“Cezar was engaged to build a 21st century guest bathroom with new porcelain wall and floor tiles, plumbing fixtures, shower, toilet and 4 drawer cabinet which required a complete demolition of the previous bathroom. He provided a complete scope of work covering the demolition and construction, and fulfilled all of his responsibilities admirably. In the preparation for the work to be done, he presented a number of competent, well developed design ideas which aided my understanding of the design possibilities for the room. Cezar has great understanding of the work from his long experience, and possesses outstanding skills and knowledge with an overriding very pleasant attitude toward his clients, and suppliers. He completed the work within the time required. The budget was increased as a result of changes made at my request, and through no fault of Cezar. I found his quiet, but very competent advice on colours for the tiles and paintwork invaluable, and a much better bathroom was created as a result.”

“We had Jacob update our master bathroom. He was great through the entire process. He had good ideas and provided a well laid out quote that allowed us to pick and chose the items that fit within our budget. He communicated well, and finished the project relatively quickly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and has strong attention to the finishing details. We had a plumbing issue come up in the middle of the project, and Jacob worked hard to resolve the issue and ensure we were happy with the outcome.”

“We had been thinking of updating our kitchen for a long time but as retired folk, we didn't want to " break the bank" doing so. We had considered a DIY IKEA kitchen, but living in a Victoria and not having ready access to an Ikea store was problematic. Enter IKAN! We met with Alexis the IKAN designer and within a couple of hours our design was complete, a couple of days later the estimate was provided and the contract signed!! Absolutely stellar! IKAN made things even easier by recommending quality suppliers for items not covered by their service. Timeline - met with designer 2013.11.24, design and contract signed 2013.11.28, work began 2013.12.02, kitchen completed 2013.12.23. Everyone we worked with from Alexis, the guys who dismantled the old kitchen and delivered the new cabinets and Richard the IKAN installer was helpful, courteous and professional. We would (and have!!) recommend IKAN to anyone. We had a little "show and tell" with friends and neighbours and without exception the new kitchen was a hit!! "I can't believe this is the same kitchen" was echoed over and over. I love, love, love my new kitchen!! Thanks IKAN”
