“We recently finished our major home renovation with TCW homes. We added on a huge new kitchen, master suite, an office, a huge two-car garage, and two-car driveway. It is pretty awesome, to say the least. So, let me start my review from the very beginning of my experience with TCW. I called Todd, the general contractor, on a Sunday evening expecting to get voicemail, however, he answered the phone and talked to me while at a Braves game. Todd promptly returned my call the next day and scheduled an appointment with me and the hubs on a weekday evening to accommodate our schedule. He met with us in the evenings several times for months before our project began, which definitely helped gain our confidence in him and his team. Before the project began, Todd was very clear in the pricing. He gave us a spreadsheet with an itemized list of services, materials, and prices, which also included allowances for certain materials we were able to choose such as tile, granite, cabinets. The allowances were pretty spot on. I believe I was a couple of hundred dollars under budget on all my allowances. He assured me several times the final price would not increase unless there were unforeseen issues with the house that needed repair, or if I added more work to the project, or if I went over my allowances. There were only two issues with the house that needed repair outside the original job description, and they promptly informed of the issues with the pricing. Communication was not an issue from the first phone call with Todd to the present. Todd and everyone on his team were almost immediately responsive at all hours of the day and night, as late as 11pm. Everyone showed up for meetings at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, responded to texts within minutes, etc. Going into this renovation I was advised from friends and family to just sell the house and find a better one. Everyone told me that contractors were all the same--crooks, dishonest, looking to cut corners, use the cheapest materials, overcharges, never responds to your calls, etc. Well, I decided to take a leap of faith with TCW homes and so far I'm glad I did. I didn't have any major issues with anyone on the TCW team. Any issue that came up was worked out fairly easily. They honored their word in regards to pricing. In regards to honesty, TCW fixed damages that I didn't even notice or expected them to fix. Everyone, contractors and subcontractors, were so nice that it was hard to complain about anything. My kitchen is beautiful and exactly how I wanted it. My master bedroom and bathroom are both beautiful. Everything turned out pretty awesome, and my family and I are enjoying our "new" house very much. Thank you TCW homes!”

“Tom came recommended to us by Renewal. After meeting with Tom and getting other estimates, we decided he was the one for the job. We were adding a screen porch and deck to our 1925 house and we felt Tom understood our vision. He dispelled any concerns we had due to our sloping yard and drainage problems.His crew graded and added drainage, removed a stone wall and built the porch into the slope in such a way that works very satisfactorily. I really had no idea what an improvement it would be.Tom was available by text or email or phone through out the whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the City of Atlanta permitting process and the inspection process.When the permits were recieved the work began almost immediately.The craftsmanship of his workers is of the highest quality and his crew were very diligent and showed good work ethic. Once the work got under way they were here every day.I can't say enough about how pleased we were to work with Tom on this project. We would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate. “Adapted Living Spaces completely renovated our guest bathroom and replaced a rotten beam under the old tub. The entire room was outdated, floors sloped, and it needed to be gutted before work could begin. Adapted came in and took out the fixtures, floor, walls, and rotten beam - they basically had to rebuild the room. They were easy to work with, did a great job, finished on time, and came in on budget. I would definitely recommend them and would consider using them again for future projects.”
