“Century Builders took our master bath down to the studs, including filing in a large hole vacated by a 1980's spa tub and raising the firdowns. The footprint did not change but everyone thinks we enlarged the space. We are so pleased with the results and finishes. They were professional, skilled and paid a great deal of attention to detail and our requests. The skilled workers made great suggestions and took a real interest in the project. There was also a program used to keep track of progress and decisions to be made. If I woke up at 4 a.m. worrying about something I could send a message, when they arrived the next morning someone knew about the message and we addressed the concern. It was a great way to keep all information about the project, see the budget and keep conversations in one place. Now...it did take longer than expected and I did spend more than budgeted...but isn't that standard procedure for remodeling? Love my master bath!!!”

They communicate openly, work with a high quality stable of sub-contractors (including some really talented craftsmen) and stand behind their work. LBJ was the GC on our major kitchen remodel, construction of a full bath and a half bath plus an addition to our house that included butler's pantry, mudroom and laundry room. LBJ knows the "latest and greatest" and will spend time working with the owner to determine what works for you--but no high pressure sales pitch. They focus on the projected timeframes and budgets, using Co-Construct web app to manage all elements of the job. What stands out to me the most is the extremely high standards to which LBJ holds its subcontractors. We had a couple of elements initially completed to an "alright" standard. LBJ got the work redone to "perfect" by my standards. I am so grateful to have had LBJ as a partner.”
