Very professional in appearance, communication, and work. He arrives on time, explains what he will be doing, asks if there are any questions, then commences to do his work. I really appreciate the fact he gives a quote that is broken down, easy to understand. and no surprises at the end of the job. I would recommend Carlos to any of my friends.

We worked with Trey on the cabinets and granite in our new house. He was really helpful in picking out the style and color of our cabinets and took us to the granite shop to see large slabs which made it easier to visualize what we wanted. When the time came to cut the granite we went back to the granite shop to pick out the exact slabs we wanted and he laid out the counters so that the nice parts of the slab fell where they could be seen. Trey was so meticulous every step of the way, and our kitchen and bathrooms turned out so well. I would recommend him to anyone looking for that little bit of extra attention to make sure everything comes out perfectly.

Nice guy and conscientious person doesn't begin to describe Chris. He is very dedicated, works unbelievably hard to make sure things get done. Chris made many recommendations on different ways I might consider the installations, he recognized what was important to me and came up with changes suchas a curbless shower entry and trim recommendations. I, unfortunately, ordered cabinets from Lowes (big mistake) but hired Chris for everything else. Lowes continually screwed up and I still am having conversations with them about completing repairs of damages they caused. However, Chris worked really hard to accomplish the rest of the project. Chris would come in behind each portion of the Lowes installation and finish the rest. What should have taken a month took four but Chris at each Lowes completion came in and did whatever portion he could immediately so I could get into my home. Chris came back after each of his various installers (floor, tile, granite, plumber and electrician) to insure their work was properly done and if there was something not quite right he would take care of it, even if that meant working into the evening. Committed, dedicated, creative, talented overall professional.

Daniel is a great builder/remodeler who is dedicated to providing his clients with a quality product that meets/exceeds their expectations. He is also very easy to work with and handles change notices and unexpected challenges in a very professional manner. We have been using BB&L since 2003 to take care of our yard, do repair work and most recently for an addition to our house. I highly recommend Daniel.
Fred Oskin dba Kitchen Saver NC

Fred assisted us with our kitchen remodel which included: refacing our cabinets, replacing the backsplash, replacing the countertops, and reconfiguring some of the cabinetry (replacing cabinets with drawers and adding a panel to enclose the fridge). In general we've been very happy with the results. It took a little bit more time than initially estimated, but still was done very quickly (2 weeks) in comparison to a full kitchen remodel, and at a fraction of the cost. I obtained a few estimates and Kitchen Saver came in the lowest.

Sandmark Custom Homes, INC.

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 5, 2014
We have used Sandmark for two additions to our beach house spaced 10 years apart. They are very professional to deal with and are very knowledgeable about the residential construction business. They also know what works and what does not work with the harsh beach environment. We recommend them highly and would use them again if we ever have the need.
KLEIN BUILDING & DESIGN

Mr. Klein has completed several projects at my house, all to my complete satisfaction. He traced and fixed a roof leak over my bonus room which had eluded the professional employed by the previous owners, then repaired and painted the damaged interior ceiling and wall. When I had settling cracks appear in my 14 year old property, he traced the problem to the absence of a footing which should have been installed during construction. He installed the necessary footing, working in a four foot high crawl space to do it, then repaired the cosmetic damage in the house. He also repaired some water-damaged sub-floor in preparation for installing new carpet. I have found Mr. Klein to be smart, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. The project cost below is for the installation of the footing and cosmetic repairs only.
