job with the kitchen, I hired them to do two bathrooms, recarpet the stairs, stain and paint the stair railings as well as some other custom remodel repairs. I was told the entire project would take about 2 weeks. They barely got half the project done in the last 3 years. I had to order the cabinets not once, but twice because they didn't have any record of ordering them the first time. I've checked back a few times and they claim they still haven't gotten them. I waited a year and finally did the work myself. I'm disabled and used to do all repairs / construction at home myself. I just thought that I would have someone else do the work this time. Never again, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Please note: This project was never completed, not May 2022 which cannot be changed

The company impressed us from the initial consult to the day of completion. The designer had a solid knowledge of the products available and made good suggestions to solve some of the problems of our old kitchen layout. He masterfully crafted and executed the project plan while keeping us engaged. We completely redid our kitchen with new cabinets, flooring, appliances, countertops, backsplash, and painting. Through all this the kitchen was not available to us for less than 3-weeks. He patiently listened to every need of ours and ensured we were heard. This was our first experience with a remodel. Our dark 31 year old kitchen has been transformed into a light and contemporary cooking haven. We have so much storage now! Work also included beautiful glass tile backsplash, manufactured quartz countertops, and adding a kitchen island with drawers and electrical outlets. We did a full kitchen reno with Bull Run, and I highly recommend them! The estimated completion time was 28 days, but in reality I think they were only in my house for 14!! We also had our entire first flooring redone, and they did amazing. When there was an issue with supplies, they went to bat for us with the manufacturer. The entire project was done well and done right. Orlando and his team were respectful and gracious, as we dealt with 2 adults working from home and 2 kids doing virtual school during the whole project.

It was a very successful project. Now, my apartment feels aired, comfortable and beautiful! Thanks to Charlie, who as a Designer and Project Manager for GBC, took over the needed remodeling works. Ashburn, VA. This was a major project which included a full to the studs bathroom remodel, moving plumbing, expanding a shower, changing a layout, adding a pocket door, and other massive changes. In addition, the powder room remodel included replacing the entire entryway flooring and custom designing a cabinet to take advantage of the awkward shape of the powder room. This project cost was approximately $40,000. Hakan is a fantastic designer who is able to offer many fantastic design ideas and material recommendations. Sam the project manager was great. He was flexible about scheduling and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy. Hakan and Sam were extremely flexible with changes including material changes, design updates, and other adjustments. In addition, Sam went out of his way to make sure the project was completed to our satisfaction by taking extra time and putting in extra work to make sure that floor transitions between remodeled areas and other areas were smooth/logical and to make sure finishes such as door types and hardware matched. Edwin did high quality work and he was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work was done right. Edwin is extremely skilled in construction and in completing projects. Also he tends to have solutions to common issues and problems. RE COVID- Bull Run, Hakan, Sam, Edwin + the work team all took COVID seriously. They were flexible about schedules, wore masks, and gloves, and were proactive to avoid/minimize risk. For example- one day one worker felt ill. Sam called me right away, cancelled the work for a few days, got everyone tested, and kept me updated with the situation. This put me at ease that Bull Run was doing the right thing, taking care of their people, and taking steps to protect my family.

We were very pleased with BullRun's services, start to finish. Hakan, our designer/engineer, had great suggestions. We decided to go with a remodel vs. a renovation. Hakan was very willing to work with us, even when we didn't go for the more expensive renovation. I can not say the same for other companies who bid on our projects. Sana was our project manager and Ervin lead the remodel team. Both were prompt and courteous and always available for questions. Though dust is always to be expected, Ervin and his team went out of their way to keep the mess to a minimum. Our projects were finished in two weeks, which was two to four weeks earlier than expected. We were so pleased with BullRun that we are hiring them to redo two other bathrooms.

For me choosing Bull Run Kitchen and Bath was super simple. My parents have used them for several years so it was a no brainer to choose them when it came time to renovate my own home. My condo renovation was the fifth separate project that Bull Run Kitchen and Bath has done. Everything has been done to the highest quality. From the design process to the shop to the complete gut and renovation of my unit, it’s simply been an amazing transformation! It was excellent. They worked with us in coming up with choices for designs. And then spent considerable time with us going through all the options for cabinets, shower design, bathtub design and tile design. Execution was outstanding. Our kitchen was a challenge since we wanted a bigger feel but no room really to go -- Hakan, Sam and team are amazing - not only did they spend hours going over designs but they responded to every question in a matter of minutes -- the kitchen was completed on time and on budget. Bull Run did a full kitchen remodel for us. The project included demolition, relocating plumbing, new flooring, cabinets and countertops. No project is perfect, but Bull Run did a great job for us and I would highly recommend them for similar projects. We will use them in the future to redo our master bathroom. The only thing I would have done differently is worked on communication - when various stages where going to happen and what the impact to the family would be. Laying the floors and other elements were loud, and with three adults working from home due to Covid, we would have liked to coordinate with Bull Run more closely. We are recent homeowners, and the tracks on our kitchen trash bin cabinet needed to be replaced so I reached out to Bullrun Kitchen & Bath for the repairs. I initially spoke with Hasan who was very helpful and quickly connected me with a Project Manager, Sam, to assist me with the claims process. Sam is kind and very patient, and gave clear instructions on what measurements he needed to expedite the process. Materials were promptly delivered prior to installation. It went great! I contacted Bull Run Kitchen and Bath to let them know that the lights under our kitchen cabinets were not blinking. Orlando came out at no chanrge a year after our warranty expired and replaced the transformer. They didn't have to do that.

We can’t recommend Bull Run Kitchen and Bath highly enough. Our 80s kitchen desperately needed remodeling, but none of the contractors who came to see it and bid impressed us at all. Not true with Bull Run. We first sat with Tracy who created a mockup of our kitchen on the computer, helping us visualize and choose the elements, materials and layout that would optimize our kitchen’s look and utility. Once work began, Bull Run’s crews were friendly, super-professional and highly skilled. They worked tirelessly each day to bring the new kitchen to life and execute the design. I had a specific vision of what I wanted our bathroom to look like and our project manager Sam, was really easy to work with. He had some great suggestions and helped enhance the overall design. We borrowed a lot of room from a secondary bathroom to accommodate a bigger bathroom and he worked with us to balance the usable space between both rooms. Unlike other companies, Sam did not have any issue with me selecting my finishings with outside vendors (including a 1940's bathtub I had resurfaced). The real kudos goes to the construction team - Grover, Alex and Caesar, those guys are magicians! They arrived every day on time and were very respectful of our home. Bull Run K&B did a fantastic job remodeling our kitchen which was original to the house and in much need of modernization. Hakan did a great job with the floor plan to add 30% additional work space with new cabinetry and awesome quartz countertop. We love the beautiful glass tile backsplash which extends from the counter to the ceiling, and surrounds two new gorgeous picture windows. Orlando and his team are highly skilled, punctual, and very kind people. Sam is a very responsive project manager and communicated well with the crew while our project was in flight. Our project was completed on schedule and our family is now enjoying cooking meals and baking bread together!!

I highly suggest getting Hakan and Charlie when hiring Bull Run. I would 10/10 hire them again if I got those two. They were amazing, passionate, professional, and thorough. They conducted walk throughs with me consistently, had no problem coming back through and adjusting things I didn’t like, and they treated me like the customer was always right. Our kitchen remodeling project took longer than usual because it got started right before COVID hit the country, which is obviously no fault of the business. From start to finish Bull Run did an amazing job transforming our kitchen into what we dreamed of and more. I was first intrigued by the excellent and detailed work that they did on a neighbors house. Even more impressed when I heard they completed her remodel ( demolition to end) in about 3 wks. That timing was unheard of with all the other quotes we checked into. (We kept the same general footprint, so no structural changes). Working with Hakan to plan out the design was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable, very accommodating and patiently worked with us to come up with a design that fit our style, needs and budget. It was painless and he really listened to us. He's phenomenal Then we got to work with Sana our awesome project manager who was very available and extremely helpful. Sana checked in regularly both in person and by phone to address any questions we had and to keep us updated at each phase. He made sure and additional items needed arrived on time especially once we chose our backslash tile and that kept things moving smoothly. He kept us abreast of the timeliness and which gave us some flexibility in choosing some of the decorative features like the pendant lights and the backslash tile. Then there was the Amazing Orlando and his super team. Wow!! They did that entire job including demolition, new tile in the kitchen and laundry room, cabinets and lighting and installing a massive island (over 9 ft it has a table at one end) , new pantry, oven hood, painting etc. They worked at a great pace, made sure they got the details done to our expectations. The team was completely focused on our project the entire time so there were no starts & stops or delays. They completed the job in 2 weeks and 2 days!!! We appreciated the times when Orlando or his team offered their expertise on some options we had. Overall a superb experience. We highly recommend Bull Run ( big shout out to Sana and Orlando "the Superman" and their very talented and experienced team). If you want to work with honest, professionals who do high quality work, provide an excellent customer experience and will not only meet but exceed your expectations, Bull Run is the place. Bull Run did a great job on these two projects. I hired them to do my master bath and kitchen renovation in my last house and I knew I wanted to work with them again. This was a larger project for me and they did not disappoint. From the careful design process to make sure the space functions well to the execution - everything went very smooth. Sana, the project manager communicated actively with me throughout the project and paid attention to my wishes/questions and concerns. Juan, who leads the on-site crews can find a solution to almost anything that comes up and also cared about my feedback - I felt like they both genuinely wanted to make everything fit my vision - but still be done with very high standards. For example - I had a vision to use a rustic reclaimed wood in the downstairs kitchenette. I found a look I liked in a color that worked and let Sana know I wanted to use that material. Bullrun Kitchen & Bath were a pleasure to work with from from initial email outreach through to the completion of the project. Everyone I worked with was responsive, answered every question, never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain the process, timing and what I could expect. I began the process working with Hakan and he took the time to come out for measurements, to find out what I was looking for in a new kitchen and how I would be using the new kitchen to make sure what he was designing and delivering met my expectations. Not only did it meet my expectations, but exceeded them. Their showroom has a wide variety of options and Hakan made it easy to select my cabinets, flooring, countertops, back splash and all items I needed for my new kitchen and he then laid everything out for me to see and adapt. For the renovation I had my own team with Sam as a project manager and they took care of every detail. The project was completed on time and on budget. Sam was my guide throughout the project and was always there. The team who handled the demolition and installation went above and beyond to make sure everything was set each day. Their attention to keeping everything organized and clean among so much chaos was very much appreciated. The finished kitchen is better than I imagined and everything I wanted. I could not recommend Hakan, Sam and everyone at Bullrun more highly and if I ever have another project will definitely be going back.

As everything in the last three months interesting. The job took 4 weeks while my wife and I was working and 3 dogs. But it was the best thing we ever did. Orlando our job lead was extremely professional and on time. He and his team went above and beyond their jobs and always very mindful of the PPE and keeping all of us safe. The designer and project mangers were top notch and always checking to make sure every detail is done. I am not a person that does surveys, but my service warrants for me to say. You need remodeling call them they are the best. If I need them again for a bathroom etc. I will call them.

Bull run Kitchen and Baths, these guys were amazing. My wife and I wanted our bathroom remodeled, and we didn't know where to begin. We walked into their showroom and met Matt. He was great. He created a computer-model and helped us pick the tiles, vanity, and even the shower hardware. His crew came into our home and treated it like it was theirs. They paid attention to detail and answered any of our concerns. At the end of their day everything was clean and the trash hauled away.Everything was ready for the next day. I definitity give them a five star rating. we are very happy with the finished product.

Master bathroom was remodeled. The entire team was responsive, cleaned up after themselves, and professional. No project is issue free, and if there was a question, Sana handled it quickly and was very responsive. Juan handled demo and rebuild and did a great job. Edwin's skillful tiling was a work of art.

We love our new bathroom! The main goal of this project was to make it elderly accessible while also giving it a fresh look at a reasonable price. We ended us converting an old tub to a curbless shower with a bench and grab bars for support. Hakan was super helpful in figuring out design decisions as the options were infinite! Sana (our project manager) did a great job at making sure the project was being executed smoothy. And Edwin (& team) was our contractor, who did a phenomenal job from demo all the way to the finishing touches. They also did an add-on project of installing recessed lighting in our living room, which transformed the space. We really appreciated how Edwin and his team were super clean while on the job and never left any mess behind at the end of their work day - a level to which we never experienced with past renovations we've done! After watching Stranger Things, my kid asked if that's what the 80s looked like. I promptly showed him where the phone used to hang on the wall in our kitchen, and that our kitchen was last redone in the 80s after a small kitchen fire. But really, the old cabinets covered half the window, and the old soffets took up space that would have been better used for cabinets. So we connected with Hakan who showed us all sorts of ways we could redo our kitchen and bring it into 2020. The 3d modeling really helped us see what it would eventually look like. From there our main man Sam was our project manager who kept everything on schedule and ensured all the issues and moving parts were on track. Orlando was the crew foreman who was always easy to talk to as he and his folks were actually doing the work. They make it look easy! But I know darn well that 'things' come up. For example, the main water shut-off was leaking even when it was turned off. So Orlando and crew replaced it and were off to the races. So many folks were involved in plumbing, running gas lines, upgrading the electrical service, permits, county inspectors, paint jobs, clean ups and in the end we got an amazing kitchen worth every penny. Sam really was the glue that made it happen smoothly.

Full bath remodel. We couldn't be happier with the finished project. The design was excellent - but the project manager (Sam) and the crew (Grover/Alex) were awesome! Because of the timing of the project, we had to wait for Grover (Hakam's recommendation) - but I'm glad we did. The shower (the reason that we wanted to remodel) is magnificent - such a joy to use it each day. The rest of the bathroom is great too - but the shower is the focal point.

Work done Original job: complete Renovation of kitchen and dining room Work Added replacing carpet with luxury waterproof vinyl in living room and hallway Replacing all three exterior doors replacing all interior doors in the living room and hall way. The job started with a visit from Bull Run designer Tracy. We have a very small house and the kitchen/dining area was small and we had real storage problems. Tracy was able to think outside the box and give us at least 2x to 3x more storage area than we had before. Prior to the job we met with the project engineer Sana and the project lead Orlando. This was basically a total gut job replacing all of the appliances and switching the hot water heater to a tankless system. During the job we added several more tasks. Replacing the living room hallway carpet with the same waterproof luxury vinyl as the kitchen/dining room and replacing all of the interior doors that open into these areas, and the trim. We also had them replace all three of our exterior doors. Over all these guys did excellent work. It took about 8 weeks (though in all fairness we did keep adding to the project) and we love the results! We have a much larger kitchen with plenty of storage. This was our first upgrade to the kitchen since we brought the house 30 years ago. The workmanship was good and the project engineer Sana was available and responsive to any questions or issues that came up. Orlando overall did first rate work and even fixed some things he found gratis. The punch list was small and completed within a week of putting it together. One thing I learned on this project and it’s probably a general lesson, if you make changes, get in writing to make sure there are no misunderstandings on intent to make sure all parties are aware of changes the changes. I would use Bull Run again, and recommend them. The work was done well and the people were easy to work with.

Bull Run Kitchen and Bath performed a terrific job on my kitchen remodel. I chose them because they were the only company that listened to my request for some metal cabinet doors. The price was much lower than other estimates and the quality of work was outstanding. The entire group was a pleasure to work with and accommodated my schedule on some separate items such as my floor refinish. If I had the remodel to do over, I would have selected Bull Run Kitchen and Bath all over again, what a nice group they are to work with.

I chose Bull Run Kitchen and Bath because they were truly a full service shop and did everything - from selection of materials, to arranging to have everything delivered to construction - something that was extremely important to me. I have to give the utmost credit to their foreman - Grover. I would recommend Grover to everyone - not only did he really care about my space and take time to protect everything but his actual work is top notch - you can tell he cares about doing an excellent job. I would hire Grover to do any job for me in the future. The only negative experience I had was with the project manager - but as soon as I raised it to Hakan he took care of it right away. In reality, I should have raised this to Hakan much sooner. In short, I would definitely use Bull Run Kitchen and Bath again.
