“We wanted to split a large bedroom in two which involved putting up a wall, adding a door, and running some electrical for new outlets and to ensure each room would have independent control of the lights and fans. Got an estimate from a contractor we had used for a couple of previous projects and also had Dane from Affordable come out and provide a second opinion/estimate. Dane came in at less than half what the other contractor estimated. I showed Dane the estimate and his first thought was 'They bid this way too high - probably don't want to do the job in the first place'. He even suggested addressing a couple of minor issues we had not thought about. We agreed to have Affordable complete the project and could not be happier with the results. The work was started much sooner than we expected (as I write this review I'm still waiting to have a fire door installed from another company that has taken almost 4 months) and was completed in a very timely manner. The crew was great, very conscientious of our home and the effect of their work on our day to day. Dane was great at staying in touch and keeping us in the loop about progress and the inevitable unforeseen issues that always come up in these projects. I just want to thank Dane and the entire crew at Affordable for a great experience that was as painless as possible with the final results definitely exceeding our expectations. “We just completed our Master and Guest bathroom remodel project with Lyvayko, and what a satisfying experience it turned out to be. Working with Michael and Mila on the initial design process and their ability to grasp our vision and turn it into solutions. They listened to our requirements and were able to give us a shower system having linear drain and no grout. Their workers were well versed and experienced in their respective fields. Cannot say enough about the quality and detail workmanship of Michael Sr. and Vasiliy, and their crew of Alex, Adrian, Frank, Caleb and Roberto. They were always willing to listen and accommodate our needs. All of them were pleasant to have in the house and communicate with. We are very happy with the work Lyvayko has done for us.”

“My condo needed some major updating and I knew finding the right contractor would be daunting. I tried getting referrals but none of the referrals panned out so decided to try find a contractor online. I highly recommend Luciano as a contractor. I interviewed several contractors initially which was very confusing. Many of which were project managers where I was seeking a contractor to manage my renovation project and also do the work to cut down cost. In the end I selected a contractor who was knowledgeable and experienced, gave me a reasonable cost estimate for work to be performed, scheduled payment after completing work, and whom I felt was reliable/ trustworthy. He did not disappoint. My first meeting with Luciano I was put at ease. He did not put any pressure on me to work with him. He showed me some of his previous jobs. He broke down all the work and the labor costs for each task. I was able to compare with other quotes and found his to be very reasonable and met my budget. We worked it out that he provided the labor and I would pay for materials on my own which I appreciated having control of. After signing contract Luciano was very eager to start the job. Throughout the job, he would return my calls, provide updates, and give me recommendations. He would suggest where I should buy my materials from to save on costs. He knew where to save money on flooring, cabinetry, tile, and windows. He was experienced working with HOAs and tried to minimize disruptions to the complex. The only downside is that the project took longer than I expected but sometimes that happens with any home improvement. Overall I am impressed by his work ethic and his craftsmanship. I will definitely hire again for future home improvement projects.”

“If you want knowledgeable craftsmen, this is your company. This is my second time working with Julz Corp. They installed both my bathroom and kitchen cabinets. I absolutely love them. My house is older, and the walls , floors and the ceiling are not level. You need an experienced cabinet installer to deal with these things and Jesse is a MASTER! I’m so picky and hard to please and I’m telling you, Julz consistently delivers perfection! The initial crew comes to inspect. They are thorough, careful and clean. Then comes Jessie who makes magic happen. Isaac the general manager stops by to make sure everything is running smoothly. They go above and beyond to help you. Then comes Rich to do another inspection to make sure you are happy and assure that all is progressing. So far I would give them a 10 out of 10. We are waiting on a few more cabinet pieces. I will upload some current photos and then follow up with the final kitchen and bath. Definitely recommend!”
