“I literally cannot say enough good things about Imperial Kitchens and Baths. They combined a dreadful, cramped, dated, narrow little kitchen with a wasted enclosed sunporch to create an *AMAZING* kitchen. Walls were moved, floors were torn up and replaced, mystery plumbing was discovered (and repaired *properly*I) subfloor radiant heat was installed, walls were tiled, new cabinets and counter tops were fabricated and installed, and paired with new faucets and appliances to create .. did I mention *AMAZING*? The designers understood our style and our budget, and made recommendations that brought both together to create the best possible kitchen for a cold Chicago winter morning - from the warm floors to the gleaming tile (with a stop at the built-in Miele coffee system) it is an amazing space first thing in the morning, and so open and easy to cook in it's hard to believe it's real.”

“We are very happy to have worked with D. Higgins Construction on our primary bathroom remodel! The pricing was fair and competitive, especially when we added on some minor work in our other bathrooms and they were able to work us into their schedule quickly. From start to finish the communication was great, they were clear with us on what we could and could not do with the space, gave suggestions, were flexible with changes, and handled problems or unforeseen issues efficiently. We picked out and/or bought our finishes and materials, and then D. Higgins Construction took care of the rest. They worked quickly and cleanly, always tidying up before leaving for the day, and shared updates along the way. The end product is beautiful, we could not be happier with how beautiful our bathroom is now, and the whole process was so easy thanks to the knowledge and professionalism of D. Higgins Construction. Highly recommend!”

Gladys was there for us, following up on us, without us having to call her. She will be there for anyone she works for. Gladys was able to take our thoughts and feelings and translate that into sketches and product choices that perfectly matched what we wanted. We live in our dream kitchen today that reflects the input of Gladys, which is a modern, warm, open-air design, with a pop, that makes getting up and having coffee the best part of the day. “Pat Franz and his entire Clairmont, Ltd. team were exceptional. My husband and I are thrilled with the design but, most importantly, the entire remodeling process was smooth... thanks to Pat. He patiently worked with us to perfect a design that was both within our budget and met our desires. Even though a third-party designer made a critical measurement error, Pat was able to quickly think of an ingenious idea and executed on the new design immediately. We couldn't have been happier with the professional, clean, and efficient crew also. We would eagerly recommend Clairmont, Ltd. for any and all projects.”
4Ever Remodeling

“After receiving 4 other quotes from bathroom remodelers, I decided to go with 4ever Remodelers. I was very nervous, as this was my first experience hiring anyone to do a remodel. I didn't really know what to expect. We arranged to meet with Damian on a Saturday. He walked us through every step of the remodel, explaining the process, as well as the length of the job. About 10 days. The following Wednesday was the start of the job. Damien told me Robert would be working from 8-5 each day. That Wednesday, I arrived at about 11:30am. The bathroom was already half way through the demolition! By Saturday the new tub was in, the plumbing re-plumbed (this is a 1920 bungalow) new electric wiring done for the wall lighting, and Robert was installing the drywall! I was so impressed things were moving so fast. Damien met with me almost every other day to review the progress. When I arrived at the house to see how things were going, I would say hello to Robert and he always had a smile on his face to see me. He was very polite and kind, and would answer any questions I had and continued working, never skipping a beat! I believe he worked 9 straight days without a day off to complete my bathroom. Robert was one of the hardest workers I have ever met! During each step of the process, Robert would remove all the debris, and clean the area for the next step. My bathroom remodel went like clockwork. from beginning to end. No-non sense, no sitting around chatting with the owner either! No supervision needed. They did exactly what they promised. They are honest, professional and courteous. I absolutely had NO stress, other than what color tile and fixtures I had to pick out! Damien and Robert exceeded my expectations with everything! The quality of their work is outstanding! I couldn't have asked for better customer service either. The bathroom looks so great that now I am anxious to remodel my kitchen! I will definitely hire 4ever Remodelers again and again. I only hope he can fit me in when I am ready. Damien and his staff are gems! A 5 diamond rating from me!”

“Knocked out a wall to combine 2 bedrooms into one big master. Took a closet and added the space to create a walk in shower in the master bath and made a 3rd bedroom 1/2 walk in closet, 1/2 dining room. HUGE project. Came out exactly as I wanted! Love the results! I was always trying to alter my lifestyle around what my house would allow. Now my house works EXACTLY the way I need it to! The space is perfect for the way I live. Great job! I have had them back and referred them to several friends and family members”
