We are one in 56 home sites here in our gated community and people tell us all the time driving around in our neighborhood we have the prettiest home out here. I couldn’t agree more. “I contracted with Chase, for a remodel of 3 bathrooms, sun room, utility room, and a large kitchen. The job included lots of floor tiling in all these room, removal of wallpapering and repainting with textured surface, removing 'popcorn' ceilings and replacing with textured finish, new bathroom fixtures and commodes, new shower in master bath, and other small work. His quote was competitive, and change orders were fairly priced. He started on time as promised, and finished at his projected time. He or his project manager were always available, and kept me up-to-date with subcontractor activities on a daily basis, so I knew who was coming, how long they would be there, what they would be doing. Very important to us was the integrity and politeness of his workers and subs. They were very well-mannered and professional, as well as skilled. The quality of their work was excellent, and Chase would do anything for us to make sure we would be pleased. He aggressively pursued the highest quality while the work was being done, making many visits to our home to inspect the work and get corrections on things I didn't even notice. My overall summary, the quality of the work was perfect, the pricing was within my expectations and budget, and, did I mention? The quality of his work was excellent. Yes, I would use him again, and I would recommend him.”

“My wife and I desperately needed new windows in the home we had just purchased. The Texas heat would be here soon enough, so we started looking for new windows to replace the old ones. Having been a contractor in a past life, as well as doing most of our remodel jobs myself, I am very particular about the contractor I hire. Statewide offered a great product, on display at the great State Fair of Texas (which in itself raised my eyebrows...), as well as installation, competitive pricing and financing assistance if needed. So we consulted with the sales rep several times - he was very patient and accommodating. We made the decision to go with Statewide, and the next day the crew was out to measure each opening. The following week, the construction crew arrived with the windows. These guys were Good. They were polite, professional, fast (but not too fast, if you know what I mean) and not only did ythey clean up, they ran a magnet strip across all work areas so we wouldn't end up with a Statewide flat after they left. Highly recommend Statewide. Since this job, they have added a few more windows and made one lifetime insurance adjustment. Being an experienced skeptic about "big" general contracting firms, Statewide is the exception, rather than the rule. If you live in Texas, look them up.”
