“I would highly recommend Dovetail Designs! We wanted to do a complete kitchen remodel but didn't have a clear vision of what we were looking for. Jenny came to our house and spent a considerable amount of time with us going over what we wanted in a kitchen and asked questions about our cooking style, etc. She then set to work on developing a kitchen design for us which truly turned out incredible and put all of our ideas into a true vision. Even after we had settled on a plan, Jenny would take additional time to work on the design to find even more ways to perfect it. The end result was a beautiful, well designed kitchen that far exceeded our expectations!”

“I've been remodeling an old house for a few years and have worked with several different carpenters. Matt Stern's work is the best. He is the only carpenter who has extensive experience working on older homes like mine in which none of the corners are square, doors need to be rehung, walls are wavy and out of plumb, stairs are uneven, floors are not level. His building knowledge was evident during the first walk-through of my house. He had solutions for projects that had stumped other carpenters. Matt's carpentry work is first-class, and his manner is professional.”

“We have chosen this remodeling company based on photos provided from Coakley High Peaks ACE Hardware designer Carol Urquhart. My husband has also dealt with David in the paint department. He feels he does great work in a timely manner and is honest in his work. We will submit photos of of our kitchen and bath both before and after the job is complete. Very excited - in the planning stage now and David has been in contact with the designer for updates.”

“Completely satisfied on all fronts. This was our second extensive house renovation project, the first being with another firm in another state. After the challenges of that project it was a relief and breath of fresh air to work with the Montpelier Construction team. Their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism came through in every way, and the proof is in the finished product -- beautiful! We did a complete kitchen/bath renovation, and took out a load-bearing wall and installed a steel beam to make an open floor plan.
