Byler Perry came recommended from our designer and we are so happy we decided to work with them. Brendon Perry is a dream to work with. He is detail oriented and attentive and was on the job site most days during our almost six month long complete remodel. Both he and Mike were very responsive to all of our needs and as a result of their thorough planning, there were no large hiccups or setbacks. We love the way our home turned out and we highly recommend this builder!

We can't speak highly enough of Byler Perry who managed our reconstruction and remodel of our downstairs level following a flooding incident. Our project included drywall, popcorn removal, ceiling float, tile and hardwood floor removal, wall texturing, hardwood floor install, fireplace renewal, and of course painting. Mike Byler and Brendan Perry exceeded our expectations, bringing in extremely qualified teams for each phase and stopping in personally on a daily basis to ensure the work was top quality. Mike mainly oversaw our project and held the contractors to the highest of standards, requiring them to rework any areas where he felt they could improve, sometimes noticing things we might not have even questioned. Mike and Brendan are both professional and personable. They completed our project right on time. We will not hesitate to reach out to them again if needed!

Byler Perry Builders are the best. They listen to what you want. They even recommended some ideas like an invisible shower drain that looks awesome!!! Mike double checks the work and makes sure that it is done right. I totally trust that it is done correctly when Byler Perry Builders does it.
