“We hired Vlada to renovate a 1070's bathroom with worn vanity and PINK tile in one of our single family rental houses. The agreement was for him to do all demolition and replace the flooring and walls. In addition, he was to convert a useless hall closet into a useful series of shelves in the new bathroom. The results were spectacular--so much so that we hired him to renovate a second bathroom and to enclose a window and reconstruct part of a wall in another rental house. We then asked him to "spruce up" a third bathroom in a third house and could not believe our eyes when we saw what he accomplished with only a bit of drywall compound, caulking, and paint! It was hard to believe it was the same bathroom. We fear we might working against our best interests in writing this review because we intend to hire Vlada for all future real estate improvements and hope he'll not become so busy he won't have time for all the work we have in our single family rental home business. We are NEW AGAIN HOMES with a BBB rating of A+ which means we can't afford to write exaggerated reviews that would damage our own reputation. you can trust our word when we say Vlada will be the "go to" person for us for so long as we have renovation projects to be done. Our own home will be the next venue on the list of projects for which we intend to hire Vlada. And by the way, he's an exceptionally nice person with quite reasonable rates! He's fast, which is extremely important in our business, and he's also 100% dependable. He comes up with creative solutions to "sticky" problems and turns eyesores into items of beauty! “Marcus Sebastian Construction build a new bathroom for us, they transformed the Laundry room in a bathroom - laundry room where we now have the opportunity to take a shower when we come in from working at landscaping. The shower is large and elegant with glass all around it, and had a bench to rest on during the wash. The bench seat matches the countertop that they installed with a farmhouse sink. The shower floor contains stone tiles, they look like little stones in the sea shore. The white cabinets are elegant and they enclose the washer and dryer tower and you don’t even see them unless you open the two elegant doors. They also renewed the ceiling in this bathroom and put extra strength in it to be able to sustain a new bathtub they put in the bathroom upstairs. The bathtub upstairs look very elegant. They also installed a new vanity in the upstairs bathroom. We are very happy with the new bathroom/laundry room downstairs and the new bathtub and cabinets upstairs. The work was completed professionally, and the project was done in a timely manner, and within the estimated cost. The men who came to work on our bathrooms, were professional, polite, helpful, and considerate and did everything they could to ensure we were satisfied with the job.”

“I love my new glass block shower! Mike Foti was very helpful with my initial questions. E-mails and phone calls were answered immediately. The shower was shipped on time by semi-truck. My contractor installed it with one other persons help. The ease of walking into the shower with no shower curtain or tub to crawl over is great. I have a tiny bathroom and would recommend this shower for any bathroom. I purchased the wavy glass blocks and it provides complete privacy from the rest of the bathroom.”

“We contacted Richard to do some ceiling repair work after we had a pipe repaired in the ceiling. He sent one of his contractors to repair the hole in the ceiling and retexture the ceiling. The work was completed in a few days and the texture matched the existing texture so well you could not tell where the hole was. The price was very fair and the contractor was very professional and on time. We will be contacting Ricard to help us remodel our kitchen.”

“Let me begin by stating that you will look long and hard to find a craftsman like Rick Childs of RC Carpentry. His work is absolutely impeccable. If you want the job done on time, in the most professional manner you've ever experienced, and with no hassles ..... RC Carpentry is your best bet. My wife and I had Rick redo a portion of our master bathroom and a complete basement job. Rick helped us with our design layout (two tiered bar, theater room, billiards area, workout room, storage space, custom bath), many upgrades, and the project turned out flawlessly. He has a great eye for layout and he and his team pay the greatest attention to detail. They also clean up their workspace every night and went as far as vacuuming our floors, the entire basement, and wiping down the entire space before leaving every evening. Their attention to detail is absolutely amazing and I fealt as though they treated my home as they would their own. During our project, there were no surprises and the communication was terrific the entire time. We did make some alterations during the process, but Rick and his team were flexible and helped us keep track of these with mutually agreed-upon change orders. The final bill was a non-event as we were both on the same page. Finally - the enitire project was completed on time !!! (A virtual rarity for contracted projects). In closing - all of the skilled trades that came to our home during Rick's management of our project were amazing. You could count on Rick being there day in and day out (yes, Rick and his team never missed a day of production at our home during the project - no delays, no rescheduling .... nothing like this at all) to manage the flow of work, but EVERYONE we came in contact with during the job were high quality craftsman and highly skilled in their respective trades (drywall, plumbing, tile work, painting, granite work, cabinetry). They were all friendly, cordial, on-time, and their work was all rock solid. If you want the job done right, in a manner you'd be proud of in the end, on time, with zero hassles; don't give it one more thought.
